Third person P.O.V...
"Who am I? You forgot even that?" the boy scoffed. "Not a clue. Sorry about that." ban said. "Oh well. It doesn't matter." king sighed before regaining his composer. "What's important is that..." the boy said as the spear started spinning, causing ban's eyes to widen. The spear spun faster before launching out of ban, leaving a gapping hole in ban's chest, the pale blue haired man spitting blood out from it. "You're Ban, the Fox's sin of Greed." the boy said in disgust.
The spear flew into the air before stopping, the boy floated onto the tip of his spear softly. "Or should I say Ban the Undead." the boy said, watching as the big gap in ban's chest slowly disappear as skin grew over it, the blood having also disappear from it and ban's lips. "I don't like you one bit. You talk like you know me." ban said while staring up at the boy. "Seriously, who the hell are you?" ban questioned. "So you really can't remember who I am." the boy said after staring down at the fox sin. "But you do remember your own sin, right?" the boy said, glaring daggers at ban.
"The deep, deep sin that you committed." the boy said with anger starting to rise in his voice. "To satisfy your own "Greed"..." the boy said, anger still rising. "As the price for immortality, you killed the saint of the fountain of youth." the boy said, vemon in his voice. As if hitting a certain spot, the look in ban's face changed. "Hey brats,..." ban started before popping his knuckles. "You'll get in the way." ban said, now glaring at the boy. "L-Let's go Ellen!" the boy said before grabbing his sister and running to safety. "But he's...!" ellen whined before a fight broke out.
"I'm right, am I not?" the boy questioned as he dove at ban, aiming for his chest again. Jumping to the side to dodge the attack, ban pulled a fist back. "I've asked you already, who the hell are you?" ban growled before throwing the punch at the boy. Dodging just as fast, the boy flew out of the way before bursting though the brick wall with a confident smile on his face. Ban quickly followed after the boy before landing in the more opened field. "I'm glad you came by, baited by my trap and all." the boy said before making different hand signatures in a blink of an eye.
"Bumblebee." the boy said before the spear attacked in many angles, ban dodging them all casually. "I don't understand." ban said while jumping over an attack from the spear at the flying boy. "What you're trying to do at all." ban said before bringing a foot down on the flying boy, only to miss and land back on the ground. "In the capital of the dead, where she lies. I want to show it to her." the boy said, having appeared on the ground now after ban's attack. "The sight of her sinful murderer cowering and writhing in anguish." the boy said, floating up away from ban's reach.
"Like I said..." ban growled after popping his knuckles and throwing his arm up at the boy. 'This is!!' the boy thought as his eyes widened. "Who the hell-" ban was saying before being smacked on the back of his head. "Really ban? Can you try not to suck little boys off please?" (y/n) sighed with a disappointed look on his face. "Come on (y/n). Don't get in the way!" ban complained. "What are you doing, skipping out on your work?" meliodas asked with mug in hand as he approached. The boy watched in surprise before hearing thunderous footsteps. He turned to them.
"What's all the ruckus about?" diane asked before looking at the boy, giving a "huh?" in response to him. "What I'm doing? This random midget picked a fight with me." ban said before pouting. "My clothes are ruined now." he pouted as he pointed at his jacket. "At least you have a jacket! Also, couldn't you steal another one?" (y/n) said giving a look. Meliodas turned and looked at the boy. "Huh?" he said, causing the bickering sins to turn and look at their captain. (Y/n) and ban looked up. Three of the sins eyes widened at seeing the boy. "King!" (y/n), diane, and meliodas all exclaimed in unison.
Ban glared at the boy for a few before his eyes shot wide in shock. "How the hell is that king?!" ban questioned in disbelief. "No matter how you look at it, that's king." meliodas said. "Well, did he lose a bit of weight?" meliodas asked curious. As to prove a point, a before and after chart appeared. A chibi (y/n) shook his head. "You two are idiots." he said with a shake of his head. "More than a bit, but that's not the issue here!" ban said, ignoring what the (h/c) haired swordsmen said.
"King!" diane said happily with a tilt of her head. "We've been looking for you king! I'm so happy to see you again!" she said with a smile. Causing the others to become shock, king turned away before flying away. "...What was that about?" (y/n) asked, receiving confused shrugs.
Timeskips...
"Here ya go. Eat up!" ban said as he served food to the two kids the sins brought back with them. All of the food looked delicious to everyone there. 'After King had left, Captain had gave the order to head back. Ban had decided to grab two kids that had been watching the battle between ban and king. Why did king fly away from us like that?' the (h/c)-haired swordsmen questioned himself as he watched everyone besides meliodas staring at the food in awe. "It smells so good!" elizabeth said in awe at the smell. "Right?" meliodas asked, holding hawk by his ear so that he didn't eat all of the food.
"If you're not gonna eat, I'll feed it to the pig." ban said, causing hawk to drool waterfalls from his mouth. "Let's eat!" the boy said before the two kids started chowing down on the food. "So good!" ellen said as hawk fell into the puddle full of his drool with fake tears falling from his eyes. "Please save some scraps for me!" hawk begged but was ultimately ignored. "But are you sure? We don't have any money?!" the boy said, having stopped for a moment to ask. "Give and take!" ban said happily with a smile.
Ban soon sat down across from them, propping his head up with a arm. "In return, tell me where the Capital of the dead, or whatever, is." ban said staring at the two. "Hey ban, we found king already." meliodas said, jumping into the conservation. "We don't need to go there anymore, right?" the blonde-haired boy asked. "There's no way that was king." ban disagreed. "He was real." meliodas said. "He was a fake." ban retorted, still not believing it. "Real." meliodas said. "Fake." ban said, before their banter was interrupted by the boy.
"You guys want to go to the capital of the dead too?" he asked, getting everyone's attention. "Too?" (y/n) asked confused, earning a nod of a head from the boy. "That kid asked a few times too. He wants to go to the capital of the dead, no matter what." the boy said, causing all to stare I shock.
"King is also trying to get to the capital of the dead?" diane asked. "That guy for the past few days, he's been coming here to figure out how to figure out how to get to the capital of the dead." the boy explained. "If he's been looking how to get there days, does that mean it's a grave in a really remote place?" hawk asked. "No. It's right around here." the boy said with a shake of his head. "What- What do you mean?" diane asked, confused. "The entrance to the capital of the dead is in this village, but you can't go there just because you want to... She won't allow it." the boy said shaking a little. "Who's she?" meliodas asked, curious. "The Goddess of the Underworld, Ereshkigal." the boy said, causing some people to widened their eyes. And also causing a certain young man to lower his face, his bangs covering his eyes.
"I have no interest in riddles or goddesses." ban scoffed. "I see... In other words," meliodas said before building a weird contraption and placing it on hawk. "It's like this!" he said. "I don't think that's it." elizabeth said, watching meliodas. Hawk noticed the food in front of him and chased it. Elizabeth then noticed the look on (y/n)'s face. "The capital of the dead isn't a grave, it's a place where people who passed on live." the boy explained. "So basically, it's like the afterlife?" meliodas asked. How do we go to a place like that?" elizabeth questioned. "How can I reach it?!" hawk said as he tried to reach for the plate of food in front of him but to no avail.
"Have you been there?" ban asked the boy. "No way! It's all just superstition!" the boy exclaimed while shaking his head. "But every now and then, travelers and rich people would come here because of that rumor. And that's how this village got started." the boy explained. "But if it's the afterlife, there's no way we can get there, right?" elizabeth asked. "A priceless memory shared with the deceased will open the path to the capital." ellen said since eating. "Our next-door neighbor was always saying that." she said. "I'm sorry, that's all we know." ellen said before feeling her head being patted by ban.
"Thank you Elaine." ban said. "Um, I'm ellen." ellen said. "Oops, my bad Ellen. Your information is more than enough to cover your food." ban said before looking at her plate. "Hey, there's still some left." he said.
With King...
"I'm so stupid! Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!" king belittled himself into his green pillow. "I made it look like I ran away because I saw Diane! Ugh! I couldn't help it though!" king groaned. "Especially if she said something like that right away." king said, before a image of diane popped into his head with what she said earlier, causing the boy to blush. "Diane is so cute, as always!" king squealed as he flew into circles before gasping. "But what should I do if that makes her realize that I like her?!" king panicky said.
"And another thing, why is it that both captain and (y/n) haven't changed a bit in the last ten years? How is that even possible?!" king asked himself before giving a happy sigh at seeing three of his old comrades. "Those three seem to be doing pretty well." king said before narrowing his eyes. "You three, don't be fooled by ban. That scoundrel!" king growled. "Ban, I will never forgive you." king growled to himself as he tightened his grip on his pillow. He soon heard voices.
Back with the others...
"Looks like the entrance is around here." diane said as the rest of the sins and other two stopped. "But even if the capital of the dead exists, how are we supposed to go to the afterlife?" hawk asked. "What if we kill ourselves?" meliodas suggested, causing hawk to swiftly turned to him. "Are you insane?" hawk shireked in fear. Both Ban and (Y/n) looked around.
"A priceless memory with the deceased will open the path." elizabeth said, remembering what ellen said. "Then, I want to meet my mother who passed away when I was young. Because I couldn't get to know her." elizabeth said. Everyone waited for something to happen. "I don't have any memories with her." elizabeth said crestfallen. "That won't work then." diane said. Elizabeth looked down. "Oh, Look!" she said, causing everyone to see flowers growing on the ground suddenly.
"What's this flower?" elizabeth asked in awe. "We're these blooming just a second ago?" meliodas asked confused. "Who cares? They're just flowers!" hawk said before eating some. (Y/n) sat down. "Even if we were to eat them, we'd never get full." hawk said eating before he breathed on some flowers, causing it's petals to fly. As if all been blowned, all of the flower petals took to the sky, circling the group. "The flower petals are?" diane said in awe. King flew into the circle before all the flower petals dropped to the ground, the group gone.
The Capital of the dead...
"Ca-Captain?" diane said while looking around in awe. "Yeah." meliodas said, just in awe as the others. 'There's no doubt about it. The Capital of the Dead.' king thought as he glanced around but kept a eye on the group in front of him. 'What does this mean? I've tried so many times, but I could never get here. The memory someone among them... Opened the path to here?' king thought as he watched the group. "Is it possible that my longing to see my mother led us here?" elizabeth asked, curious. Ban only looked around. "You said it yourself, you didn't have any memories about her." (y/n) said while getting up and looking around. "No, it might be my memories of the leftovers I was never able to eat." hawk suggested.
"What about you guys?" (y/n) asked, looking at diane and his captain. "I have no idea." meliodas said while cleaning his ear out. "Me neither!" diane said. Ban continued looking around before he saw a young girl with blonde hair that wore a white strapless dress. Without hesitation, ban took off running after her. "Ban?!" diane exclaimed in surprise. "Stop!!" the group heard shouted before king flew by. "King?!" the group exclaimed in unison. The two soon disappeared from sight.
"That's Sir King? He looks nothing like the wanted poster." elizabeth said. "What does he mean, "stop"? He looks like he really wants to catch ban. Are those two fighting?" hawk asked. "Captain, what should we do?" diane asked confused. "We'll chase after them for now." meliodas said before the group ran after the other two sins. Well, except for a (h/c)-haired teen. He watched the others run after king and ban before turning and walking the other way
