The next day, all the seniors got ready to go to the fireworks festival after eating breakfast. You brought a small backpack with you and waited at the main entrance for Ara and Jinhwan. A bit later, you saw Jinhwan walking out of the elevator. You waved at him with a bright smile and he smiled back, hurrying over to you.
"Hey, Baby, you look really pretty, today." he said cheerfully.
"Thanks, Jinny." you replied. "Ara said she's going to be down in a bit, apparently she's facetiming Chanwoo."
"Aw.....I can just imagine him telling her how much he misses her." Jinhwan said.
"Yeah, I bet you Ara kissed the screen at least once." you grinned. The two of you looked at each other before bursting into laughter.
"Heyyyyyyyy!" Ara said from the distance. She came skipping out of the elevator.
"Well, you're in an extremely good mood today." you said.
"Of course I am! I saw Chanwoo earlier." Ara said.
"Did he tell you how much he loves you?" Jinhwan asked as you all began to walk to the parking lot.
"Well, duhhhhhhhhh. Oh my gosh, he's just the most adorable thing ever, I just want to hug him until he dies!" Ara exclaimed.
"Yeesh. I didn't know you were so whipped for him." you said.
"Gahhh! Don't remind me, I'm going to start smiling and I won't be able to stop!" Ara squealed.
"Uh, I think you're already doing that." Jinhwan said.
The festival was crowded with loads of people. The seniors in your school had to wear a blue wristband to make sure that everyone would recognize each other.
"You guys are free to do whatever you want, but you have to come back to this spot right after the firework show ends. Then we're heading back to the hotel." Jinhwan announced to everybody. Everyone was then dismissed and they scattered about, disappearing into the crowd.
There were lots of food and souvenir stands everywhere. You had money with you so you thought of buying something from the festival.
"Hey, let's look around over there, they're selling keychains!" Ara said. You walked over to the stand and there were a variety of keychains displayed.
"These are cute! Maybe I should get one for Chanwoo." Ara said.
"That's a nice idea." you replied. "Which one are you going to get him?"
"I'm thinking about this fox one, it kind of looks like him." Ara said.
"Oh yeah, it does! Ha! That's funny." Jinhwan laughed. While Ara went to pay for the keychain, you stared at a small cat one.
"Do you want anything, Baby? I'll get you something." Jinhwan said as he took out his wallet.
"Oh, you really don't need to buy me anything, Oppa." you said.
"Aw, come on! I wanna get you something." Jinhwan pouted. You sighed.
"Well....if you insist.....I kind of want this one." you said as you held up the cat keychain.
"This one's cute! Is that it?" he asked. You nodded. He smiled before going to pay. Once he paid the money for it, he handed it to you.
"Here you go!" he said.
"Thanks, Jinny." you said before attaching the keychain onto your phone case.
"Cute!! I'm going to put Chanwoo's somewhere safe." Ara said as she put her gift in her bag.
The next few hours, all three of you watched the street performances and looked around until the fireworks show would start. Highlights of the evening was the traditional drum performance and eating Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes). Jinhwan made a huge fuss over the Tteokbokki after supposedly "burning" his tongue while eating them and he ended up drinking all of your boba at once. Ara laughed so hard until she choked on hers and eventually she started to scream that her throat was on fire, so you had to get her a bottle of water from the vending machine. Finally, it was time for the firework parade so you went to where everyone was crowding around.
"My tongue still hurts." Jinhwan said.
"Yeah? Well my throat still feels like it's scorched-"
"Shh, the show is about to start!" you said.
The sky was now dark and you could see the moon in the distance. Suddenly, a number of neon colored lights lit up the sky and the fireworks started to burst in the air.
"Oh woah!" Ara exclaimed as the sky lit up with millions of fireworks. The experience felt so magical. You've seen tons of fireworks when you were little, but these were by far the prettiest ones you've ever seen. The fireworks shot in the air and burst into little sparkles, creating a huge light show above you. You pulled your phone out and took a few pictures and videos before you suddenly felt Jinhwan grab your hand and entangle his fingers with yours. He pulled you closer to him. You smiled and leaned your head against his shoulder.
The fireworks continued for the next fifteen minutes until the finale had started. Your eyes lit up and you beamed in amazement as a flurry of fireworks burst into the night sky, one after another. Ara's eyes were glued to the fireworks and she gasped loudly, a smile growing huge on her face. Another flurry of neon colored fireworks shot into the air and at that moment, Jinhwan turned you around, cupped your cheeks, and then pressed a soft kiss against your lips. Your eyes widened in surprise, but you kissed back eventually and then there you were, sharing a long, loving kiss with your boyfriend as the fireworks burst into the air and lit up the entire scene.
Once he pulled away, the fireworks were over and you were blushing furiously. Jinhwan smiled at you and you wrapped your arms around him, burying your face into his chest in embarrassment.
"Oh my God, you twoooo!! Gahhhhhhh, my heart is going to explode!!" Ara suddenly squealed.
"Oh, come on!" you said into Jinhwan's chest as your face heated up. Jinhwan and Ara laughed as you tried to hide your flustered expression. Jinhwan wrapped his arms around you and hugged back, rocking you back and forth.
"I love you." you heard him whisper into your ear.

Once you were back at the hotel, you went back up to your room to shower, but the door was locked and the water was already turned on inside. You guessed that someone else was showering. You knocked on the door.
"Hello? Is someone inside?" you asked.
"Oh, uh, yeah. It's Eunji. I'm showering." you heard Eunji say from inside.
"Oh okay. Can I shower afterwa-"
"Sumin's gonna go and then I'm going to go after her. You have to go last." you suddenly heard Sooyoung say. You turned around and saw her walking through the doorway. You huffed.
"Fine. I'll wait." you said before walking to leave. Sooyoung managed to throw a glare at you before you left the room.
Rolling your eyes, you decided to go to Jinhwan's room. You knocked on the door and he peeked his head out shortly afterwards.
"Oh hey." he said.
"Hey, you wanna go bother Ara? I was going to shower, but my roommates are making me go last so I just decided that I would eat dinner and then do it." you said. Jinhwan sighed.
"Well, I'm not surprised that you're the last of their priorities. Let's go." he said before walking out. He grabbed your hand and walked with you to Ara's room.
"Ara, we're here to bother you, open the door." you said as you knocked. When Ara opened the door she was holding chopsticks and the room was empty.
"Hey, I'm about to make instant Ramen. Wanna eat with me? My roommates went to eat outside." Ara said.
"Sure." Jinhwan said.
You sat down at the small glass table next to the couch and Ara brought the Ramen cups, setting them down. Once the Ramen was cooked enough, Ara gave you chopsticks and you began to eat. Ara picked up her phone and FaceTimed somebody, perching her phone up.
"Who're you calling?" Jinhwan asked.
"Who do you think I'm calling?" Ara asked with a grin before the person picked up.
"Noonaaaaa!" you heard Chanwoo say.
"Hey, Chanwoo!! What's up?" Ara asked.
"I miss you so much, it's so boring at school without you! You're coming back the day after tomorrow, right?" Chanwoo asked.
"Yup! After we go to Lotte World!" Jinhwan said, squeezing his face into the screen.
"Oh, hey, Hyung! Are you having fun?"
"Yeah, we went to a fireworks festival today!"
"What! Luckyyyyy."
"Yeah, and (Y/S/N) totally had the greatest time during fireworks, didn't you?" Ara said, wiggling her eyebrows.
"What?" Chanwoo said. You hit her shoulder lightly and she stuck out her tongue.
"Well, hurry up and come back, I miss hugging you." Chanwoo said. You and Jinhwan looked at each other and tried to hold in your squeals.
"Aw....me too. I promise I'll be back soon!" Ara said.
"Try to kiss her on the lips when she comes back!" you said, shoving your face into the screen.
"What the-HEY!" Ara said as she started to blush.
"BAHAHA! Chanwoo's all flustered!" Jinhwan laughed.
"You better do it, bro! I believe in youuuuuu!" you said.
"Dude, shut upppp!!" Ara said, her face turning red.
"A-Anyways, I have to go study now, so I'll hang up now. I love you!" Chanwoo said.
"I LOVE YOU TOO, CHANWOO!" Jinhwan shouted, making you burst into laughter.
"I love you too, Chanwoo." Ara said as she rolled her eyes. Chanwoo gave one last smile before hanging up the call.

You went back to your room after eating. There, the bathroom door was still locked. You sighed.
"Are you guys, still showering?" you asked.
"Freaking Hell, you scared me, brat!" you heard Sooyoung say from inside. You frowned.
"What's taking you so long?" You asked.
"Okay okay, shut up and give me a minute, I need to change." Sooyoung replied. You crossed your arms and waited until Sooyoung came out of the bathroom with her towel and dirty clothes, but Eunji and Sumin followed her from behind. You lifted a brow.
"Ooooookay? I'm not going to ask why all three of you were in there." you said before grabbing your clothes and towel.
"Whatever, freak." Sooyoung said as she and her friends walked out of the room. They suddenly burst into a fit of giggles once they went out.
You turned on the water and then took off your clothes. When you went inside, the shower stall was unbelievably tiny. You didn't know such a small shower could even exist. It was so small that there was only about two inches of space between the wall and your shoulder. "Well, I guess this place needed some flaws." you groaned in frustration. Besides Sooyoung...... you added in your head. Shrugging it off, you were about to wash your hair with shampoo until there was suddenly a drastic change in the water temperature. In about three seconds, the water suddenly changed from warm to boiling.
You yelped loudly in pain and turned around in panic to turn the water back up, and your eyes widened. The handle wasn't even switched to boiling temperature. It was turned on the scale so that the water was supposed to be warm, but it wasn't. You started to panic, the water was burning your entire body. You grabbed the handle frantically and turned it and tried to turn it off, but the water didn't change no matter which way you turned it.
"Dammit!" you cursed in pain before trying to open the door.
"What the Hell?!" you shouted when the freaking door wouldn't open either. Your eyes widened when you remembered how all three of your roommates were in the bathroom earlier. They must've rigged the shower somehow.
"ARGH!" you yelled. Tears were starting to form in your eyes from the pain and you were gasping, trying to open the door. At this rate you just needed to get the Hell out of there, so you resulted to body slamming the door in hopes of breaking it open. How the Hell do you even rigg a freaking shower like this?! You thought. You slammed your side onto the door with a loud thud, but the door didn't budge.
"FREAKING OPEN!" you shouted before body slamming the door as hard as you can, and finally the door slammed open and you fell out, crashing onto the floor.
"Dammit!" you hissed. Your entire body was red, it was completely scalded by the water. The mirror was fogged up and you grabbed your towel. Everywhere soon began to stung and you cried out in pain before someone suddenly knocked on the door frantically.
"(Y/N)? (Y/N)! Are you in there?" you heard Ara say. You unlocked the door and she gasped loudly when she saw you.
"Holy freaking crap! What in the Hell happened?!" she exclaimed before rushing over to you. You didn't care that you were practically naked in front of Ara, you've known her since forever and you knew that she equally didn't give a single crap about it. You were basically sisters.
"Ugh, I think Sooyoung and her stupid friends did something to the shower, they jammed the door and locked the water temperature to boiling water!" you said.
"Oh, freaking Hell." Ara hissed before helping you up.
"Your entire body is scalded, dude!" she said.
"I know, I know! It freaking hurts!" you said.
"Let me get you different clothes." Ara said as she went out to get new clothes. She brought back a pair of shorts and a tank before helping you in them. She quickly dried your hair for you and then brought you out of the room.
"Where are you-"
"We're going to Jay now. I don't care, you are not going to stay with these freaks anymore. If they still won't change your stupid group, so help me, I will abduct you into our room myself." Ara growled. You sighed.
"Why does this keep happening to me......" you groaned in frustration.
