Groaning was heard, and Ace woke up from a start. 'Another nightmare?'
This has been happening for over a month now for the ginger haired boy, he has been having nightmares and strange dreams nonstop. The weirdest part for him... was that he would always see some kind of patterned roses anywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE! He understood if it were only in the Heartslabyul dorm... but he would constantly see a drawing of a rose anywhere in NRC, plus whenever he asked his friends about it they wouldn't believe him...
He would also hear strange voices from time to time, and he didn't know who those were from.
Ace sighed and starts to chanhe into hus uniform...

Ahh, History of Magic was Such a drag in Ace's opinion. Aside from another rose pattern that he saw in the classroom... He couldn't really pay much attention to the lesson.
I mean who could pay attention to it when the books only had words and no pictures? Why in his world, books would be all pictures and no words! Though what made this lesson worse was the fact that after this Him, Deuce, Sebek, Jack, and Epel had to clean the Mirror Chamber because they were blamed for Destroying the Morning dew roses in the Botanical gardens just because they were seen walking by.
The Bell rang snapping ace out of his Thoughts as he packed up and started to walk to the Mirror chamber to begin their unjust punishment.
The walk was silent both of the boys were equally pissed off, at least they would be supervised by Yuu though.
The Dormleaders had a meeting to attend in Crowly's office. Surprisingly Malleus was actually invited this time.
Ace was thinking about what his ideal world would be. If Ace had a world of his own Everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because Everything would be what it isn't. On the contrary wise what it is, It wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be it would.
His musings were cut short as Yuu opened the door to the Mirror Chamber. They entered the room and saw the other 3 boys as Yuu started to talk.
"Alright, now you can't use magic to clean. So you will all have to do it the old fashion way. Pick up a broom or duster and start I'll be over here doing my Homework and supervising." Yuu said pointing to a pile of brooms and dusters. He then walked over to a corner next to the door and started working.
The Five boys groaned and then started to work. It was too quiet for Ace. The repetitive sound of the Broom sweeping against the Tile was driving him mad. Ace started to sing quietly to fill the silent void.
"In My world Cats and Rabbits would reside in Fancy little houses~"
Ace sang in a quiet voice starting to twirl a little while sweeping. His shoes clicked in a rhythmic tone.
"And Be dressed in shoes and hats and Trousers~"
Ace continued his singing increasing in volume a bit gaining the Attention of Jack who heard him with his much better hearing. Jack stopped what he was doing and started to watch Ace to his little dance consisting of Twirls, Pirawets, and small leaps.
"In a World of my Own~"
Ace's voice once again increased in volume But didn't gain any ones attention but Jack who continued to watch as Sebek Tapped him on the shoulder and started to speak before Jack Covered his mouth and pointed to Ace who still hadn't noticed the people watching.
All the flowers~"
"Would have very extra special powers!~"
He gained Epel's attention as he danced past the Boy still singing and existing in his own World. Jack and Sebek Walked over and had a silent conversation with Epel before continuing to watch Ace; Epel joined in too.
"They would sit and Talk with me for hours~"
Now He had Gained Deuce's Attention as his volume increased. Deuce stared He knew Ace could sing as He had heard him before in the shower of their shared dorm but Deuce didn't think Ace could sing this well. After all, everyone sings better in the shower.
"When I'm lonely in the world of my own~"
Ace was now singing at a normal volume which sounded louder as it resonated through the cathedral-like Mirror chamber. It was now loud enough for Yuu to hear. Yuu looked at Ace who was doing a silly little dance as the other 4 watched him. Yuu walked up to them and joined in the observation of Ace as well smiling a slight bit.

"Everyone would have a dozen blue
birds!~"
Ace sang in a lauder tone it wasn't quite a yell but not quite a normal volume.
"Within that world of my own~"
"I could listen to a babbling brook~"
Ace sang nearing the Magic mirror but still a bit away. The other five just had a swift fond smile on as they watched Ace.
"And hear a Song~ That I Could Understand~"
"I keep Wishing it could be that way~"
Ace stopped dancing about 5 meters in front of the Dark Mirror and started to open his eyes as he finished his song
"Because MY world would be~"
"A Wonder-LAAAAND~"
Ace finished holding the note for a few seconds. He opened his eyes and the others began to clap. Ace blushed as he looked at the other males.
"That was Great Ace!" Yuu Cheered.
"Indeed it was human!" Sebek yelled the others agreeing.
Ace Blushed playing with His magic pen that was in his hand "Well thanks I've never thought I sounded good..." Ace said while scratching his cheek.

"OKAY! You guys had your fun, but
you need to continue cleaning" Yuu said nonchalantly.
At this atatement, everyone groaned again and continued their work.

After a couple of minutes passed, Ace decided to look at the magic mirror. Though he was shocked to see ANOTHER rose!
"Why am I seeing roses everywhere???" Ace mumbles, trying to touch the rose in th mirror... a loud BANG! was heard throughout the school.
Everyone jumped and looked around. But when Ace turned around, the mirror sprouted glowing vines and it wrapped around him, causing him to scream and drop his magical pen.
"ACE!" Deuce shouted.

The Five other boys looked shocked as thorned Vines shot out from the dark mirror and wrapped around Ace's Body. From head to Toe Thick and Thin Thorns dug into his skin and started to pull him toward the mirror. Thinking quick Jack Grabed Ace's Arms and Started to pull Ace in the Opposite direction Struggling to Pull the Shorter boy away.
ACE HOLD ON!" Jack yelled as he continued to pull Ace who was screaming it hurts while bawling his eyes out. The other 4 snapped out of their stupor and Deuce griped on to Jack who was slipping and started to help pull Sebek Following suit. Epel Pulled out his Carving Knife and started to try and Cut the Vines.
"YUU GO GET THE TEACHERS AND DORMWARDENS THEY MAY BE ABLE TO HELP! ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE IN THE HEADMASTER'S OFFICE!" Sebak Yelled as he Continued to struggle with pulling ace away they All were slowly being dragged to the mirror as Epel Struggled to cut the vines. Yuu Nodded and Ran To the Office
BANG!
The Teachers, Dormleaders, and Jamil jumped looking at Yuu who looked to be crying and out of Breath.
“WE NEED HELP!" Yuu Yelled.
"Yuu we are having an important meeting. Calm down I'm sure it's nothing too serious that you can't hand-" Crowley Started.
"DON'T YOU DARE SAY IT'S NOTHING MY FRIEND IS SERIOUSLY HURT AND MAY DIE IF YOU DON'T COME WITH ME NOW!" Yuu Yelled in a hysterical way.
Crewel took charge and said, "Show Us the way." Yuu nodded as He Ran out of the room the DormWardens(+Jamil) and Teachers following.
They raced through the hallways before reaching the Mirror chamber where the Heard Screaming.
"I Smell Blood. It's a mixture of people but one is definitely Jack” Leona said not using his normal lazed tone. The Dormheads stared at him a bit shocked before Yuu threw the door open.
The Group of people paled in the Room there was Ace Covered in Blood with Vines Wrapped around him as Sebek, Jack, and Deuce Were Covered in cuts presumably from the same vines as they kept trying to pull back while miserably failing. Ace was now only a meter away from the Mirror that was pulling him in.
Epel Was Now shooting fire spells at the Vines that were attacking him as he tried to get to the group of boys.
Riddle Pulled out his Magic pen and Shot a Fire spell at The vines Attacking Epel which burned them to a crisp he then tried to do the same with the ones pulling Ace.... but It didn't Work. Riddle then Ran to the line of boys who Epel was now Helping and Proceed to do the same trying to help them pull Ace away from the mirror. The others did the same either trying to fire spells or help them pull...

When Ace was starting to get free from the thorn vines, they had a look of hope forming in their eyes. But that didn't last long as the vines then starts to glow again and filled their vision.
They could feel Ace's hand going closer to them so they continued to pull him until they finish.
They were glad to pull their friend off from being sucked through the mirror, but once their vision took place... They realized that Ace hasn't move for a long time.
They could also see scars forming in his skin. So they sent him to the hospital wing to heal.

"Ummm... I have some very unfortunate news for you..." The nurse said to everyone who were present.
"W-what do you mean?" Epel asked.
"Well, I can't heal his scars-" "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T?!" Deuce cutted the nurse.
" I mean is that I can't heal the scars because there's some kind of barrier in it. What's more strange is that I couldn't sense his soul in his body" The nurse explained.
"Wait, SO YOU MEAN HIS DEAD?!" Screamed Grim. That statement caused everyone there to panic.
" No no! He's not dead!" "Then what do you mean you can't sense his soul?" Riddle asked.
The nurse sighed then explained " That's the weird part, I can't sense his soul, but when I try to find a pulse... its there"
Silence
"So you're saying that Ace is alive but his soul is just...isn't there?"
"You are correct"

"THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!" "WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!" "I KNEW IT! HIS DEAD!!!"
Exclaims and Yells were heard throughout the Wing.
Crewel sighed then started to speak "Why don't we go back to the mirror chamber and ask the mirror itself what's going on???"
Everyone calmed down a bit and nodded to the professor.
