SATURDAY
2 A.M.
Izuku P.O.V.
The loud ringing of my phone wakes me up and I quickly grab my phone to end the call and put it on airplane mode until I see who's calling.
I sit up in bed and rub my eyes, quickly answering the call and putting it to my ear. "Waz up, Zuki?" I mumble in to the phone.
"Shoto and Dynamight are in the hospital. They had a run in with the rabbits" He says calmly and sounds annoyingly awake despite the fact that it's two in the morning.
'Wait did he just say Sho and Kats are in the hospital?!'
The shock snaps me out of my sleepy stupor "Why are they in the hospital? Are they okay?" I question rushing out of bed and trying to get dressed as quickly and quietly as possible.
"They're fine and not injured at all from what I know" He sighs
I pause one leg in my pants and one out "Then why are they in the hospital" I ask
"Kurenai hit both of them with a paralysis dart so I had Space Hopper take them there to get checked out" He explains
"Okay... Do you know when they'll be released?"
"Probably in a few hours or when ever the drug wears off" He says
"Which hospital are they in?" I ask
"XXXXXX XXXX" He states
"Kay." I say unsure of how to respond
"I'll contact you soon with the time and place of our next meeting" He says before hanging up abruptly
I pull the phone away from my face.
'That was a strange conversation'
I continue dressing and walk out of the house locking the front door quietly and driving to the hospital.
I park, enter and make my way to the front desk. "Hello I'm looking for my husbands, Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki. Could you tell me their room number? I ask the lady at the desk
"Um we don't allow- oh OH!" She says looking up at me "Hero Deku, yes of course right this way" She says getting up and waving one of her co workers over to take over the front desk.
She leads me down several sterile, white hallways until we reach room number XXX and she opens the door for me to enter and closes the door behind me.
"Hey Izu!" Kats yells at me with a smile
"Hi, Kacchan. Hi, Sho. How are you both feeling?" I ask walking over to Shoto's bed to kiss him on the forehead and sitting down on the edge of Kats' bed and holding his hand.
"I feel fine but we did end up letting Ruri and Kurenai get away" Sho says with a sad smile
"And we barely got any answers!" Kacchan growls in anger
"Tsuki was right they are really good at dodging questions" Sho sighs
"Yes well you guys didn't have much time to think about the questions either" I say calmly with a comforting smile.
There's a knock on the door and a doctor enters the room with a medical chart. "Hello I'm doctor XXXXXXXX" She greets us
"Hello" Sho says politely
"Oi, Extra, when will we be able to move again?" Kacchan shouts at her
"Kacchan! Sorry about my husband he's a little impatient" I apologize
"It's okay and I can understand why. You both will be able to move again in about and hour or so then you will both have a physical check up to make sure every thing is okay" She explains
"Thank you, Miss" Shoto thanks her and she bows before leaving.

4 A.M.
By the time Sho, Kats and I get home we're all really tired and practically dead on our feat. I help Kats and Sho take off their shoes and we head to bed but before we make it to our room we bump into Hiro. He was sitting in the hallway, in the dark, just staring off into space.
"Hiro what are you doing up?" I ask and he jumps like he was so lost in thought that he didn't realize I was there
"Um I was... uuuuuuhhhhhh sleep sitting?" He says glancing away
"Are you sure?" Kats asks staring down at him
Hiro sighs "I sometimes wait for Aki and Ari to visit us in the middle of the night" He admits
Shoto sighs sadly "Come on, Hiro, let's go to bed I doubt they're going to visit us tonight"
"But-" He starts
"Hiro we miss Akira and Akari a lot but staying up this late isn't healthy and neither is worrying about them constantly. We have to trust that they know what they're doing. They're a lot smarter than we think." I say kindly and crouch in front of him to ruffle his hair.
He sighs "Okkkkaaaaaayyyy" He groans and starts dragging his feet to get to bed.
He gets to his doorway but before he enters he turns and points at us "I only do this on the weekends" He states defensively before disappearing inside.
Katsuki chuckles "He reminds me of Deku when we had sleepovers at kids"
"What's that supposed to mean?" Shoto asks
"Well-" He starts
"That's a story for another time" I squeak dragging Kats and Sho down the hall to our room.
I used to have an overthinking problem in elementary school, it got better after I started keeping note books so I wouldn't get sidetracked but back when I was four or five I used to just sit in bed thinking for hours and one time I went over to Kacchan's house for a sleepover and let's just say he caught me and thought it was kind of creepy.

8 A.M.
Akihiro P.O.V.
I sit up in bed and blink my bleary eyes to try and clear them. I yawn and my jaw cracks.
'Ow'
I stretch and sigh before climbing out of bed and walking into the kitchen to make myself some cereal.
I sit down at the table with a bowl of cereal and see a piece of paper that wasn't there when I went to bed last night [the first and second time] I pick it up and unfold it my eyes scanning over the words and progressively widening until I get to the signatures at the bottom. I leap up and race down the hall and bust through my parent's door and leap on top of their sleeping figures causing them to jolt up in shock.
"Hiiiiiiro" Dad groans flopping onto his back and covering his face with a pillow
Dada groans and rolls over to cuddle Dad "The remote to the tv should be on the couch and the cereal's in the cupboard above the sink. You can use a chair to grab it." He mutters
"Thanks for the tip about the remote but that's not why I'm in here" I say crawling backwards so I'm sitting on the edge of the bed.
"Can't you just let us sleep a little longer?" Papa huffs pulling the comforter over his head.
"No." I say
He groans and sits up rubbing his head "What is it?" He sighs and dad sits up as well with dada still clinging to him.
I pass him the letter "Dada said that Aki and Ari weren't going to visit us last night but he was wrong and I could've seen them if you guys just let me stay up" I say turning my nose up at them and crossing my arms in front of my chest
Papa scans the note before quickly passing it to the others and they all start whispering.
Dada sighs "Look Hiro I'm sorry that you missed your sisters but I was doing what I felt was right as a parent at the time"
I open one eye to peek at him before deflating "I know. It's not your fault they can't stick to a normal schedule"
"Why don't you go eat breakfast we need to talk to the others about this" Dad says patting my head
"Okay" I chirp and slide off the bed and close the door behind me but instead of going back to my breakfast I head to my room and grab the walkie-talkie from under my bed and switch to channel five.
"Guys do you copy?" I ask and after a few minutes everyone has said 'We copy'
"What's up, Hiro?" Himari asks
I jump onto my bed and lay on my back staring up at the ceiling "Code Black" I say calmly
Kyo- "What happened?"
Yuni- "Did you see them?"
Fuji- "Do you need us to come over?"
"No guys it's fine they just left a note on the table" I sigh
Yami- "What did it say? Kero."
I take a deep breath "It said 'Dear, family. We saw Papa and Dada recently but they probably didn't know it was us" I start "We know you guys are worried about us and wondering if we'll come home soon. To be honest I don't know when we're going to go back, but what I do know is that this started because we wanted to prove that we could survive on our own without getting into trouble. And we were wrong we were so wrong we can not stay out of trouble but the good thing is nobody knows it's us. And you guys probably are thinking 'does this mean they are coming home?' It does not mean we're coming home because we have found a reason to stay away [you know besides the fact that we'll be grounded for life the second we return] and we believe that we can do a lot more by staying away than by coming back but we will see each other in the future - Ari and Aki"
Kimi- "Wow... what do you think they meant by 'we have found a reason to stay away?'"
Eiji- "Yeah and what are they doing that they won't be able to do if they come back?"
I sigh and pinch the bridge of my nose "Why are you guys asking questions like any of us have real answer?" I question
Kimi- "It's called speculations or something where you ask questions in hopes that you'll one day find the answer... I think"
Hotaru- "I'm confused"
Kana- "Of course you are."
There's a bunch of laughter coming from the walkie-talkie before it quiets down again.
"Hey guys." I start
Himari- "What is it, Hiro?"
"Let's make a promise to all become heroes so we can go looking for Aki and Ari and find them faster" I say knowing it's probably an unreasonable request.
Yami- "I don't see why not. Kero. Sure, I promise."
Fuji- "Of course, Hiro, it's manly to help friends"
I purse my lips together as my chest hurts a little.
Eiji- "I'll be a hero too and share embarrassing stories of Fuji to the media!"
Kana- "Oh I have got to be there for that! Count me in!" She cheers
Hotaru- "I'll be a hero too and a better one than my little sister could ever be!"
Kyo- "I'll be a hero as well. Don't worry we'll find your sisters"
Yuni- "I want to help find Ari and Aki too so I'll become heroes with you guys"
Satori- "Count me in! We'll be so cool and we'll get to do so many amazing things!"
Hato- "I join in as well"
Riku- "Me too! Me too!"
Sora- "If Tori's doing this than so am I"
Kimi- "Being a hero isn't really my think so I'm going to join the support course like my mom and help you guys by making awesome gadgets and hero suits. I should start designing!"
Harue- "I'll help you guys too but my quirks my not be very useful so I may not pass the exams but I'll try!"
Himari- "That's the spirit!"
Hoshi- "Uhm, Mari I want to help find Aki too" She mutters
'I think that's the first time she's said anything in this conversation'
Himari- "Then that's what well do and I'll be by your side helping as well!"
Everybody- "Were all in!"
(Small side note um Yuni has a crush on Akari [Ari] and Hoshi has a strong attachment to Akira [Aki] it might be important but just so you know Yuni and Ari will not end up together I just figured I should tell you before going any further)

FOUR YEARS LATER
FEBURARY 17th
THURSDAY
3 P.M.
Akira P.O.V.
Ari and step through the portal and collapse, letting snow fall off our boots and onto the floor, melting into small puddles.
I stand up from off the floor as Ari crawls onto the couch.
"You know when I signed up for this I didn't think it would become a full time job or was a world wide organization!" Ari yells from where her face is planted in the couch cushions
"I isn't a full time job we just don't get enough days off to investigate the Stargazer project and patrol at the same time!" I shout back "Now I'm going to change and warm up and if you would bet up and change you might be able to take a shower and eat something before resting for a little before we have to go on patrol!" I turn the corner and walk down the steps to the basement.
'Why is it so cold every where right now?'
I brush snow off the top of my hood before unzipping it and pulling it off.
'I hate winter'
'It was cold in Russia. It's cold here'
'Not to mention icy'
I shove my vigilante suit into my locker and pull on my sweater and fuzzy leggings and house shoes. I pull my hair out of it's braid and tie it in a lump that I hope resembles a bun on top of my head.
I walk back up stairs as my tummy grumbles in hunger. I walk into the kitchen and check the rice cooker to see that the rice is finished. I pull out all the ingredients I need to make curry. I start preparing it as I hear the shower running in the back ground. I start getting lost in my thoughts as my body goes into autopilot.
'What do I need to do this weekend?'
'I need to do laundry, sweep, wash the rug in the living room, replace the cushion covers, dust the shelves in the library, sanitize the gym mats, organize my workshop and go through the new hard drive we just got from the mission in Russia'
I head door slam and foot step heading towards the kitchen as I finish making the plates of curry and rice.
"Smells good, Sis" Ari says as she comes into view.
I scan her up and down.
'I'm related to a psychopath'
'Who wears short shorts and goes bare foot in winter?!'
"Are you okay in that?" I ask my eye brows pinching together
Ari looks down at her legs and shoves her hands into the pocket of her hoodie, she looks up at me "Yeah I'm fine, I'm wearing long sleeves" she says with a smile
"I swear one day you're going to get frost bite" I mutter turning away and carrying the two full plates to the table "Can you grab the utensils? I ask over my shoulder
"Sure" She chirps and walks further into the kitchen and grabbing the spoons out of the drawer before following me out the other side.
I set the plates down and sit across from her. Ari slides into her seat and digs in like I haven't fed her in months.
I roll my eyes and start eating as well. Half way through the meal we start talking a bit.
"I still don't see how you aren't cold in those" I say taking a bite
"You're just jealous that I'm warm blooded" She grins
"We're all warm blooded it's part of being human" I sigh "And no I am not jealous that cold temperatures don't seem to bother you."
"Oh come on cold temperatures don't bother you either" She rolls her eyes at me
"Just because I don't feel them doesn't mean they don't bug me. I fact it makes it even more concerning because on minute I'm minding my own business and the next my lips are turning blue!" I huff indignantly
"Okay fine. Let's change the subject." She says
I go quiet and focus on my food again.
"CAN I LOOK THROUGH THE GLASS BALL AGAIN?!" She pleads clasping her hands in front of her
"No."
"I just need to see how they're doing" she sobs dramatically
"No. They're fine" I say as I pick up my plate and shovel the last of my food into my mouth.
"That's no fair. You get to see them when ever you want because you keep the orb to yourself." She complains finishing her food and trailing right behind me into the kitchen.
"I don't see them all the time and I get to keep the orb 1, because I made it and 2, because I have self control and only check up on them once a month WITH you." I groan putting my plate in the sink and turn to face her
"But-" She starts
"No buts. I'm going to go read in the library you can come join me or do something non destructive"
'She was probably going to go on and on about how I'm only saying that because I want the keep the orb to myself'
I sigh and make my way up stairs to the floor with holds our library and hear foot step racing up the stairs behind me and as I open the door to the library Ari jumps on my back and clings to me tightly.
"Ari get off" I sigh
She laughs and squeezes me tighter.
I sigh and walk further into the library closing the door behind us.

THURSDAY
3: 30 P.M.
Hiro P.O.V.
I blow out a stream of warm air which quickly condenses into a white cloud.
"Of course the one day where a blizzard hits while we're at school and the temperature drops to bellow zero (Fahrenheit) is the one day where all of our parents are on duty and we have to walk home because all of the roads are closed!" Kimi shouts from the front of the group throwing her hands in the air with clear exasperation
"Calm down, Kimi, frustration will get us nowhere. Kero" Yami croaks from inside her fifty layers of wool clothing to prevent herself from going into hibernation.
"And it's also the day my dad wouldn't let me bring my flamethrower to school and we are forbidden from using Riku to melt the snow again" Kimi continues as though she didn't hear Yami.
I chuckle under my breath because it's just so Kimi. I look to my left and notice Fuji is shivering and has his arms crossed in front of his chest. I quickly take off my jacket and drape it over his shoulders causing him to look up at me.
"Thanks" He says with a uneven smile and pulls the jacket tighter around himself "Won't you be cold though?" He asks looking concerned
'He's sooo cute!'
'No. Concentrate'
"No, I run hot. I get it from both of my parents actually"
"Oh yeah" Yuni chimes in causing both of us to jump and look up to see her floating above us
"Yuni, you should get down. We aren't allowed to use our quirks in public without a license" I say stepping out from under her.
"Fine" She rolls her eyes and sets herself back on the ground "But like I was saying Ari also ran hot and never really bothered with coats and stuff during the winter." She grins "Oh and Aki didn't really seem bothered by the cold but her lips would always turn blue if she wasn't careful"
"Yeah..." I say looking up at the puffy grey clouds covering the sky "It's insane how time flies" I say with a melancholy smile
Fuji laughs "Yep it seems like just yesterday we were making a promise to become heroes to find them faster"
"Hey guys!" Satori yells from the front of the group and everyone stops walking "Watch this!" She shouts before she breaks into a run
We all watch as she jumps on a long patch of ice that has frozen the downward incline of the sidewalk. She bends her knees with one foot in front and with her hands out to her sides [kind of like the position you see people on surfboards do] as she slides down the ice, her short blond hair flying all over the place. When she gets to the bottom she stumbles a few steps before regaining her balance and turning to wave back at us.
"That looks like fun!" Eiji grins her eyes lighting up with excitement but before she can slide down the sidewalk as well Riku takes off after his sister
Riku stumbles on a pebble, slips on a leaf and slides down the hill on his back as the rest of us laugh at his fail. Then we all take turns sliding down the hill before we continue towards my house.
When we get there we have to walk through three feet of snow because no one was home to shovel/ salt the driveway and sidewalk to the front door.
Harue laughs as she trips and falls face first into the snow creating a huge puff of lose powder snow in the air. As she rights herself she says "Thank Gaia someone salted the sidewalks so we didn't have to walk through all this to get home"
I roll my eyes as I reach the front door and unlock it to quickly allow everyone inside.
