Minecon was a great experience. It's Tuesday and we've been sightseeing since Sunday night. We're waiting at our gate in the airport talking about our plan. "So, we're all staying in Florida for another week?" Mitch asked. We all nodded. Rob wasn't able to because there was a family issue and he had to get back to Canada. He would fly down in a few days. "Is there enough room in the house?" I wondered aloud. Jerome nodded. "A few might have to share rooms, but it works." He assured. I nodded. "Flight 721 to St. Petersburg, Florida, is boarding now." We all stood up, grabbed our carry on, and handed the lady our tickets. I was the last one on the plane of the pack, so I didn't have much of a choice of who to sit next to. Jerome was Next to Mitch, {Merome??....no? Okay..}
Vikk was next to Lachlan, and the only seat available was next to Preston. I mean, I'm not complaining there, in fact, thanking Rob for not being here knowing I would've ended up sitting alone or with some random stranger. I sat down next to Preston, giving him a small smile. He returned the favor, and turned his head to look out the window as the plane flew higher and higher. "Beautiful isn't it?" I asked. He nodded. "Just like you." He added in a whisper. "What?"
"Nothing."
I leaned my head on his shoulder and let myself fall asleep.
