Edmund gives you the promise ring during your 2 years anniversary. He takes you to a fancy restaurant and gives you the rings. Ever since Edmund and you came back from your last trip in Narnia, he knows how much you missed there. Therefore, he picked the rings like that, to remind you that you'll always be the queen in his heart.

Caspian:
Caspian is known as King Caspian the seafarer. To him, you are his mountain, his rock. He gives these rings on his coronation ball, after the 2nd Battle of Beruna, in front of everyone. He promises you he'll always be your ocean, and you'll always be his mountain. His speech was so cheesy that could put the cheesiest cheese pizza to shame.

Eustace:
It took Eustace days to design these rings. He's definitely not a drawer, but he did put efforts in designing these rings. He knows how jealous you get when he spends time with Jill, so he tells you that you are the only one who has access to his heart. He gives you the rings on the day you started a fight with Jill.
