Louis' P.O.V.
I get up as I hear my alarm goes 'trrrring'. I am confused. VERY confused. I scratch my head as I try to recall why I had set up an alarm in the first place.
Right.
School.
This is when I start panicking. I hate school; not because we have to study or whatever, but because there are PEOPLE there.
Yeah, I'm introverted.
Right when I'm about to explode because of my sudden 'panic' attack, I hear mom's voice. She comes in and says, 'morning!'
I panic less when I hear her voice. It's soothing, I guess. "Morning, mum," I reply.
"It's a big day today, little lad! I want you to get dressed and come downstairs. Don't take a lot of time. Don't wanna get late on your first day, right?"
"Y-yeah. Okay."
She goes out of my room before I could even tell her that I'm panicking on the inside.
I sigh, and get out of my bed only to regret it within two seconds. It. Is. So. Freaking. Cold.
I quickly put on my cozy warmers and slippers and head off to the bathroom.
I brush my teeth and get dressed.
I look at myself in the mirror. I am wearing an over-sized sweater, black jeans and Vans Classic Old School Sneakers. I'm kinda happy with my outfit.
"Lou! Come downstairs. Breakfast is ready," Mum shouts from the kitchen downstairs.
"C-coming!" I shout back, only after seconds, I wonder why I stuttered while getting down the stairs.
I look at the time. Holy sh- never mind. I AM SCREWED. THERE'S ONLY 15 MINUTES LEFT.
I quickly grab my book-bag and run towards the door, only to be stopped by Mum.
"Honey, eat your breakfast first!"
"No time, mum!" Still jogging as I reply.
I practically RUN to school. Sure, it's only a few blocks away, but I RUN anyways. I heard the latecomers get detention twice the people who come on time.
I finally reach there. My.. School. My heart is already beating so freaking fast right now, but it increases even more when I sink to the thought that I'd now have to be surrounded by people- well, 'students'.
I just casually (well, try to) walk with my head down and find my locker..
"I hope no one's standing near my locker," I say under my breath.
I'm so lost in thoughts that I bump into someone.
He's.. Tall. My head is still down so I can't figure out what his face is like.
"Hey, little one, you okay?"
His voice is raspy.
"Yeah, and um- I'm-"
Oops. Panic attack. Social anxiety.
Can't.
Do.
This..
I fall down and the last thing I remember are those beautiful, green eyes.
