Riley's Election Campaign

"The following is a campaign commercial brought to you by the Riley for Princess Committee, " said Maya.

Riley rode the halls on a horse with a unicorn horn.

"Imagine your education in a magical kingdom and unicorns roam the halls. Say goodbye to too much studying." Riley waved a wand and Darby's books turned into ballons.

"Riley-" Cory came in the hallway.

"Say goodbye to meddling teachers." Riley began waving her wand.

"But, Riley, I'm your fa-" Cory began but Riley made him vanish.

"A vote for me is a vote to live happily ever after. I am Princess Riley Matthews and I approveth this messageth."  Riley smiled.

Maya came and stood next to the horse.

"The campaign of Riley Matthews is not responsible for anyone who thinks a horse is a unicorn,"  Maya said with a straight face.

"No, we're not." Maya cooed to the horse.

History Class

"Democracy. Our form of government where the power lies with the people. So who here can tell me another form of government where the power doesn't lie with the people?" Cory asked the class.

"Farkle! Thank you, sir. Dictators. Love 'em. They get to do whatever they want. I wanna be one someday." Farkle smirked.

Lucas came in.

"Mr. Friar!" Cory called.

"Sorry for being late, sir. My flight was delayed." Lucas gave him a note.

"You went back to Texas again this weekend?" Riley asked.

"Visited my friends," Lucas told her.

"He misses his old friends." Riley cooed.

"Please Riley. I bet they're all cows." Elliot smirked.

"Aww. Cowboy's got the blues." Maya mockingly cooed.

Maya:  Campfire for one my friends are all cows

Lucas started to play the harmonica.

Maya: Ha hur ha hur ha hur

Maya sang but then noticed Lucas was playing the harmonica and glared at him.

"I will never get to you, will I?" Maya asked.

"No, but I sure do appreciate the effort." Lucas smiled.

"Ooooooo!" Maya shuddered annoyed.

"Okay, guys, Seventh Grade Student Council Elections are coming up," Cory told the class.

"Yay." Everybody said deadly.

"Why that?" Cory asked.

"Because every year somebody runs, makes promises and nobody does anything," Riley told him.

"Yeah, what lunkhead's running the elections this year?"  Maya chuckled.

"How ya doin'?"  Cory gave her a look.

"Can't you just make a change?" Elliot asked.

"You know what? It's up to you guys to make changes. Since we're studying alternate forms of governments this year, why not let the candidates run in any form of government they choose?" Cory asked.

Everybody groaned but Farkle, he cheered.

"So any nominations?" Cory asked.

"I, Farkle, nominate I, Farkle, for dictator." Farkle raised his hand.

"You can't nominate yourself, Farkle," Cory told him.

"I'll nominate him." Rebel spoke up.

Everybody turned to him.

"Oh look who finally decided to speak up," Elliot smirked.

"Shut up, El." Rebel rolled his eyes.

"Really?" Farkle asked shocked.

"Yeah. I like ya. I got your back." Rebel told him.

"I thought you two had my back."  Farkle turned to Lucas and Elliot.

"I got his back." Lucas turned to Rebel.

"Whoa, easy there, harmonica." Rebel put his hands up in surrender.

"Hey, I got his back since second grade you're nothing compared to that Cow lover," Elliot told Lucas.

"In fact, I'll be your campaign manager buddy," Elliot told Farkle.

"Thanks." Farkle smiled.

Lucas turned back to Rebel.

"Who are you? Where did you come from?" Lucas asked.

"He's the rebel," Riley told him.

"His name is even Rebel," Elliot added.

"Well, what am I?" Lucas asked.

"Oh, you're the good guy. You're our moral compass." Farkle told him.

"Wow. That sounds hard to pull off." Lucas said.

"Yeah, but you're really good at it,"  Farkle told him.

"Thanks." Lucas smiled gratefully.

"See?" Farkle smiled.

"He's right, Friar. Represent democracy." Cory told Lucas.

"I don't know, Mr. Matthews. If democracy worked, maybe I'd have gotten a vote on where I get to live." Lucas told him.

"I nominate Lucas Friar for p
President.' Riley raised her hand.

"Okay. Second?" Cory asked.

Riley waved her raised hand.

"No, honey, you nominated him. You can't second the nomination"  Cory began but she didn't put her hand down.

"All right, fine." Cory gave up.

"What are you doing? He's your competition." Maya told Riley.

"I'm not running for anything," Riley told her.

"Yes, you are. I got plans for you... Yeah." Maya smirked.

"You know what? It'd be an honor to run for President. Thank you, Riley." Lucas smiled

"My pleasure, buddy." Riley gave him a thumbs up.

Elliot chuckled and Maya raised an eyebrow at Riley.

"I don't know how it happens." Riley told them.

Riley and Maya went to their lockers

"I'm nominating you for something. This is your chance to be the voice of strong-willed, confident women everywhere." Maya told Riley.

"I wanna be a princess." Rily turned to her.

"Listen to me-" Maya began.

"No! You listen to me. I'm 12 years old. The window is closing on my princess dream. I'm too old to be a flower girl and I ain't winning any pageants until I grow into these limbs. Princess is all I have. Get it for me." Riley told her.

"As you wish, m'lady." Maya agreed after a moment of silence.

"Yay." Riley cheered.

"Good luck winning." Elliot snorted.

Riley and Maya turned to him.

"What'd  the suppose to mean?" Maya glared at him.

"Well, considering that I'm the most popular guy in school and Farkle's campaign manager. I'll make sure he'll win." Elliot smirked.

"I'm popular too,"  Maya argued.

"Not as much as me sweetheart. Let's make a bet. If Farkle's win I get to kiss you." Elliot smirked.

"And if Riley wins?" Maya asked.

"Whatever you want, " with that Elliot walked away.

"You are going to run. You are going win. And I'm gonna see that crushing look in Elliot's eyes."  Maya turned to Riley determinedly.

Elliot was on his laptop making a campaign design for Farkle and Riley was making signs

Cory came inside.

"Hey, dad, campaign question." Riley turned to him.

"Impartial! As your teacher, I must refrain from showing any favoritism. But as your father, whaddya got?"  Cory smiled.

"I got serious Riley." Riley held up a big sign of herself frowning.

"Loser! What else you got?" Cory asked.

"Smiley Riley!"  Riley held up a big sign of herself smiling.

"Love her! See you at the victory party." Cory kissed her cheek.

"And sent." Elliot was done with Farkle's campaign and just emailed it to a guy who makes printed T-shirts.

Elliot dialed and went outside to talk to someone.

"Hey Jeff it's me, Elliot,"  Elliot said as soon as the guy answered.

"What's up E-man?" The guy asked.

"I need a huge favor. I emailed you a design I need you to print out a hundred T-shirts by tomorrow. I'll pick it up on my way to school."  Elliot told him.

"What is this for?" Jeff asked.

"Dude, my class is having 7th Elections and my buddy's running." Elliot answer.

"You want me to work all night for a stupid class election. No way." Jeff told him bluntly.

"Come on man, my friend really needs to win," Elliot told him.

"No." Jeff didn't agree.

"I'll pay triple your rate." Elliot offered.

"...fine..."

With that the call ended.

Meanwhile inside the house...

"Quiet!" Topanga came from the boys, room with a scratchy voice.

Riley and Cory gasped. Riley went to her room.

"Auggie will not go to sleep. I don't know what's wrong." Topanga told Cory in a scratchy voice.

"I have an idea."'Cory replied.

Topanga sighed.

Auggie came to the living room

"Mommy." He whined.

"How come you're still awake Augs?" Cory asked as the three sat on the couch.

"When mommy read the book the first time, she said 'If you give a mouse a cookie, he'll ask for a glass of milk'," Auggie said sweetly.

Cory smiled.

"But then, five times later, she was like 'Eat your stinking cookie, mouse! Eat it'." Auggie yelled in Cory's face.

"And now I'm awake." Auggie sighed.

Cory turned to Topanga.

"Cory, look, I know tonight is my night, but could you please put him to bed?" Topanga asked tiredly as Auggie laid on top of them

"Topanga, I gotta grade papers," Cory argued.

"I gotta be at court at 8:00 A. M. To stop a nursing home from being torn down." Topanga argued.

"I gotta have breakfast with Mother Teresa and Gandhi, and we are going to play racquetball. And she's really good." Cory argued.

When Topanga saw Auggie sleep she began to leave but...

"I'm awake." Auggie sat up.

Topanga sighed.

"Hey, Aug, you know what? The Phillies are playing The Mets on TV." Cory turned on the TV.

"Uh, don't you think it's a little late?" Topanga asked.

"Topanga, it's the ninth inning. There's like five minutes left."  Cory told her.

Topanga began to argue.

"Hey, you have failed. How could I do worse?" Cory asked.

"I'll tell you-" Topanga began.

"Ferp!" Cory cut her off.

"Ninth inning. What could happen?" Cory asked.

Topanga left.

"The Mets nothing, and the Phillies nothing. Put on a pot of coffee, folks, we could be here all night." The guy on TV said.

"Oh yeah!" Cory and Auggie smirked.

The Next day
Auggie and Cory were having breakfast. Auggie was really sleepy.

"26 innings." Topanga came and glared at Cory.

"We're men. Men watch the whole game, or we're not men. Right, Aug?" Cory smiled.

Auggie dunked his head in the cereal and fell asleep.

"Look, honey, you got what you wanted! He's sleeping." Cory smiled.

Topanga went to Auggie and began cleaning the cereal off of him.

"Oh. Honey, I want him sleeping at night, and now he's not gonna sleep again tonight. Why won't he sleep at night? Tell me." Topanga whined while cleaning Auggie.

She then saw Cory was asleep in his cereal as well.

"You I'm leaving there, " with that she took Auggie and went to his room.

"And that's how you get outta that." Cory lifed his head and smiled.

3 days before Election Day.

The candidates were making speeches in the assembly hall.

Half of the school was on Lucas's side and half were on Farkle's side. No one was on Riley's side of the hall.

"Everybody deserves the right to vote. Because if that right is taken away you know what you get?" Lucas pointed to Farkle's side of the hall.

"I am Farkle! And these are the dictatorettes. They are part of the new Farkle Nation. How would you like to be part of the new Farkle nation?!"  Farkle turned around and yelled.

"Meh." The people shrugged.

"Nobody's buying, Farkle. Nobody wants you for dictator." Maya told him.

"I was afraid something like this would happen. So I came up with a plan for him to win. I know a guy in the T-shirt business." Elliot smirked at Maya

"Who will become part of Farkle Nation for a free t-shirt?!" Elliot yelled.

"Yeah!" They all yelled.

"Dictatorettes, give the peoples what they want," Farkle smirked.

The dictatoretts started throwing t-shirts in the crowd and people began wearing them.

"Uh-oh." Maya sighed.

"Pucker those lips, Hart," Elliot smirked.

Maya glared at him then turned to Riley's side.

"Instead of learning on books, we should learn on tablets. The whole world will be at our fingertips. Instead of reading about Spain, we hit a button and we go there! Ole!" Riley smiled.

"What you doing?" Maya asked.

"I'm addressing the issues," Riley answered.

"Nobody cares about the issues, Riles. They only care about who's having the most fun." Maya pointed to Farkle.

"Farkle Nation!" Elliot yelled.

"Farkle Nation!" The crowd yelled.

"Holy Moley. El got me an army." Farkle gasped.

"El got him an army. You need to give me a kingdom. I'm not princess enough yet, am I?" Riley sighed.

"No, honey, you're not." Maya shook her head.

"Farkle Nation! Farkle Nation, Farkle Nation, Farkle Nation, Farkle Nation, Farkle Nation, Farkle Nation!" The crowd lifted Farkle and began taking him away.

"What do I need to be princess enough?" Riley asked.

"You need a unicorn," Maya smirked after thinking for a bit.

"You'll get that for me?" Riley smiled.

"Yeah. El's not the only one who knows people." Maya smirked and walked away.

Riley and Maya were petting a horse in her room. When Topanga walked in with a box looking very tired.

Maya then covered the horse's head with a lamp head.

"What horse?" Maya tried to act clueless.

But Topanga was too tired to notice anything.

"I was up again with Auggie last night. I'm very tired." Topanga told Riley.

"Cory, we need bread," Topanga told the horse.

"I wanted you to have my princess hat from when I rallied against gender stereotypes. I was going to light it on fire, but It's too pretty. Good luck to you." Topanga gave her the box and smiled weakly.

"Bye, honey." Topanga patted the horse thinking it was Cory.

Before the Elections

Riley Commerical was playing

"A vote for me is a vote to live happily ever after. I am Princess Riley Matthews and I approveth this messageth."  Riley said looking like a princess on top of the 'unicorn.'

"The campaign of Riley Matthews is not responsible for anyone who thinks a horse is a unicorn."  Maya came in the frame.

The commercial ended and everyone clapped. Riley and Maya did a weird handshake.

"Well, America's always held a special place in its heart for Princesses. Perhaps Riley will be the first one ever voted in." Cory smiled.

"Not after everyone sees Farkle's commercial," Elliot smirked.

"Play it, Sheephead," Farkle ordered pulling out the tape.

"Sheephead?" Cory raised an eyebrow.

Elliot and Farkle glanced at each other.

"T-shirt?" Elliot pulled out a T-shirt.

"Ooh! Free stuff." Cory smiled, took the tape and shirt.

The commercial began

A dictatorette changed the name tag from 'Mr. Matthews' to 'Farkle.'

"Good evening, Farkle Nation. It is I, your benevolent dictator. As you can see, I am kind to all the creatures of Farkle nation."  Farkle said as he sat on Mr. Matthews chair petting a cat.

"Farkle this isn't the commercial I approved," Elliot told him.

"I know its better. Trust me." Farkle told him.

"Our animal friends need room to roam free, but my opponent Riley Matthews feels the proper place for a horse of her New York apartment bedroom.'" A picture of Riley and the horse came up on the screen.

"How is this better?" Elliot asked.

Riley got up and turned off the TV.

"How could you do this to me Farkle? You told me you were just gonna take a picture of the horse." Riley turned to Farkle.

"I want to win."  Farkle shrugged.

"Elliot?" Riley asked.

"I approved another one. I didn't even know he was taking a picture of the horse. Where did we get a horse?" Elliot asked

"Farkle, don't even talk to me, " with Riley sat down.

"Riley, I-" Farkle began as he felt bad.

"Okay, this campaign just got dirty. Yay. Team Princess needs to strike back hard." Maya smirked.

"Fine." Riley stood up in front of the class.

"The truth is that the horse had a dream. All that horse ever wanted was to be a unicorn, and I made that dream come true. That horse loves me!" Riley announced.

"Whoo,"  Maya cheered as everyone clapped.

"It is amazing what people will believe,"  Riley smirked and sat down.

Maya stood up.

"He spies on us, he'll spy on all of you! I bet there are cameras on all of you right now. What you have to decide is if you want to live in a magical kingdom or a police state." Maya glared at Farkle.

Farkle glared back.

"Hey, cut it out! Friends don't attack each other. No going after Farkle." Lucus ordered.

"Okay, moral compass, I promise we won't go after Farkle," Maya told him.

"Good. Thank you." Lucus smiled.

The bell rang and everyone but Maya, Riley, and Cory left.

"We're going after Lucas," Maya told Riley

"Why?" Riley asked not even looking at her.

"Farkle's nothing without his army.  Lucas is the competition now." Maya told Riley.

"I'm not attacking Lucas," Riley told her.

"You don't have to do anything-"   Maya began.

"No," Riley told her.

"Riley, this is your last chance to be a Princess. Everybody's got something they're hiding. Even Lucas. I'm gonna find out what it is." Maya told her.

"Maya, if you do-" Riley began.

"Yeah?" Maya asked.

'Don't tell me.' Rily sighed.

Maya smirked and walked out of the classroom

Elliot and Farkle were in the hallway

"Farkle what was that?" Elliot asked him.

"I need to win Elliot. I needed to get the competition out of the way. I need to show people that I'm not a-" Farkle began.

"Nothing?... Farkle I know what Billy said that is still bothering you somewhat. Why do you think I had t-shirts made in an emergency. I had to pay triple of what they originally cost." Elliot told him.

"I thought you just wanted me to win so you could kiss Maya," Farkle said.

"Well...that is a bonus. The fact is buddy you were never considered a nothing to your friends but by showing the anti-Riley commercial you just lost both the girls." Elliot told him.

"I messed up didn't I?" Farkle asked.

"Big time." Elliot nodded.

Living Room

Topanga was asleep on the couch and Auggie was in his pajamas reading a book.

"Once there was a tree.'  Auggie turned a page.

"And she loved a little boy." Auggie turned a page.

"And every day the boy would come." Auggie turned a page.

"And he would ga...he would ga.."  Auggie was stuck on a word.

"What's this word, mommy?" Auggie asked tapping Topanga.

Topanga didn't wake up.

"What's this word, mommy?"  Auggie tapped her again.

Auggie put the book aside and tried to wake Topanga up.

"Mommy...Mommy...Mommy..."  Auggie kept on trying to wake her up.

He took a pillow from her and threw it on her.

Cory came to the living room.

"Daddy, try this!" Auggie threw the pillow again but before it could hit Topanga Cory caught it.

"Oh, Auggie! She doesn't like that. Trust me. So you know what? Why don't we gather all these little pillows here?" Cory began picking all the pillows.

" 'Gather', that's the word!' Auggie jumped down on the sofa and Topanga woke up.

"Oh! What happened? I dreamt I was vulnerable and unprotected and somebody was throwing pillows at me." Topanga told Cory while he had a bunch of pillows with himself.

"Let me tell you why this is funny." Cory smiled put the pillows down.

"I can't do it, Cory. I can't get him to go to bed. I give him to you, you give him to me." Topanga sighed and sat up.

"Well, honey, you know what? We're two working parents." Cory sat with her.

"I know, but we always arrange it so that one of us is with him. What are we missing here?" Topanga asked as Auggie slept on top of both of them

"Look, honey, he's real close. You put him to bed. I give you this victory." Cory smiled but Topanga fell asleep as well.

"Topanga? Honey?" He called but got no answer.

Cory quietly got up hoping Auggie and Topanga would stay asleep.

Once Cory left Auggie sat up and began reading again.

"And the boy would gather her leaves and play King of the Forest. " He smiled.

Election Day

Riley and Maya were in the hallway.

Maya shut her locker angrily.

"He's squeaky clean. I haven't found one thing to attack this guy on. Nobody at school has a bad thing to say about him." Maya said annoyed.

"Good." Riley smiled.

"Our only hope is finding something... personal," Maya told her.

Lucas came into the hallway while he was on the phone.

"Hey, huckleberry." Maya greeted.

"Hi, Lucas." Riley smiled.

"Excuse me. I'm dealing with something personal." Lucas told them and went to a corner.

"Hello," Maya smirked.

Riley and Maya sat on the bench listening in on Lucas's conversation.

"I don't understand why I can't go back this weekend, sir... No, I'm not trying to argue, but this isn't my home. Texas is my home...But, dad, you told me I'd be able to see my friends on weekends if I wanted and I want to see my friends... Yes, I have friends here. Right now we're all trying to destroy each other... I'm sorry too, sir, but I was the one who didn't want to come to this school in the first place."  Lucas kept talking on the phone. He then looked to the side and saw that Maya and Riley heard him.

"I have to go now." Lucas sighed and ended the call.

He then walked up to the girls.

"I suppose you guys will be using that against me." Lucas sighed.

"I would never," Riley told him.

"Quiet, Princess,"  Maya demanded.

"What, that you don't want to be in our class? How could that hurt you, running for President of our class?"  Maya turned to Lucas.

"Don't worry. It's only her word against yours."  Riley told him.

"Unless I have some kind of, like, electronic listening device and Oh, look at that! Boopity beep boop bop bing!" Maya pulled out her phone and played a recording.

"I'm sorry too, sir, but I was the one who didn't want to come to this school in the first place." The recording played.

Lucas just walked away.

"Lucas-" Riley tried to stop him but he was already gone.

"Maya, get rid of it." Riley turned to Maya.

"Riley, we got him. You want to be a Princess? We got him. I know exactly what we're gonna do."  Maya smirked.

"So do I." Riley said determinedly.

Election

"And now the moment you've been waiting for. Dictatorship versus Monarchy versus Democracy. Which form of government have you chosen? The winner and new leader of the seventh grade of John Quincy Adams Middle School is-"  Cory was announcing when...

"Hold on!" Maya yelled as the girls came in and ran to Cory on the stage

"Not now, Maya," Cory told her.

"It has to be right now, dad," Riley told him.

"We have one more very important campaign commercial that everybody needs to see," Maya announced.

"Girls, we've already seen the campaign commercials. The votes are in. This isn't gonna change anything." Cory told them.

"Yes, it will. This isn't about the votes. It's about Lucas." Riley pointed to Lucas.

"Did you know about this, Mr. Friar? Is this okay with you?" Cory asked the boy.

"Yeah, I know about it. If this is the kind of friends they want to be It's okay with me." Lucas sighed.

Maya put in the CD.

"Yeah, this is the kind of friends we want to be," Riley told him.

Lucas sadly nodded.

The video began playing and Riley and Maya sat on the stage.

"Hey, my name's Asher Garcia. I've known Lucas Friar just about all my life. I'm here to endorse him for your Seventh-Grade President." A boy came in front of the camera.

Lucas was shocked.

"I'm Dylan Orlando." Another boy came running.

"How you doing, bud? Looks like you made some new friends. They thought it was important we recorded this for you." Dylan continued.

Lucas smiled.

"Is there really a Farkle?" Asher asked.

Farkle smiled.

"And, Lucas, after Riley and Maya went out of their way to find us, and we got to know them a little, I think we can endorse them too," Dylan said.

"Yeah, I approve that message." Asher pointed to the camera.

Dylan copied him and his finger circled.

The video ended.

"I second that. I don't wanna be dictator anymore. Dictators don't have any friends." Farkle went to sit with girls.

Riley put his arm around him.

"How much did you pay those guys to say nice things about Heehaw?" Elliot asked and sat next to Maya.

"Elliot!" Riley scolded.

"I'm joking! You know I'm joking right cowboy?" Elliot turned to Lucas.

"Yeah, thank you for the video. That wasn't what I expected to see."  Lucas stood up and went to sit with his friends.

"No more going home for the weekends?" Riley asked.

"I am home." Lucas smiled and the friends put their arms around each other.

After Elections. Lucas won.

"Hey, Mr. Matthews, as the new Class President I'd like to name Farkle my Vice President," Lucas told Cory.

Cory began laughing.

"You're kidding," Cory said after Lucas didn't laugh with him.

Lucas shook his head.

"You mean if something terrible happened to you, I'd be president?" Farkle smirked.

"Mm-hmm." Lucas nodded slightly scared.

"I accept," Farkle smirked and extended his hand for a handshake.

"You just made a big mistake." Elliot laughed.

"Yeah, I figured. Can you be my bodyguard?" Lucas asked.

"Why do you need me as your bodyguard? You're stronger than me." Elliot said confused.

"Yeah, but you're the only one he'll listen to," Lucas told him.

"True." Elliot nodded.

"So you'll do it?" Lucas asked.

"Do I get paid?" Elliot asked in return.

"I'll try to get you out of detentions," Lucas told him.

"Sold." Elliot extended his hand for a handshake.

Lucas shook his hand.

"Maya," Lucas called.

Farkle came near him and smirked. Lucus looked at him weirdly.

"I'd like you to be my Secretary of State." Lucas turned back to Maya.

"I'm nobody's secretary, Ranger Rick,"  Maya told him off.

"Hey, Hart." Rebel called from behind.

"What?" Maya turned around.

"Secretary of State is the President's ambassador to the world. It means he thinks highly of you. It also means he's trying to get you out of the country." Rebel told her.

"Wait a minute. What about me?"  Riley asked.

"You? What about you?" Lucas asked with a smile.

"What am I to you?" Riley asked.

"What are you to me?" Lucas smiled.

Lucas whistled and a white horse came in the cafeteria.

Lucas sat on the horse and rode to Riley. He helped her on the horse.

"To me, you're a Princess." Lucas smiled and put a crown on her.

"Look at us." Riley smiled and wrapped her hands around Lucas's waist. They began to ride off.

"I can't believe I'm about to say this but...they're kinda cute," Elliot told Maya.

"Who are you and what have you done to Elliot Matthews?"  Maya asked shocked but smiled.

"Ha ha...one thing makes me sad though," Elliot told her.

"What's that?" Maya asked.

"Riley began liking Lucas at the beginning of the year and she got a moment with him. I've liked you for half a decade and I still haven't got mine with you." Elliot told her.

"Okay, that's a bold face lie. Remember when we were seven. In the park. Alone." Maya told him.

"So you're really leaving Carla, Mason and I? You're not gonna trash places with us anymore?" Maya asked.

"My parents are finally paying attention to me. I don't want to do anything to disappoint them." Elliot told her.

"I understand. I'll miss you though." Maya told her.

"I'll miss you too...Can I kiss you? You know...like a goodbye kiss."  Elliot told her.

"Ok." Maya nodded not really knowing what to say.

Elliot quickly kissed Maya and the cheek, turned around and started walking never expecting the see the beautiful blonde again. Little did he know that in a week's time she will come through his sister's bay window.

Topanga and Auggie both put their hands on their hips and glared at each other.

"If you give a mouse a cookie, he's going to ask for a glass of milk." Topanga recited.

"If you give a mouse his mommy, he's going to want his daddy too,"  Auggie said.

"What?" Topanga's eyes softened.

"Hey, guys." Cory, Riley, and Elliot came inside.

"Cory, come here." Topanga patted on the sofa

"What's up?"  Cory and the twins sat.

"Watch this. Auggie, we are two working parents. I'm sorry, but that's the way it is. Sometimes daddy can be here to tuck you in, and sometimes I can. But we always arrange it so that one of us is with you." Topanga told him.

"Just tell them Augs," Elliot told him.

"You know?" Topanga asked shocked.

"What? What does he know?" Cory asked confused.

"I don't go to sleep because I want both of you to tuck me in," Auggie told them.

"Oh, one of us isn't good enough, huh?"  Cory's eyes softened.

"How did you know he felt that way?" Topanga asked.

Because I use to feel the same way... Elliot thought.

"He's my brother. And we sleep in the same room put the pieces together." Elliot told her.

Auggie snuggled into his mother and Topanga put her head on Cory's shoulder. Riley put her shoulder on Elliot's shoulder.

Even after everything that happened in the past. Elliot was really happy that his sister and he are close.

"Goodnight, Princess." Elliot kissed Riley forehead.

"Goodnight, Princess." Cory kissed Topanga's forehead.

Chapter 14: Friendship is key: But what if you want something more?

Friendship is key to everything in my opinion because true friends are there for you. They are the family you chose. But if you want something more? Something special. That's what I want with My Girl. But no matter what I do or a what I say she always put me back in the friend zone. It's not that she doesn't like me. I know she does. How? I can see jealousy in her eyes while I'm with other girls. She just afraid to be left alone like her dad left her. But she knows that not every guy leaves right? Then what's the problem?
