Jazmine's Pov.
My eyes slowly flutter open and I see I'm in an all white... space. No furniture, no walls, nothing. I turn my head when I hear little footsteps. When I fully turn, I see myself.... the nerdy Jazmine.
"Hi Jazmine" She sadly smiles.
"H-hi" I stutter, feeling confused.
"Where am I?" I ask.
"You're in your blank space Jazmine... this is the space where you're in the middle of death and the living." She states.
"This is where all of your dead loved ones go..." She whispers.
"But you're me, and I'm not dead." I say.
"Jazmine, I died when you killed Lucas Markham. That was the first time your eyes changed silver. That was when I slipped away, when I knew I would never come back." She says as tears slipped down her cheeks.
I just sat there not knowing what to say.
"But you're not here to talk about me, follow me." She said. I began to slowing strode behind her. She stopped and raised her hands, and slowly, and mirror rose from the floor. And through it was my family. My mom was with my brother and his boyfriend, Jackie was sitting in Conner's lap with her head buried in his neck. Jamie was holding her head in her hands as she sobbed, Ryan was trying to calm her down. KC and CJ were in a corner just starring at me, teary eyed. Chloe, Megan and Tony all huddled up.
And Ace, he was right by my side, he looked like he hadn't slept in days, he looked thinner, his hair was a mess, he had dark circles under his eyes, and his eyes looked red from crying. It broke my heart to see him like that.
"beep. beep. beep." I see Ace turn to my heart monitor.
"It's okay babygirl, I know you're scared, but we're here for you, and you're going to be okay." Ace said and kissed my hand.
I suddenly felt a light breeze on my back so I turned around to see a huge swirl of purple, blue, and pink. It looked so pretty, my pupils dilated as I slowly walked towards it.
"Jazmine! wait!" I stopped abruptly.
"If you go through there, there is no coming back."
I kept walking to the beautiful colorful glitter swirl. dragging my feet, feeling so drawn to it.
"Please!" She cried out.
"What about mom? What about the gang? What about Ace?!" I stopped right in front of the swirl, reaching my hand out, if I were to step forward I would fade away, I probably never see any of them again. The swirl began to fade around me.
"Please Jazmine, just think!"
But the swirl was so pretty.
I want to touch it.
"Please babygirl, please don't leave me, I need you." I heard Ace's voice.
I turned to the mirror to see him looking at me with pleading eyes.
"I need you"
I look at the swirl, then at the mirror, then at the swirl.
"What the fuck am I doing" I say before I yank my arm away and run towards the mirror, I jump through it and stop.
"Go Jazmine! Run to him! Go to the light!!!" I heard Jazmine yell me. I sprint towards the light through the long narrow hallway was a light, Ace's voice was getting louder.
Above the light there was a 10%, I ran as fast as my little legs could go.
9%......8%......7%.....
The numbers were going down and the light was getting smaller, I'm not going to make it. I felt my eyes changed silver and I sprinted even harder, my breath getting heavier and my heart beating faster then ever before.
"I'm coming Ace! I'm right here!" I yelled out to him but I knew he couldn't hear me.
6%....5%.....4%.....
I'm almost there, please just stay open for me, I'm right here.
3%..... 2%....
The light was barley there at this point.
1%.
I jumped towards the light but before I could go through, the light was gone, and I crashed into a wall.
"no....no no NO!" I screamed.
"I'm here! I'm right here!" I yelled as a huge 0% lured over me. I slid down the wall and sobbed in defeat.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." I croaked out as the swirl of color began to come towards me, ready to take me away.
Ace's Pov.
"Beep!Beep!Beep!" The heart monitor began to beep like crazy. And Jazmine's body began to shake.
" Get the doctor. GET THE DOCTOR!" I yelled in panic. Conner and Jazmine's mother went running out of the door yelling doctor.
"I'm here Jamzine! It's ok, WHERE IS THE FUCKING DOCTOR!" I yelled. Jackie and KC ran out of the door in the opposite direction trying to find the doctor.
"Hold on Jazmine, You're going to be ok." I said gripping her hand like my life depended on it.
Finally a Doctor came in looking calm as ever as if her life wasn't in his hands at the moment.
"What the fuck are you doing! Help her!" Jamie yelled at him.
Before he could even get to her side, "Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"
My heart sunk into my stomach.
Jazmine's mother ran into the room with Jackie, Conner, and KC right behind her.
"NO! My baby!" She cried out before pushing past me and wrapping her around Jazmine's waist.
"Where the fuck were you!" I yelled at the doctor, he lowered his head in shame. He slightly lifted his head when a nurse came running in.
"Time of death... 7:12pm." And started making his way towards Jazmine to turn off all of the machines.
"Don't even think about it." I growled out.
"Son, I'm sorry but I have to turn if off." He said trying to get around me.
"No! Jazmine told me that if she was ever in a situation like this, she doesn't want anyone to give up on her." I said feeling tense.
The doctor stepped back with the burse by his side and said "I'll give you some time to say your goodbyes." and left the room.
I turned to Jazmine and felt ashamed of myself, why did I have to be so fucking stupid.

I begin to sing. I heard this song the other day and I couldn't help but think of Jazmine.
Jazmine's Pov
Isn't she lovely
I heard faintly.
"Ace?"

"Ace!"
I yell standing up and turn towards the wall
Isn't she precious
"ACE!" I scream and punch the wall.
Less than one minute old
"I'm coming Ace!" I punch the wall again and again. My hand starts to ache and bleed but I don't care, I have to get to him.
I never thought through love we'd be
The wall begins to crack and break, I punch as hard as I can, tears still streaming down my face.
"I'm here! I'm here! I'm right here!" I yell.
Making one as lovely as she
I scream as I put all of my power into one more punch and the wall breaks through. Light consumes me and I black out.
*beep* *beep*
My eyes flutter open and I see my mom sobbing into my waist. And Ace struggling to keep singing as he breaks into tears.
"A-Ace" I rasp out.
His eyes snap to mine, I could see his pupils dilate and his eyes widen.
"Jazmine?" I says as if he couldn't believe it.
"Jazmine!" He yells and tackled me into a hug.
Soon I heard screams and other hands touching me. Ace was yanked off of me and I was pulled into another hug.
"You're alive! You're awake! I can't believe you're awake!" Jamie cries into my ear as my mom pulled us both into a hug and more people joined in.
Hug after hug and couldn't help but cry, so overwhelmed at the fact that I almost lost them.
I almost gave up on them.
"I'll get the doctor!"
"I'll get food!"
"I'll get drinks!"
"Are you cold? I'll get more blankets!"
Soon everyone was gone but me, Ace, and Conner.
Conner just sat there with a goofy smile on his face. The Ace coughed and shot Conner a glare, Conner just looked at him and tilted his head in confusion.
He looks between us and realization took over his face.
"Ohhhhhh! I-um will get the ice cream! Yeah, bye." He said and scurried out of the room.
I chuckled then turned to Ace and before I could say anything, Ace pulled me into a hug, not like the others. He held me like if he let go I would vanish.
"I'm so sorry Jazmine." He said into my neck.
"I-if I hadn't been so stupid, you wouldn't have gone through that and you- and I-"
"It's ok Ace, I'm ok now, I'm here." I say.
He holds me even tighter before letting go and I lift my head. I could see little pecks of red float around in my pupils. I forgot that I told him, I tried to lower my head to not make things awkward but Ace lifts my head.
"I love you too." He says ginning at me.
My eyes began to shine red, no little pecks, fully.
Ace stared at me in admiration before kissing me. I felt more alive than I ever felt before.
We broke away and Ace sat on the bed and pulled me onto him so my back was in his chest. Even though I just woke up from a coma, I felt sleepy. I cuddled more into Ace before my eyes fluttered shut.
