Okay, so let me set a few things straight. In this story, Onew is 18, Jonghyun, Key, and Mihno are 17, and Taemin is 16.  Oh, and they all know english.

I'm changing the ages, and their language, so that the story will make more sense, so to all you Shawols out there, please don't be offended.

Well, now that that's out of the way, I'll let you continue reading.

Canada, June 28th 2011

My legs are aching as I trudge on.  What is it, my tenth lap already?

"COME ON JESSIE! I WANT TO SEE YOU SWEAT!"

Huh, I'm here sweating baths and you want to see me sweat? I could probably drown you in my sweat!

But, instead of telling my gym teacher this,  I bite down on my tongue and soldier on. Just one more stinking gym class, and I'll be done for the year.

Despite my body nagging me to stop, I manage to run the last lap, earning me a proud smile from Mr. Cade. Yeah, that's right, smile all you want, but if I don't get a good mark for this, you'll be hearing from my lawyer.

"Now, I know that you guys are going to be on summer break, but I expect you guys to be in top physical shape when you come back," Mr. Cade shouts as we hurry into our change rooms.

God, what does he think we are, robots?

"Thank goodness that it's over, I can't take any more of this," my friend, Lousaper  huffs, as she practically thows herself onto me.

"I know right," I agree. I shrug her off, finding that keeping her weight up, as well as mine, is far too difficult.  "These next two months are going to be filled with sleeping in, and eating cheap Chinese food."

"Yes, I could see it now," I say happily.

She smiles at me, "Oh, and don't forget to enter for that SHINee giveaway. It's going to end in like, tomorrow. You never know, we could actually win this."

I shake my head. This giveaway would really be great, I mean, two months travelling the globe with five ridiculously good looking idols, who wouldn't want that? But, let's be realistic here. First off, I'm Canadian, and they live in Korea. If you hadn't noticed, that's sort of far away.

And, what are the chances that they would draw my name out of thousands of entries from all over the world?

Exactly, little to none.

It's actually quite funny how this situation was playing out though, since usually, I'm the optimistic one, and Lousaper is the one that's down and all negative. But, you know, when it comes to SHINee; Lousaper goes crazy.

"Oh, come on, have a little more spirit, it's the freaking summer!"

I give her a weak smile. "Yeah, I guess it is."

Welcome! This is your chance to win an amazing trip with one of your closest friends, with Korea's very own shining idols, SHINee! Anyone is eligible for this contest!

Just fill out the form below by June 29th  and we'll notify you as soon as possible. Fighting!

I type in my info, and hit the send button. Despite knowing better, I still want to win. Okay, want, was a bit of an understatement.

"What are you doing?"

I jump out of my seat, and turn to see my sister Ariel's bemused face.

"I'm doing stuff...."

She slowly peers over my shoulder, and lets out a big laugh. "LIES! I SEE MY KEY!"

I stifle a chuckle and look back on the computer monitor. Not to my surprise, a huge picture of all of the SHINee boys is proudly blown up on the screen, but of course, she notices Key first.

"Fine, you really want to know?" she nods frantically, her hair flinging like a wild woman, urging me to continue, "I'm entering a contest."

She scoffs, "That's all? I thought you were doing something more interesting."

I roll my eyes. "If I win, I'm not taking you."

Her eyes bulge. "Bu- but WHY? I'M YOUR SISTER!"

I shrug, truth is, Lousaper and I have made a pact. If one of us wins, both of us go. So, even if I did want to take Ariel, I wouldn't be able too. But, don't tell her that.

Messing with her, is just too fun.

"MOVE YOUR BUTT!" she demands, shoving me off the chair.

Huh, who would've thought that a small 14 year old, could possess so much force?

It was sort of weird how she and I were even related. I mean, I was clumsy, pale, and short, whereas, she was sort of coordinated, tan, and tall... ish.

Well, taller than me anyway, but you get my point.

I watched in amusement, as little Ariel's fingers sped around the keyboard. "HA! NOW I'M ENTERED TOO!"

I patted her head as if she were a small 3 year old. "Good job."

Canada, June 29th 2011.

One. Two. Three.

I continue to count as the ceiling fan spins on and on making that annoying buzzing sound.

"What do you want to do today?" Lousaper asks, as she plopps down on my rock hard bed.

"I don't know, what do you want to do?"

She rubs her head in pain, "You really need to get a softer bed."

"I know right. Apparently, this is supposed to help with my back, but I think it's doing the opposite."

She laughs loudly. "Chinese parents, and their Chinese beliefs."

We lay on my bed for several more minutes, finding nothing interesting to talk about.

"So, how about them sponges?" I say awkwardly.

She snorts. "You're a loser."

"You're so good at boosting my confidence," I say sarcastically, smacking her in the forehead.

"Why, thank you."

Now it's my turn to snort. "And I'm the loser."

"Yes, you are," she snickers.

I smack her again and sigh. "We're hopeless."

Lousaper looks at me, a confused looked sitting on her face. Slowly she props herself up on her shoulder, "How so? We're so gorgeous!"

I laugh, and give her a hair flip. "Yeah, and soooo modest too!"

We high five, and both start laughing hysterically. I grimac when I realize, that this was as close to a social life as we will ever get.

You know, because laughing like you're mentally challenged in your room with one friend is totally cool.

"Okay, well like I was saying before, we're hopeless."

She throws one of my pillows at me. "What's up with you lately? You don't seem like yourself."

I shrug. "I don't know."

"Well, please explain what makes us such losers."

I sit up straight and clearmy throat. "First off, we're like freaking midgets."

She nods, "Go on."

"Okay, next, the closest thing we've ever had to actual boyfriends, were our so called "boyfriends" in kindergarten."

She grimaces at my statement. "Okay, I guess you have a point."

I snicker at the mental image of this chubby red head, "I still remember that one guy that you, "dated"."

She slaps me hard on the head. "Shut up, you bum."

"I swear, I''m going to be brain dead by the end of this month."

 "Good."
