"Well?" Bellatrix/Hermione asked coming over to us with Griphook going behind her. "How do I look?"
"Hideous." Rodolphus/Ron replied.
"Lovely." I smiled at her, Harry looked down at the goblin. "You can give that to Hermione to hold, all right Griphook?"
Griphook put the sword into Hermione's bag. The four of us walked to stand together and placed out hands on top of eachothers. "We're relaying on you Griphook. If you get us past the guards and into the vault the sword it yours."
The goblin nodded and put his hand on top of ours. We apparated from the sunny beach into the dark, dead looking alley.
"Madam Lestrange." Said a man passing by, greeting Bellatrix/Hermione. "Good morning." She replied shortly.
"Good morning? Good morning?" Griphook repeated looking at Hermione. "You're Bellatrix Lestrange not some dewy-eyed school girl."
"Hey easy." Ron told the goblin, coming to stand next to Hermione. Goblin glared at him. "If she gives us away, we might as well use that sword to slit our own throats. Understand?"
Hermione looked around. "No he's right, I was being stupid."
"Okay. Let's do it." Harry crouched down so that the goblin could climb on his back. I stood closely next to him and Ron threw the Invisibility cloak over us.
We walked into the Gringotts, me, Harry and Griphook under the cloak and Ron and Hermione in front of us. Watching Hermione stumble while walking on the heels I made a mental note to teach her how to walk properly on them sometime when this shit is over.
"I wish to enter my vault." Hermione said looking at one of the goblins on the front desk. The goblin didn't even look up, he just continued writing down whatever it was that he was writing in the first place. "Identification?"
"I hardly think that will be necessary." She replied, the goblin finally looking up. "Madam Lestrange!" He turned around and went somewhere. "I don't like to be kept waiting." Hermione called after him.
"They know." Griphook whispered. "They know she's the imposter. They've been warned."
"Harry?" Ron whispered to us, after seeing one of the guards slowly make his way towards him and Hermione. "What do we do, guys?"
The goblin from earlier came back with another one. The other goblin spoke to Hermione. "Madam Lestrange would you mind presenting your wand?"
"And why should i do that?" The girl questioned keeping her head high up. "Its the bank's policy, I'm sure you understand given the current climate."
Hermione subtly glared at him. "No! I most certainly don't understand." The goblin didn't give up after this. "I'm afraid I must insist."
I took the wand Harry was holding in his hand and lightly waved it trough the air. "Imperio . . ."
The goblin sniffed then sighed, looking at Hermione with a smile. "Very well Madam Lestrange. If you will follow me."
I gripped Harry's hand as the wagon we were in fastly glided down the railway. Harry held my hand with the same grip, maybe a bit gentler than mine. He was rubbing his thumb over my knuckles while the wind was blowing into our faces from how fast the wagon was going.
We passed trough the small waterfall all of us getting drenched in water. The wagon suddenly stopped in the middle of railway. A bar rose from it, a small red-orange light on it. It started making a loud noise before the bottom of the wagon opened all of us falling down.
Ron and Hermione were the first to scream when this happened. I smirked waiting for when we were near the ground to outstretch my hands and make the air thicker and stop us just a few meters above the ground.
I turned my palms the other way around dropping us all to the ground. "That was amazing, Y/n/n." Harry said getting up from the floor.
"Thanks." I smiled before the alarm from earlier caught my attention. We rose our heads and watched as the wagon left the same way it came from.
"Oh no." I said looking at Hermione and Ron who were back to looking like they always do. "You two look like you again."
"The Thief's downfall." Griphook told us. "Washes away all the enchantments. Can be deadly."
Ron rolled his eyes. "You don't say. Just out of interest, is there any other way out of here?"
"No." Griphook replied. The other goblin came back to his senses the Imperious curse i cast must have been wearing off. "What the devil are all of you doing down here? Thieves! You gave up the keys you-"
"Imperio." Ron pointed his wand at him quick silencing him and putting him in his previously drunken dreamy state.
A creature roared from somewhere nearby. "That doesn't sound good." Ron commented. I glared at him, "No shit, Sherlock."
Ron, Harry, me and Hermione looked at eachother before walking closer to where the sound came from. What we saw was a white, bony, chained up dragon. "Bloody hell . . ." Ron breathed out. "That's a Ukrainian Ironbelly."
"Here." Griphook said passing Ron a bell-like thing. The dragon noticed us and walked towards us roaring loudly. Griphook started shaking the bell-thingy and Ron did so as well. The dragon growled in pain backing away.
Griphook looked at us while we were trying to walk past the dragon. "They have been trained to expect pain when they hear the noise."
"That's barbaric." Hermione said angrily. I would have probably said something as well but the noise was hurting me as well. It was because of my super-hearing coming from my vampire side. I was covering my ears with my hands, Harry looked at me with guilt putting a hand around my waist and leading me forward.
As soon as we passed the dragon Griphook and Ron stopped shaking the bells. Griphook took the other goblins hand and pressed it against the big doors of the vault.
We walked inside, the doors closing and locking after us. "Lumos." Harry said lifting his wand up to create light. Ron did the same thing, the two of them slowly turning around to get a good look at every side of the room.
"Accio Horcrux!" Hermione said, nothing happening. I waved my hand trough the air a ball of light flowing trough the air. "Harry tried the same thing with the locket, doesn't really work."
"That kind of magic won't work in here." Griphook told her.
"Is it in here Harry?" Ron asked the boy walking at the front. "Can you feel anything?"
Hermione gasped and moved away after knocking down a golden bracelet. It fell on the floor and doubled. Same thing happening over and over again.
Harry pointed to the golden cup high on the stone shelf. "That's it. Up there!"
Ron backed away knocking down a goblet and a plate that also started doubling. "They added the Gemino curse. Everything you touch will multiply." Griphook said trying not to step on anything.
"Give me the sword!" Harry said. Hermione took the sword out of her bag and threw it to him He caught it and tried walking towards the place where the cup way. That only caused the things to multiply more.
"Stop moving!" Hermione and I hissed at Ron who couldn't stop moving. He finally stopped and stood still, as soon as we did that the multiplying of the objects stopped.
Harry jumped out of the mountain of gold with the cup and the sword in his hands. "Got it!" Griphook took the cup that Harry lost the hold of.
"We had a deal Griphook!" Harry glared at the goblin who glared back. "The cup for the sword!"
Harry threw the sword at him, he caught it and threw the cup to us. I caught it and gave i to Hermione to put in her bag.
"I said i'd get you in. I didn't say anything about getting you out." The goblin smiled before using the other one to open the door. The two of them left, the loud noise from the bell perfectly hearable. The doors however remained partly opened.
We managed to get out and ran to the stairway. "Griphook!" Harry yelled after the goblin.
"Thieves! Thieves!" The goblin kept shouting out.
"Foul little git!" Ron said. "At least we still got Bogrod." Talk about the devil; the dragon spat fire frying the goblin alive. Or should i say dead, now? "That's unfortunate." Ron said.
The security ran over attacking up. We hid behind the stone walls. "We can't just stand here! Who's got an idea?!" Hermione asked loudly.
"I do!" I shouted. "But you're going to hate it!" I grabbed the metal fence and ripped it out thanks to vampire strength. I took a few steps back dodging the attack, and ran fastly towards jumping onto the dragon and wrapping my arms around its neck.
I looked back at the three of them looking at me wide-eyed. "Well what are you waiting for!? Jump!"
Hermione jumped first, climbing behind me and wrapping her arms around my torso. Harry and Ron jumped after her. The dragon looked up and started climbing on the rocks. The dragon, along with us on it, broke out in the great lobby with a loud roar.
It spat fire at the group of goblins that were running away before breaking trough the roof. It stood in place simply panting, but we need to get away from here fast. 'Sorry' I thought, lighting a small flame on one of my fingers and then pressing it against his stomach.
It roared out loudly, flipping its wings trough the air and started flying. We flew over London, wind blowing in our faces. After some time of flying we came above a large water surface, most likely a lake.
"We're dropping!" Harry said holding tightly.
"I say we jump!" Ron replied. Hermione glanced at him "When?"
"Now." I yelled all of us letting go and falling into the water.
I opened my eyes looking around in the water. It looked so calming and comfortable. I swam up and came face to face with a panting Harry. We swam over to the land, coming out of it. Ron and Hermione just arrived there as well.
We took a few moments to catch our breath before Harry spoke. "He knows! You-Know-Who, he knows we broke into Gringotts. He knows what we took. And he knows we're hunting Horcruxes."
"How is it you know!?" Hermione asked walking fastly.
"I saw him." The boy replied.
Hermione huffed angrily. "You let him in? Harry, you can't do that."
"Hermione i can't always help it." Harry argued back. "Well maybe I can, I don't know."
"Never mind that." I cut them off. "What happened?"
"Well he's angry. And scared too." Harry explained. "He knows if we find and destroy all the Horcruxes we'll be able to kill him. There's more, one of them is at Hogwarts?"
"What?" Hermione asked shocked looking up at him. "You saw it?" She asked passing Harry some clean and dry clothes.
"I saw the castle." He replied. "And Rowena Ravenclaw. It must have something do with her. We need to go there now."
Hermione gave me some clothes as well before turning to look at Harry. "We can't do that. We've got to plan, we've got to figure it out."
"Hermione when have any of our plans actually worked?" Harry asked pulling the shirt over his head. "We plan, we get there, all hell breaks loose."
"He's right and you know it." I said taking off my shirt and putting on a clean one.
"One problem: Snape's headmaster now. We can't just walk trough the front door." Ron told us.
"Uhmm . . . We'll go Hogsmeade, to Honeydukes." Harry replied. "Take the secret passage in the cellar. Its . . . there's something wrong with him. Its like you know, in the past i've always been able to follows his thoughts. And now everything just feels disconnected."
"Maybe its the Horcruxes." Ron said to Harry. "Maybe he's growing weaker. Maybe he's dying."
"No, no its more like he's wounded." Harry wiped his face with the sleeve of his shirt. "If anything, he feels more dangerous."
"I guess our next step is Hogwarts then." I said putting on my jacket.
"Yeah." Harry replied giving me a small smile.
"Well we better start preparing." Hermione told us pushing all of the wet clothes into her bag.
