Lucy's POV
It didn't take long for half an hour to go by and I was glad that we managed to get everything set up in time.
"Hey Luce, what's this about?" Natsu questioned.
"I'll get to that soon enough, Natsu, for now to take a seat with everyone else" I said. The way that we had it set up was that I would be on the stage while in front of the stage would be stands with lacrima on them that the other guilds would use to listen to what I was saying. Behind them were chairs that had been set up for Fairy tail, Lahar, Doranbolt and Yajima who had decided to come.
"Everyone is here now Lucy, do you need any more help?" Midnight asked while yawning.
"No it should be fine, is the projector all set up Richard?" I asked.
"It's all set up for you, oh yeah" Richard said and I nodded.
"Okay, then let's get this started" I said as I got onto the stage.
"I know that everyone has questions but first I just need to do a few more checks. Can everyone hear me? Can everyone see me?" I questioned. Laxus who was way in the back held up a hand with two fingers raised saying that they could hear and see me back there.
"Okay, Blue Pegasus, can you hear me?" I asked, looking at the first lacrima.
"We can see and hear you Lucy dear" Master Bob said and I nodded.
"Lamia Scale, what about you guys?" I asked.
"We can hear and see, sorry the old hag is spinning Sherry at the moment" Lyon said.
"Mermaid Heel?" I asked.
"We are listening," Kagura said.
"Sabertooth?" I asked.
"We can see and hear you and can I just say that you-" Sting said before Rogue pushed his head down.
"Now is not the time Sting, continue Lucy" Rogue said and I nodded.
"It's time to get started then. As the guild masters, Lahar, Doranbolt, Yajima and a few others know, Tartaros, a dark guild, is on the move and they are not like a normal dark guild" I said.
"They are the third guild in the triad of dark guilds that basically run the smaller ones right?" Rogue asked.
"You're right, they along with Grimore Heart and Oracion Seis made up a triad of guilds until the other two were defeated by Fairy tail" Ultear said.
"I'm sure you know a lot of the things that we have done in the past but believe it or not that is tame to what Tartaros will do" Angel said.
"What do you think that they will be doing?" Kagura questioned.
"Are we going to stop them?" Lyon asked.
"How are we going to fight against them?" Hibiki enquired. The questions continued to come and my mind was starting to spin, this was getting out of hand.
"Enough!" I yelled, making everyone go silent.
"Now I'm sure you all have questions that you want answered and I will get to them but just let me speak for now" I said as I took a deep breath to calm myself. I already knew that what I was going to tell them was going to start more noise but they had to know.
"The Tartaros guild is not like any other guild that you have come across. This guild isn't full of mages like our guilds, this is a guild full of demons with curse abilities instead of magic" I started.
"I already know which members we have to be careful of and what their abilities are but it's their overall goal that has me worried since there are two of them. The first one is to bring back their master, a demon known as E.N.D" I continued.
"Wait when you say demons you mean actual demons like Deliora?" Gray asked and I could see the frost rolling off him and I knew that Lyon was probably doing the same thing.
"Exactly like Deliora. Tataros is a guild made of demons created by Zeref" I said. Instantly everyone exploded into questions, yelling and screaming. It made my head throb and I tried to get their attention but it wasn't working.
"Demons like Deliora?" Natsu said.
"Are you kidding me? There are more of them" Gajeel said.
"And like Lullaby I remember that" Levy said.
"We can't stand up to those monsters," Jet said.
"Fuck, this is going to be tough" Laxus swore. On and on they went even though the other guilds were like that and I couldn't get their attention so I quickly summoned Loke in his lion form but this time he was the size of a normal lion. Instantly the air was filled with a large roar that had everyone stopping in their tracks.
"Now that I have your attention I can continue" I said while glaring at them. At least they all looked guilty and chastised.
"Unlike the demons deliora and lullaby, these demons are more human-like with special abilities but we will get back to that later. Back to their reasons for moving, as I said they want to bring back E.N.D. The other reason is worse than that, they want to activate Face," I said.
"No" Yajima said and he wasn't the only one. Jellal had gone white but he managed to hold himself together since he had already heard about this. Lahar and Doranbolt weren't exactly sure what Face was but they knew it wasn't good.
"Yes, I'm sure before anyone asks. Now I'm going to explain what Face is but everyone needs to understand that this information is very dangerous and a lot of people could die if this gets out" I said.
"We won't be telling anyone Bunny girl" Gajeel said and I nodded my head.
"Face is something that the magic council has created. They are a series of large objects that can give off an ether field that will stop people from using magic" I explained.
Silence. No one seemed game enough to say anything, in fact I wasn't sure if everyone was still breathing.
"You probably need time to process this but we need to continue on. It is hard to activate Face which is good but also bad. They need passwords that different members of the council know. Jellal has a password that would work and there are others as well. They don't need the passwords if they kill the people that are locking Face away so we are going to have to protect the council members" I said.
"I also have a password and even though I am no longer a council member it will still work and I am still one of the people who is stopping Face" Yajima said.
"Damn I was hoping that wasn't the case. Either way they are going to go after council members. We are going to have to protect them as well as fight Tataros" I said.
"Let us know what you need us to do and we will do it," Rogue said.
"You know about them so we will follow your lead," Makarov said with a nod.
"In that case it's time to talk about who we are going up against. First is this woman, her name is Lammy and the curse she has is the slippery curse. Just like it says she is slippery and we will have trouble catching her. Don't be fooled but her looks, she uses hand to hand combat, she has enhanced speed and durability" I explained pressing a button and the projector turned on showing a picture of Lammy.
"Lisanna, Sherry and Milliana I want you three to work together to deal with her" I said.
"Next is Yakdoriga but we don't have to worry about him, is normally used for torture and won't attack without orders" I explained showing the octopus looking demon.
"Torafuzar is this demon and he will be hard to handle. His curse is tenchi kaimei. Along with that he has an Etherious form which gives him a boost of power, he has body hardening, arm blades and immense durability" I explained changing photos to Torafuzar.
"Gajeel and Levy, I want you to go after him. Juvia I want you to avoid him, he fights better in water" I said.
"Franmalth is a lesser demon, in fact he could be taken out by a non-mage if they were careful. His curse is Absorption and one of the people he has absorbed is Hades" I said changing the photo again.
"Richard and Racer, he is yours. He may have a fraction of the person's power but he doesn't have their brains" I said and they nodded.
"Ezel is next, his curse is tenga goken. He has tentacles, enchanted strength, enchanted durability and a slash attack mode. Panther Lily, Freed and Bixlow I want you to take him on" I said as I showed them a photo.
"Seliah's curse is the Macro curse. She also has limit release, energy blast, flight, enhanced speed and demon's eye. She is going to be difficult because of how smart she is. Mirajane, Elfman, Evergreen and Yukino I want you to go after her" I said showing the demon.
"Tempester has the Calamity Curse and he also has an Etherious form as well. He also has Magic Barrier Particles that are poisonous to us mages, Enhanced Strength and Durability, Expert Hand-to-Hand Combat, Regenerative Healing Factor. Laxus, Wendy, Chelia, Rufus and Olga will be after him" I continued. Thankfully everyone was staying quiet while I continued to talk.
"This is Jackal, he is going to be one of the worst demons that we will have to deal with but at the same time he is going to be easy to deal with. He has a bomb curse that means he can use explosion. Along with that he has an Etherious form, Expertise in infiltration, Superhuman durability, Superhuman reflexes and Fangs. He will bite if it means he wins. Natsu and Cobra you're up for this. He doesn't like it when things don't go his way" I said, showing Jackal's picture. Knowing who was next I nodded to Jellal and Ultear nodded and moved next to Gray.
"This demon is Keyes and his curse is Necromancy, which means that he can bring back people who are dead. He has Magical Barrier Particles, Enhanced speed, Khakkhara and Judgment of Malefic Star. Juvia, Meredy and Angel, I want you to deal with him" I said, taking in a deep breath as the skeleton demon was shown. Ultear and Jellal grabbed Gray's arms making him look at them but I continued to talk.
"This is Silver Fullbuster, he has Ice Devil Slayer Magic, Teleportation magic and Telepathy" I said.
"What?" Gray yelled out as he struggled to get up as I changed the picture but Ultear and Jellal kept a tight hold on him.
"Keyes has the ability to bring back the dead, he has brought Silver back to life because of his skills. Silver has learnt ice devil slayer magic so that he might have a chance at killing E.N.D, he may be in control of Keyes but he is not fully gone yet. But Gray you have to understand, as soon as Keyes has been defeated, he will be gone" I said.
"You mean that...that" Gray couldn't even get his words out.
"How about we have a break for lunch. Say an hour?" I decided and everyone agreed.
It didn't take Gray long to storm out of the guild to the training grounds.
"Lucy should..." Juvia said not sure what to say or do right now.
"Don't worry Natsu will take care of it, right now Gray just needs to rage and us being with him will make him want to hold that anger in," I explained and Juvia nodded stilling looking at the door. Reaching out I brought the woman into my arms and gently ran my hands through her hair. I knew that Gray was going to have a tough time with this battle but it was time for Silver to be able to rest in peace. That meant Gray confronting his father and Silver being able to see his son again. An hour passed and Gray came back in with Natsu, while I wouldn't say he was good, he was better than he was.
"Okay, continuing on, Gray, Lyon and Ultear, I want you to stall Silver. No Gray, you are not fighting by yourself. If the other two want to let you two fight it out that is fine but they will still be there in case" I said with a glare making Gray stop his argument before it started.
"This is Kyoka, who has the Sensation Curse, Enhancement, Whip talons, an Etherious form and Expertise in hand-to-hand combat. She is dangerous and like Jackal will be a tough opponent but unlike Jackal she is a sadistic demon that will not hesitate to torture her opponents. Erza, Kagura and Jellal, she is your target" I said and I could tell that Kagura was looking at me in disbelief since she still wasn't sure what to think about Jellal.
"The next two are familiar to us, this is Minerva and Jiemma who have joined Tataros and gotten boosted in power. I have complete faith that Minerva can be brought back to the right path. Erza, Minerva is going to head after you so you and your group are going to have to deal with her as well as Kyoka. Sting and Rogue I want you two to deal with Jiemma and then go help Jellal, Erza and Kagura," I said and they nodded. Rogue and Sting looked murderous but for now they were keeping it in.
"This is another familiar face. This is Crawford Seam, he used to be part of the council in fact he was once the head of the council. He is the reason that Tartaros knows about Face and how to activate it. His abilities are Super Archive, Real Time Link, Organic Link Transfer and Thought Projection. I want Hibiki, Eve, Ren and Ichiya to go after him," I said. This again got a lot of people talking from the shock and horror.
"Now this is the final person to deal with, this is Mard Geer and he is the leader of Tartaros until E.N.D us revived. He has Thorn Curse, Algeria, Memento Mori, Telepathy, an Etherious form, Flight, Combat proficiency, Enhanced strength, Enhanced speed and Immense durability. Midnight, myself and my spirits will be taking care of him" I said.
"You're going to take him on?" Makarov asked and I nodded.
"Yes but the others that I didn't name for a job have their own jobs. You guys will protect council members as well as destroy Face. They are all over Fiore so it's a big job" I said. A lot of people would have to travel but we would get there. It would take a lot of planning but we would get there, if not the world wasn't going to survive.
