Thor arrived back home on the search for his farther, finding him sat upon his thrown he approached.
Odin " Thor my son, is all well?".
Thor " Midgard is making amends of Loki's recent crimes, Loki remains there under the care of Tony stark. Farther I punished loki myself. I ask that he also be stripped of his powers and remains on Midgard with me under my care and the avengers until this dark behaviour subsides".
Thor spoke with confidence as his farther watched and listened. Odin was pleased to here that Loki was punished and remained somewhere safe for the time being.
Odin " I know you did my son heimdall told me of his actions and resulting outcome, Loki shall be stripped of his powers at your request. He is also to remain with you or in the care of your Midgard friends at all times, I allow them to punish Loki as they see fit, my youngest son shall learn to corner that dark path with help from us".
Thor nodded smiling that his farther agreed with the fitting punishment, taking it lightly. Odin also gave Loki a fair share of his palm. He knew it made Loki submit to a blubbering mess making him spit apologies out. It had always been a fitting punishment for a stubborn child. Odin stood raising his staff slamming it down. Even from realms away he stripped Loki's powers with ease. Thor bowed at his farthers feet taking his leave heading back to earth to rejoin Loki.
**EARTH**
Loki awoke, head laid on Tony's lap. He felt weird, he knew that feeling. Shifting to jump up realising what happened he eyed tony warily rubbing his bottom that still stung.
" didn't mean to fall asleep" He mumbled
Tony smiled a little bit " no problem, looked rather comfy, why did you wake up like that, you look like you've seen a ghost".
Loki felt out of his body, almost as if he was... human. He moved his fingers trying to use his magic. Seeing nothing happen his mouth dropped.
" I believe farther may have just stripped me of my powers, I can no longer use my magic meaning I am now a mortal being" Loki replied rather flat.
"Thor did say he would request it as part of punishment loki, maybe it will do you some good" tony replied.
Loki nodded at that. He was annoyed but it's not as though he could do anything now. He was human just like the rest of them. Loki looked around the room then back to stark.
" is thor coming back?" He asked.
" after he has spoken to your farther he is. You've just lost your magic kid so I believe he already has, how's that feel" He said pointing a finger at Loki's behind.
" little stingy". looking away avoiding the eye contact, Embarrassed yet again.
Tony chuckled, seeing Loki so child like was amusing, he couldn't help but find him adorable. He had never seen this side to him.
Loki felt uncomfortable, he wanted Thor, he wanted comfort. Rising the stand he shifted on his feet still looking around rubbing his behind. Just as he was about to start talking again he heard a door open behind him. There stood thor in the doorway. Smiling at his brother Loki felt comfortable again.
"Loki brother, I have spoken to farther. I assume you felt your magic strip from you?"
Loki nodded "yes".
Tony "poor kid shot off the sofa looking lost when it happened, never seen someone move to quick".
Thor laughed giving Loki a side smirk " speaking to farther I suggested that you remain on earth under mine and the avengers care, farther has given my friends permission on punishing you if they see fit for any wrong doings".
Loki's mouth dropped eyes wide, he quickly shot a glance to tony then back to his brother.
" but...but I don't want them to Thor why can't it just be you! That's not fair!"Loki whined.
" farther feels that the extra guidance is needed to pull you out of this dark path you have gone down, Loki you need this and you know it. Brother I fear what you may become or how you shall end up if I continue to let you behave like this.your behaviour seems to grow worse by the day, I as your brother am not allowing that to continue. With the help from my friends you shall become good again no matter how many times that little bottom of yours feels the sting of my palm".
Loki was took back by his words, swallowing a lump in his throat he walked forward and hugged Thor nodding into his chest. Loki knew his brother cared for him, no matter how much damage he had caused his big brother would always have his back.
"He's rather cute when not on a destructive path". Tony suddenly spoke out from the sofa. Both thor and Loki completely forgot he was there. Loki moved to stand at the side of thor Looking up at him he gave Thor a glare to not agree.
"He's always been cute". Thor said wrapping an arm around his brother giving him a playful shake.
"Have not"Loki shoved him away rolling his eyes.
Secretly Loki liked being called cute, it was a compliment. He barely gets that sort of attention anymore now that he is of age. Loki was curious to know where he and Thor would stay during this "punishment". Deep in his thoughts he hadn't even noticed Thor had wondered off leaving him yet again with stark. Loki looked around the room again letting out a irritated sigh.
"Don't worry he said he's going to Jane's, he did tell you but you looked like you was on another planet buddy" stark chuckled out.
"Oh, do you know where me and Thor are staying... he said we are staying on earth with you guys.. don't know where though".
" you will likely be staying with me in the tower, Thor will stay here too unless he wants to go to Jane's which is likely to happen most of the time". Stark said moving into his lab. Loki following.
" isn't that going to be weird though I-I mean me and you didn't exactly have a friendly first meet"He replied shrugging his shoulders with a tint smile.
"No i didn't, but if Thor says your staying on earth by odins request then I doubt he would let you stay anywhere else. It's not as though he's going to keep you at Jane's, she can't handle them mood swings of yours can she where as me, well let's say I'm not immune to dishing out a spanking Loki".
Loki shifted on his feet, did stark just threaten him? He was curious, would he really spank him? Surly he wouldn't.
" you wouldn't really do that would you?" He asked moving to sit on a stool beside stark.
Stark turned to face him looking more serious than ever "what? Spank you? Yeah if you needed it".
This irritated Loki " I don't need it, it's completely insane, it's a child punishment. I am not a child, Thor is an oaf why he chose that of all things to do is stupid".
Stark chuckled patting Loki's back rather rough "you need it more than you'll ever know, if your backside wasn't sore enough already I would personally take you over my knee right now and make it sore, carry on with that attitude I just might have to".
A worried look washed over Loki's face, cowering he looked to stark looking more like a 3 year old than a 1000 year old god. "W-why".
"Because your brother is trying to do right by you, calling him names is childish Loki, and yet you say you don't need this child's punishment. You do kid and when you realise that you will regret every single thing you ever did wrong"He scolded Loki, Loki didn't like that tone, it hinted a clear warning. He chose not to argue back.
" s-sorry I didn't mean to be nasty". His face turning a deep red. He got a "hmmm" in reply.
Loki moved his arms on to the table resting his head on them facing stark, watching him work seemed to calm him. It was rather fascinating, all these tools, Machine parts and what not. Stark looked out the corner of his eye seeing Loki watching he smiled carrying on. It seemed that the god was distracted for now.
An hour had past and Loki was beginning to become bored. Tony was working on his suit upgrading machinery. Saw something that caught his eye. It was the left hand of his suit attached was a inverted gun. Tony's back was turned so loki made his move. He slowly reached over without making a sound and grabbed the hand. Observing it like it was magical, to busy invested in the work he hadn't noticed tony had turned around watching the god play about with it.
Loki looked up to see tony stood there, eyebrow raised looking mad. Loki cringed at that but gave stark the best puppy eyes he could so he wouldn't be mad at him. Tony reached out his hand at loki.
"Hand it over loki, that's not something I want in the hands of someone like you, and don't touch it again".
Loki handed it over getting a quick slap on the hand.
"Ouch!" He yelped rubbing his hand. "What was that for? I handed it to you without an argument!"
"Stop whining like a baby it was a love tap".
"That was not a love tap! you dick".
Stark slammed the machinery down on the lab table turning to face Loki. He had already dived off the chair backing up from a furious tony, stalking towards Loki pointing at him...
"What did you just call me?" He asked with such Authority.
Loki had backed up that far his legs slammed into the sofa sending him flying back into a sitting position. Tony put both arms at either side of Loki's head leaning right into his face. Loki looked away, breathing heavy he mumbled utter rubbish.
"I'm sorry what was that Loki"
" I didn't mean it" He said quietly, scared by the sudden anger.
" did you not? That's great to hear Loki. Bet Thor would enjoy hearing that too" Standing back up arms crossed over his chest.
Loki shot a horrified look to him "no no no no no please! Don't tell Thor! I'm sorry I didn't mean it!".
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't, I'm sure he would love hearing his little brother using language like that".
Loki gulped he knew what he was hinting at. He knew what he wanted him to say. He was practically telling him to say "punish me yourself".
"You don't have a reason do you? No didn't think so... JARVIS call Thor" he shouted out. "Put it on loud speaker so Loki can hear his brother lose his mind".
Loki jumped up rubbing his hand on his head irritably. Stressed and defeated he had no other option.
"ALRIGHT! STOP!".
Stark smirked "Jarvis cancel the call".
Loki visibly relaxed. He didn't want this to happen but Thor would make sure he doesn't sit for a week. That is not something he wanted. He was still sore from earlier. He hated this but he knew Thor and he knew how much it hurt. Sighing he finally spoke.
"P-punish me yourself, don't tell Thor I-I beg of you" He finally spat out.
Stark nodded "alright" he said moving to sit in the spot loki was just in. Patting his knee "over,now, lose the leggings too". He ordered. Loki didn't like this one bit. One minute stark was all soft and friendly the next he was a furious man about to ruin his rear. He didn't know what washed over him. He felt small and intimidated . Stark patted his leg again clearly his patience was growing thin. Not wanting this to get any worse loki slowly lowered himself over the mans knee moving around getting into a comfortable position.
" arnt you forgetting something Loki" stark said tugging at his leggings.
Loki looked over his shoulder. He forgot his leggings.
"Can't they stay up?" He asked trying to master stark with the puppy eyes.
"No, take them down or I will".
Loki lifted his hips up not bringing them down himself he mumbled "you" Tony smiled slightly, grabbing the waistband pulling them down just below his bottom. He placed a hand on Loki's lower back to keep him sturdy also trapping his legs in his own.
He brought the first slap down. It stung bringing a screech from loki "OUCH!" Tony slapped him again and again and again. Left to right in a simple rhythm. Loki jerked at each one whining. Tony wasn't even hitting him that hard, but clearly Loki must be tender bottomed to make him wriggle the way he was. After 10 minutes of continuous spanks tony increased the heat by allowing his heavy hand to come down a little bit harder getting Loki to cry. That is what Tony wanted, he wanted Loki to cry because he knew that he was learning. Eventually a tearful Loki chocked out "I-I'm s-sorry".
That was enough for tony. He stopped but kept Loki in place. " have you learnt you lesson".
Loki nodded in his arms mumbling. Tony patted his bottom. "Can't hear you loki speak up".
Loki moved his head to the side so his voice wasn't muffled any more. " I learnt".
Tony nodded patting his bottom again, threatening him to keep his answer respectful. "What did you learn kid".
Loki wiped his eyes with his sleeve "T-that I shouldn't c-call you names, it's not n-nice".
Tony smiled. He really was cute! He rubbed the boys bottom in hope of taking some of the sting away. Loki lay still tears still coming down. Eventually tony spoke. "Want a cuddle little one?"He asked sweet toned.
Loki wiped his eyes. Little one? Not the first time he has heard it Thor called him it all the time, but hearing it come from tony stark that surprised him. Nodding in reply tony pulled him up sitting him over his knees carful not to put his rear someplace painful, he wrapped his arms around the slender build rubbing his back softly. It took loki a while to adjust in the hold but eventually he wrapped his arms around Tony's neck resting his head on his chest allowing himself the comfort. Loki yawned tiredly .
"You want to go to bed? It is quite late I'm guessing Thor is staying at Jane's tonight" Tony asked.
"I'm not tired".
"Little liar your yawning". Tony chuckled, he went to lift Loki up to take him to bed hearing a whine in protest he sat back down. Loki was clearly comfortable. Instead tony laid down pulling Loki on top of him. Loki's head placed just under Tony's neck, arms around his ribs loki eventually drifted off. Tony couldn't help but look and smile. This moment was precious, he has earned Loki's trust. The fact a god himself had just allowed all that to happen without skinning him alive was beyond dumbfounding. Eventually tony dropped off himself falling into a deep sleep.
