It's 11 pm
I'm getting ready to sleep, but as I move my covers to get on the bed
a small piece of parchment slips from under the door, inside the room, and drifts towards my hands.

I roll my eyes, why does he need me?
He's so full on himself huh, but he ain't lying
I look at my two roommates and they are sleeping like rocks.
I quickly put on a hoodie since I'm still in my pjs and my cute slippers
I don't really care if Tom sees me in my pyjama pants and slippers
I slowly open the door and close it behind me, once I got in front of his room I knocked and entered even without him answering
At least I knocked
He's sitting on the bed with his back on it's headboard
'Uhm, you needed me?' I ask closing carefully the door
'Yeah have a sit' he gestured the end of his bed
I shyly walk towards the bed and sat facing him
'What's so urgent that you couldn't tell me tomorrow morning?' I ask yawning
'It's about my parents' he announces looking at me emotionless
'What happened? Are they alright??' I ask concerned
'Yes, they told me that they have accepted an offer to work with your parents'
'Oh, thats cool? I guess?' I ask not knowing what to say or why did he told me
'It means that they will be out of town for a few months too' he continues
'Oh I didn't think of that'
I'm too sleepy to think lucidly
'And both our parents made an agreement, without asking our opinion of course'
I slightly tilt my head like it would help me listen better lmao
'And what does it consist of?'
'Basically, to prevent that we spend summer break alone.. they want one of us to stay at the others Manor..' he continues
'WHAT?' I'm confused
'They- what.. they trust us?' I stupidly ask
'What do you mean?' He's the one confused now
'Nothing. But who stays at whose Manor?'
'They told me that we have to decide, we still have time though.. around three months' he states
'Oh! Let's make a bet!' A light bulb appears on my head
He gave me a 'tell me' look
'By the end of this year , whoever gets the best grades get to choose '
'Are you kidding?' He laughs
'What!'
'You know that I'm going to win'
'Well, at least I can get motivated to be better that you'
'If you say so, it's a deal then'
I hold out my pinky and he looks at me confused
'Pinky promise ' I say, me and Abby always do pinky promises.. Tom probably doesn't know
'Just hold out our pinky ' I instruct
'Oh okay'
'Perfect' I smile
I don't know how am I supposed to exceed Tom , but it's done and I'll try my best
'Goodnight kiss' I quickly lean forward to kiss his cheek but before I could stand up he hugged me
I'm literally squeezed but I hug back
'Goodnight' he says through my hair
I look up at him and he kisses my forehead
I can't help but smile, this boy brings me so much joy.
I can't believe that I used to look at him and think about how much I wanted to punch him.
'Tom I can't breathe' I struggle
'Oh sorry' he loosen his grip
I peck his lips and stand up, still smiling
'See you tomorrow morning'
'See you tomorrow, darling'

My roommates are still fast asleep
I lay in bed and fall asleep thinking about my handsome boyfriend while a smile is stamped on my face

Muggle Studies is a class I share with Abby, but not with the boys.
Is also the only class me and Abby can gossip without getting disturbed.
Thanks to my muggle born bestfriend this class is easy for me
I told her about the conversation that me and Tom shared last night
Her reaction was priceless
'Both your parents probably want grandchildren early'
'ABBY!! You look and act so innocent but deep down I know your the opposite!'
Once class ended we had to part ways
I now have Arithmancy which I share with Tom and Dan.
Other students from different houses share this class ,but I don't know any of them and I'm not here to make friends
Even though it's one of my most interesting classes, too many numbers hurt my eyes
Today I'm concentrated and paying attention, not even looking at the two boys I know
Tom noticed how committed I was to beat him, he also said I was cute for trying *rolls eyes for the 394th time*
I paid extra attention to all of my classes that by the end of the day my brain was fuming

One month before summer break
I'm doing great at all of my classes, but of course Tom is going better,effortlessly .
I accepted my defeat, but I'm not gonna admit it to Tom.
He said that , if he wins (which is more likely), he prefers staying at his own Manor
That's why I'm already thinking about the outfits to bring lol
We are all reunited at the Slytherin table during breakfast
'We are going to Australia this break' says Abraxas putting some butter on his toast
'That's cool, we are going to Germany' states Avery from beside him 'what about you?' He asks the four of us
'I'm planning on introducing Dan to my parents' says Abby looking lovingly at his boyfriend
'Yeah so I will spend it with her' he says smiling nervously at the thought
'You'll do good Dan, just be yourself I know they'll like you' I assure him
'Yes! If my parents accepted y/n, you'll do just as good' continues Abby
'Hey! But yeah it's true'
'What about you two?' Avery asks me and Tom
I open my mouth to answer but Abby's quicker
'They'll be practicing marriage life'
I throw her one grape which she catches with her mouth
Nice catch tho
'In short, we will spend this break together.. again' I state
'You finna come back in three' states Abraxas laughing
I throw him a grape too which he doesn't catch and it hits his head
'Head shot!' I laugh
'Oh so it's war' Abraxas takes a grape too and throw it at me
But before it could hit me Tom catches it right in front of my face
I look at him in disbelief as he just ate it
'You don't want to declare war to my girlfriend without going over my dead body first' he states
I blush at the sound of 'my girlfriend' coming from him
'I'll never declare war to her ever again' states Abraxas with one hand up and the other one on his heart
'That sounds about right'
The whole group started to chuckle
A/n: sixth year is finally coming to an end🤭 but this story it's still a long way to go I think☺️
