In the morning,
Sarada slowly opened her eyes, to find a sleeping Boruto. He looked so peaceful and handsome. All she wanted was to stop the time and stay together without any other worry.
As they lay in bed together, wrapped in each other's arms, Sarada felt a sense of peace wash over her. The events of the evening had brought them closer than ever before, and she couldn't help but feel grateful for Boruto's presence in her life.
Boruto slowly opened his eyes to find his love looking at him, he smiled and gently brushed a strand of hair away from Sarada's face, his touch sending shivers down her spine. He pressed a soft kiss to her forehead, his lips lingering against her skin.
"I'm glad we spent the night together," he whispered, his voice barely audible in the quiet room.
"Me too," Sarada replied, her voice filled with emotion. "I feel like I can be myself around you, like I don't have to pretend to be someone I'm not."
Boruto pulled her closer, holding her tightly against his chest. "You never have to pretend with me, Sarada," he said softly. "I love you just the way you are."
Sarada's heart skipped a beat at his words, her chest swelling with love and affection. She pressed a kiss to his lips, savoring the taste of him on her tongue.

As the sun rose over the Uzumaki household, the air buzzed with anticipation for the day ahead. Sarada and Boruto arrived together, their fingers intertwined as they approached the gathering of Naruto, Hinata, and Himawari. Naruto's eyes twinkled with mischief as he caught sight of the young couple, a knowing smile playing on his lips.
"Good morning, you two!" Naruto greeted, his voice laced with playful teasing. "Ready for a day of fun?"
Sarada blushed, her cheeks tinted pink as she nodded shyly. "Yes, Nanadaime. Thank you for inviting us," she replied politely, casting a quick glance at Boruto, who grinned back at her.
"Of course, Sarada. It's always a pleasure to have you here," Naruto replied warmly, giving her a friendly pat on the shoulder before turning to Boruto. "And you, Boruto? Ready to show off your skills in the games?"
Boruto chuckled, his blue eyes sparkling with excitement. "You bet, old man!!" he exclaimed, his enthusiasm contagious as he bumped fists with Naruto.
With everyone assembled, they set off for the picnic, laughter and chatter filling the air as they walked. Sarada and Boruto stayed close, stealing glances and sharing secret smiles as they anticipated the day ahead.
The picnic was a whirlwind of activity, with delicious food spread out on blankets and games set up for everyone to enjoy. Sarada and Boruto found themselves drawn to each other, stealing quiet moments away from the group to share in their love.
As they sat together under the shade of a tree, Sarada leaned in close to Boruto, her heart fluttering with affection. "I'm so glad we came today," she whispered, her breath warm against his ear.
Boruto smiled, his heart skipping a beat as he reached out to brush a stray strand of hair away from her face. "Me too, Sarada-chan," he murmured, his voice filled with love. "Being with you makes everything better."
Unable to resist any longer, Sarada closed the gap between them, pressing her lips to his in a soft, sweet kiss. Time seemed to stand still as they lost themselves in the moment, the world fading away until there was only the two of them.
Just then, Naruto's voice broke through the haze, causing Sarada and Boruto to jump apart in embarrassment. "Hey, you two lovebirds! Mind giving us a hand with the food?" he called out, a mischievous twinkle in his eye.
Blushing furiously, Sarada and Boruto exchanged sheepish glances before quickly scrambling to join the group. But as they worked side by side, their hands brushing occasionally, they couldn't help but steal glances and share secret smiles, their love stronger than ever.
"They are so sweet aren't they, like us when we started dating Hinata" said Naruto
"They are even sweeter couple Naruto kun, we were a bit shy and look at them. I wish Sakura chan was here to see this lovey-dovey"
"I'm sure Sasuke would kick Boruto's ass if he saw this lol" laughed Naruto.

*At the Uzumaki house*
After the fun afternoon, the uzumaki family including Sarada were at their house.
Hinata preparing for the dinner for night while, Sarada and Himawari helped her. The bond between the 3 females was so precious they were chatting laughing and cooking at the same time.
As the night kept getting deeper, after the dinner Naruto suggested Sarada spent the night here as it was pretty late and rather than being alone at her house as both her parents are out for a trip she should stay there.
"You could share a room with Boruto, is that okay with you dear?" Asked Hinata
"Ofc I'm comfortable, Hinata san" replied Sarada as the couple walked into Boruto's room hand in hand.
Trouble finds Boruto:
The next morning, Himawari entered the room of her Borther as she opened the door she saw her brother and her someday sister in law , sleeping in each others arms as Boruto hugged Sarada's head resting on his chest. What was more tickling was that Her brother was shirtless which she remembers he never was shirtless in front of any ither girls except their mom and Hima herself.
She decided not waking them is a pretty good idea , she went back to her room and came back with a device capturing the pictures of the sleeping lovebirds.
The doorbell of the uzumaki household rang revealing the Uchiha couple, Sasuke and Sakura. Delighted with them being here Hinata invited them for breakfast, they agreed and sat down at the dining table.
Naruto and Sasuke talked about their trips with their family.
While Sakura thanked Hinata for taking care of Sarada.
Himawari running down the stairs , rushed to her parents and Sakura sitting on the table.
she excitedly showed the picture to her parents and aunt, Naruto, Hinata, and Sakura who smiled fondly at the sight.
However, when Sasuke caught sight of the picture, his expression darkened, and he immediately went to confront Boruto. Bursting into his room, he was busting in anger as he saw Boruto, who was just waking up.
"Sarada... Where is she?" Sasuke demanded, his voice stern.
Boruto blinked in confusion, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. But he knew if Sasuke's here he's half dead, his eyes opened wide in shock "she-She's... uh, in the bathroom," he replied hesitantly.
Sasuke's gaze narrowed, his protective instincts kicking in. "Did anything happen between you two last night?" he asked, his tone sharp.
Boruto shook his head adamantly. "No, nothing like that!" he exclaimed, feeling the weight of Sasuke's scrutiny.
Just then, Sarada emerged from the bathroom, looking refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Sasuke's gaze softened as he looked at his daughter, but his concern remained evident.
"Papa!!! You're both back??" Asked Sarada very happy.
"Yeah we arrived later last night , btw Sarada, come downstairs for breakfast," he instructed, his voice gentle yet firm.
Before leaving he glared at Boruto like if he was about to kill him, afterall he knew sooner or later Sasuke was to burst.
"Are you scared?" Asked the Uchiha girl
"I'm more than scared datttebasa, its like he'll kill me anytime he find me alone" answered the frightened Boruto.
"Don't worry papa won't do something like that he's just making sure you're good to me. I'll protect you if something happens." She told him moving forward hugging him, his face hiding in her chest.
"Okiee let's go then..... Umm I mean you go first I'll be coming after washing up" said Boruto
As they gathered around the breakfast table, tension hung in the air, with Sasuke keeping a close eye on Boruto making him gulp on his bites.
Naruto noticed the tension in the room. So, he spoke up saying "oii Sasuke , how long are you staying this time?"
"Almost a month or more, if you have a mission I'll do it later" still staring at Boruto.
"I have a certain job left of keeping an eye on a chick I know" explained Sasuke
Boruto started coughing knowing real well that the chick Sasuke mentioned is he himself.
Sarada pat his back as while Hinata offered him water.
He just was about to get up to leave the table when sasuke spoke.
"You should respect your elders by sitting until all the elders are done, especially since I'm talking exactly about you sticking to my precious daughter " Sasuke completely annoyed still glaring at Boruto.
Boruto sat down while Sarada offered him an assuring smile as she kept her hand on his beneath the table, hiding from others vision.
Naruto and Sakura stepped in, diffusing the situation with their words of wisdom.
"Sarada is old enough to make her own decisions now Sasuke," Naruto reassured Sasuke. "And Boruto has proven himself to be a trustworthy and caring partner."
Sakura nodded in agreement. "They're both responsible young adults who care deeply for each other," she added, casting a reassuring glance at Sasuke.
"But she's still so young, what if your son breaks her heart"
"Papa pls , I assure you Boruto is really a good person, infact I was never able to adjust to other people more than him, he was always with me from day 1 pls papa don't be more angry" Sarada spoke with light tears in her eyes.
After a moment of contemplation, Sasuke sighed, his gaze softening. "I suppose... if you truly care for my daughter, Boruto, then you have my blessing, but if you hurt her I'll make sure you're dead" he said finally, his voice tinged with emotion.
Boruto's eyes widened in surprise, a wave of relief washing over him. "Thank you, Sasuke-san," he said sincerely, bowing his head in gratitude.
And with that, the Uzumaki and Uchiha families shared a heartfelt breakfast together, as they embraced the love and joy that filled their home.
