Y/N's POV

Rosé's mischievous smile played on her lips as she locked eyes with me. "Do you always take orders from your girlfriend?" she taunted, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "If I were you, I'd dump a control freak like her."

Before I could muster a response, Jennie swiftly stepped forward, her hand connecting with Rosé's cheek in a resounding slap. My heart froze in my chest, my eyes widening in shock as I witnessed the scene unfold before me.

Rosé's expression transformed into one of disbelief, her hand instinctively reaching up to rub her stinging cheek. "W-wait, Jennie," she stammered, her voice wavering. "That wasn't necessary. She just wanted to-"

"Shut up, Y/N." Jennie hissed at me, her glare fixed on Rosé, who now held my wrists firmly in her grasp. "I told you not to touch her again."

"Jennie, please, don't hurt her," I pleaded, tears welling up in my eyes, the gravity of the situation sinking in.

"I won't," Jennie snarled, her voice laced with anger. "Only if she stops being so desperate."

Rosé, still holding her stinging cheek, spoke up with a hint of vulnerability. "You caught me by surprise," she admitted, her voice softer now.

"We'll talk later, y/n," Jennie said, her grip on my wrist tightening as she forcefully pulled me away from Rosé.

---

Jennie practically shoved me into the car, frustration emanating from her every pore. The door slammed shut, and I instinctively reached out to hold her hand, hoping to calm her down. "Jennie, please, don't be so angry," I implored.

"Don't tell me what to do," she snapped as she settled into the driver's seat, the jingle of keys punctuating her words.

"But was it really necessary to lash out like that?"

"There was a reason, and there still is," she responded bitterly, her grip on the steering wheel tightening. "Because of her, you're always late. She doesn't respect our relationship. She doesn't see you as just a friend."

I sat in silence, uncertain of how to respond to her anger and hurt. Her long, dark hair cascaded over her shoulder as she buried her head in her hands, gripping the steering wheel with a white-knuckled grip.

Why did she feel this way?

"I promise you, Jennie, there is no one else apart from you and me," I assured her, my hand finding its place atop hers.

"How can you be so sure?"

"I just am," I replied, a small smile playing on my lips as I looked into her captivating cat-like eyes.

"Promise me one thing, y/n."

"Anything."

"Promise me that you'll stay away from Rosé," she whispered, her gaze unwavering.

But Rosé is my best friend...

"If that's what you want," I hesitated, a pang of guilt tugging at my heart.

She released the steering wheel and enveloped me in a tight embrace, her arms encircling my waist. She rested her head against my neck, her warm breath tickling my skin as she exhaled deeply, releasing the tension that had built up within her.

"Thank you, y/n," she murmured against my skin.

"No problem. Are we going home now?" I asked, my voice tinged with nervousness, longing for things to improve between us.

"Yeah, let's go," she nodded, releasing me from her grasp and starting the engine.

I let out a relieved sigh and leaned my head against the window, closing my eyes for a moment.

Am I making the right decision?

Rosé's POV

It had been two days since the incident with y/n and me. She seemed to be purposefully keeping her distance, avoiding me at all costs. It felt as though she despised me.

But I couldn't help the surge of emotions that overwhelmed me whenever I thought about Jennie's control over her. I knew it was wrong, but a part of me longed to be the one who held that power over her...

"Rosé," my sister Alice called out softly from behind me. "Are you okay? You've been unusually quiet today."

I hummed in response, not wanting to delve into the depths of my thoughts. It had been two days since Jennie and I clashed, and I couldn't help but harbor resentment towards her for pulling y/n away from me and forcing her to avoid me.

Jennie knew all too well about my attachment to y/n. Her decision to slap me in the face only showed that she believed I could be intimidated, but I wasn't.

"Oh, sweetheart," Alice said sympathetically, concern etched on her face. "I hope everything is alright between you and y/n."

I let out a sigh, my gaze fixed on the world outside the window in front of me. "I haven't seen her these past two days," I confessed.

Alice let out a frustrated sigh, her brows furrowing. "She's been ignoring our calls and texts. Maybe she just needs some space, some time alone. We'll have to wait until she feels like herself again."

I nodded wearily, my temples throbbing with exhaustion. "I hope so."

---

Weeks passed by in a monotonous haze. Y/n still didn't return. Jennie made it clear that she didn't want me to contact her anymore. But my heart ached with longing, yearning to reach out to her. So, I made a decision to visit her house on a Friday night, hoping for a chance to talk.

I arrived at her doorstep, knocking repeatedly and ringing the bell, hoping for a response. Instead, her mother opened the door, concern evident on her face. "Rosé, darling, Y/n isn't here. She's working the graveyard shift tonight."

Confusion washed over me. "But she said she'd be home every night?"

Her mother shook her head, her brows furrowing. "No, she isn't. Is everything alright?"

I bit my bottom lip, worry gnawing at my insides. "Oh, I must have forgotten. I was supposed to come tomorrow, not tonight."

"Alright, Rosé. Just make sure to call Y/n."

"I will," I replied reluctantly before turning away.

Something didn't feel right. There was a lingering scent of fishiness in the air. What was Y/n hiding from me?

---

Y/N's POV

It had been two long weeks since the incident with Jennie and Rosé. I decided to buy some groceries for Jennie and me, hoping to bring a little light into our lives. As I finished paying, a tap on my shoulder startled me.

"Hi!" a cheerful voice greeted me.

I turned around, a smile forming on my lips, but confusion etched in my eyes. "Oh, hi."

The stranger introduced herself as Kim Jisoo, Jennie's cousin. I had no idea Jennie had a cousin. "Nice to meet you," I responded, shaking her hand briefly.

Jisoo's curiosity got the best of her. "Are you heading straight to Jennie's house?"

"Yes, I am. Why do you ask?" I inquired.

"Well, she's on her way home and she didn't seem too happy when she left the café," Jisoo replied hesitantly. "There was a blonde girl who came by, and Jennie's mood changed after they spoke."

A blonde girl? It couldn't be Rosé, could it? We hadn't spoken since the incident.

"What did she look like?" I asked, my stomach dropping.

Jisoo tilted her head, contemplating. "She was really pretty... Oh, and I overheard Jennie calling her Rosé."

My heart sank. Did they have another fight?

"I'm sorry, Jisoo Unnie. I need to go," I said, rushing home.

"Wait!" Jisoo called after me, but I couldn't handle another person at that moment.

---

I finally reached Jennie's place, quickly opening the door, and was greeted by a sight that took me by surprise—Jennie, completely drunk.

"Hey," she slurred, wrapping her arms around me in a tight hug.

"What happened to you?" I asked, pulling back to get a better look at her.

Jennie chuckled, her words muffled against my ear. "Nothing, don't worry."

"Come on, let's go inside and celebrate!" Jennie slurred, her words slightly muddled.

"Celebrate? Celebrate what?" I asked, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Our..." She pulled me closer and whispered, "...first time making love." She giggled mischievously, her hand finding its way to my backside.

"Maybe we should-"

But before I could finish my sentence, her lips pressed against my neck, sending a shiver down my spine. I knew I shouldn't give in to this temptation, but I couldn't resist.

I wrapped my arm around her neck as her kisses trailed down to my chest, causing goosebumps to rise on my skin.

Her lips moved slowly, leaving gentle kisses on my covered breasts, her hand tracing the sensitive area where my bra and top met.

It was all becoming too much for me to handle...

"You like this, don't you?" she asked, her voice dripping with satisfaction and a hint of insecurity.

"Yes, but-" I started, only to be interrupted by her mouth on a particularly sensitive spot below my collarbone.

This wasn't how I wanted our first time to be. It wasn't what I had envisioned.

"We should stop," I muttered into her hair, hoping she would understand.

Jennie lifted her head, looking at me intently. "Is it because of Rosé?" she asked, her grip tightening on my waist as her hands moved higher, grazing my stomach.

My breathing quickened as she continued to leave a trail of kisses on my neck and shoulder.

"That's enough, Jennie. Please..." I whispered, my voice filled with a mix of desire and hesitation.

She pushed me onto the couch, climbing onto my lap, straddling me. My hands instinctively rested on her hips.

She looked down at me, her cat-like eyes locked with mine as she leaned in, her lips hungry for mine.

I couldn't help but moan as our lips met. Her warm, soft kisses were like a sweet indulgence. She kissed me deeply, her tongue exploring my mouth eagerly.

"Jennie..." I managed to mumble between kisses.

Her hands trailed up my thighs, gently caressing my curves and teasing my nipples through my dress.

"Hmmn, baby," Jennie groaned, her lips still hovering close to mine.

I held onto her hips tightly, torn between wanting to break away from the intoxicating kiss and surrendering to her advances.

But before I could move, her hands cupped my face, her lips claiming mine again with even more intensity, causing me to gasp in surprise.

She started unbuttoning my blouse, slipping her fingers beneath my shirt to touch my bare skin. Her thumb traced circles over my nipples, sending waves of pleasure through me.

"Jennie..." I gasped again, this time with frustration. "Please, stop."

Jennie let go of my face and leaned down, peppering hot kisses on my collarbones.

"Don't worry, love. This will be the best thing that ever happened to you," she assured me, nibbling on my jawline.

Her hands continued their exploration, playing with my breasts before swiftly removing my panties and bra.

I instinctively arched my back as she touched me, her cold hands sending a shiver down my spine.

Jennie smirked mischievously, trailing soft kisses down my abdomen.

This isn't right, I thought to myself.

This isn't about me and my feelings for Jennie. This is her taking control and doing whatever she pleases.

I pulled away, breaking the kiss.

"Jennie, you're drunk," I said firmly, staring deep into her feline eyes.

Jennie scoffed, her expression defiant. "Drunk? Then why does it feel like I'm more in control than ever?"

Leaning forward, she whispered seductively, "You know I want you to be my first in everything, right?"

Before I could respond, Jennie's lips crashed against mine again, the kiss now rougher than before.

I broke free from her grip, quickly covering my naked body.

"Jennie, stop, or I will leave you," I said sternly, not recognizing the person in front of me.

Jennie stared at me, her beautiful cat eyes filled with betrayal and disappointment. Slowly, she turned away and walked towards the bedroom, leaving me completely bewildered.
