There aren't many Dee x Reader fanfics out there, so I decided to make one myself. This story follows (Y/N), a girl who moves from New Jersey to Russia with her family. Her mom is Russian-American, her dad Mexican-American, and they relocated for work-nothing dramatic, just a normal high high-middle-class family. She doesn't have a bad relationship with her parents, but her issues with her mom run deeper than she wants to admit. (Y/N) is artistic and introspective, with a love for all things creative-music, visual art, dance, photography, writing, etc. Back home, she got into an arts-based charter school through an audition for the instrumental program. She played the violin, an instrument she'd always dreamed of mastering, until a martial arts accident left her with a broken collarbone and the crushing news that she might not be able to keep up. Her teacher suggested switching to chorus-her second choice anyway. Now in a new country, she's trying to adjust. She's empathetic, observant, a total ambivert, and dreams of becoming a clinical psychologist. When she meets Dee, she finds him... intriguing. Not like a project, not disrespectfully-but something about him and his family pulls her in. Like there's something more beneath the surface. She's the type of person who loves music in every form-as long as it speaks to her. She's also a Sagittarius, which might explain her mix of boldness and indecision. This is a slow-burn, character-driven story with humor, introspection, and just a little chaos. Mild use and mentions of mature content Untill further notice.

You were living an average life of a 15 year old teenage girl, one day you were at the store and saw the posters of missing children, teens, adults ect. As you looked through you noticed a somewhat faded poster, you grabbed it and saw a picture of you at age 4. Thinking this was some sick joke, you asked the security guard to translate it. It was in Russian, and she translated the headline: "SEARCH FOR KIDNAPED CHILD STILL ONGOING". Is this a sick joke? If it isn't , then who's the couple that made you believe they are your parents?
