(Brad's P.O.V)
"Mommy, I hep you?" Ophelia walks up to Jen and I with her doctors kit
"Not yet princess, let's try to leave mommy for a bit okay?"
"No brad, it's fine, let her think she's trying to help. Of course you can help mommy sweetie... but honey, as soon as my contractions start to intensify, I want you to take her where she can't see or hear me... I don't want her to see me in pain"
I help Ophelia open her doctors kit and she starts 'helping' Jen. First, she puts her stethoscope in her ears and places the end bit on Jens chest.
"That's aw good mommy"
She then takes a syringe and pretends to give Jen a shot.
"That make you feew bettew now mommy?"
"I feel so much better now, thank you baby"
Just as Ophelia is going to get the thermometer out, I can see Jens face wince up in pain and she gives me a look to let me know I need to take Ophelia out of the room. Unfortunately this means I have to leave Jen alone but as soon as I get into the playroom, I call Drea.
"Baby, Drea will be here any minute" I shout into the room to Jen so she knows I'll be able to be back with her soon
I keep shouting encouraging words to her whilst I try to distract the kids as best as I can.
"Daddy, why I not with mommy?"
"Remember daddy said that there's a baby in mommy's tummy? Well the baby is coming soon, so that means mommy's tummy sometimes hurts a little bit but she'll be okay princess"
"I give mommy tiss to make her not hurted? Mommy foofie hurted?"
"You can't go give mommy a kiss yet sweetheart okay but Drea Drea will be here soon so you can play with her. I guess you could say mommy's foofie is hurting, yes"
"I pway with you and Drea Drea? Daddy, you make mommy's foofie bettw? When my knee hurted, mommy tiss it bettw, you tiss mommy's foofie to make it bettw daddy?"
"Daddy will have to go and sit with mommy, but you can play with Drea Drea with your sister and brother can't you? No baby, daddy can't kiss mommy's foofie to make it better, that's kind of why mommy's in this situation in the first place"
"BRAD! I CAN HEAR YOU"
"Okay daddy. Mommy go bed?"
"When Drea Drea gets here, daddy will take mommy up to bed"
"That's what mommy does when my bewwy hurted"
"You're such a good girl baby, you know that right?"
"I am good girw daddy, and I pwetty girw"
"You are a very pretty girl princess"

Drea has just arrived and now Brad is back in the living room with Jen. He has just rang her OBG/YN, but because her contractions aren't consistent enough yet, they can't go to the hospital.
"Brad, I really think we should go to the hospital now"
"Why, what's wrong?"
"I'm feeling like I'm so close to having this baby. Brad, we seriously need to go"
"Are you sure? You're not just panicking?"
"I've pushed three babies out of my fucking vagina, I know what it feels like when they're coming"
Brad rushes around to grab their last few bits as Jen hobbles her way to the front door. He tells Drea they are going and he runs back to his wife. Since she can't really walk, he picks her up with both of her legs over his arm and practically runs to the car, knowing that they really don't have much time.
It only takes them 15 minutes to arrive at the hospital. Jen managed to make a phone call between contractions to her doctor on the way, letting her know they are coming in.
"Fuckkkkkkk. Shit Brad, get me a chair or get me a nurse"
"What nurse?"
"I don't fucking care, ANY fucking nurse you can find. Your child is about to delivered in this car if you don't hurry the fuck up"
Knowing this is escalating very fast, faster than Brad could've ever imagined, he runs as fast as he can and gets the closest nurse he can find. They both come running back to the car with a wheelchair in hand.
"AHHHHH SHITTTTTT. IT'S COMING! I'TS FUCKING COMING!
The nurse calls for help over her walkie talkie and soon, six doctors and nurses come rushing to the car. One of them lays Jens seat back and pushes it as far back as it'll go and another nurse sits in the footwell of the passenger seat to get a good view of what's happening down there, whilst Jen is screaming bloody murder. Thankfully, since this is a private hospital and a private car park, no paparazzi can get close to what's happening.
"Right Jennifer, I can see the head. We don't have time to get you to a room, so you're going to have to push here. Push Jennifer, PUSH"
With all of her strength, Jen pushes as hard as she can. Brad climbs back into the drivers seat and holds her hands.
"You're doing a great job baby, keep pushing"
"AHHHHHHHH" Tears are streaming down Jens face as she pushes through the searing pain
"Jennifer, wait. Stop pushing, stop pushing right now"
"What's going on?" Brad asks, trying to take a look at what's transpiring in the front of their car
"Jennifer I NEED you to stop pushing!"
"I CAN'T"
"The cord is wrapped around the baby's neck. If you keep pushing, it could strangle your baby" As soon as Jen hears this, she takes all her strength and stops pushing
"Right, I've freed the cord, start pushing again now Jennifer. Your baby is nearly here, come on Jennifer, you can do this"
A few more pushes later, an instant relief washes over Jen as she feels her baby being pulled out. Cries are heard immediately, letting everyone know the baby is absolutely fine.
"What an arrival this little one made. Congratulations you two, you've got a beautiful baby boy. I guess he couldn't wait to see his mommy and daddy"
"A boy? We've got another boy?" Jen can't stop crying from happiness and tears are now streaming down Brad's face too
"I've got another son. You've given me another son. He's so tiny. Well done baby, I'm so so proud of you. You are my warrior"
Since they are still in the car, Brad can't cut the cord, so the nurse does it, wraps the baby up and passes him straight to Jen, who is now sobbing.
"Hi handsome. I'm your mommy, yes I am, I'm your mommy"
Brad, still shocked by everything takes a look around. The car that was once clean, is now covered in blood but he doesn't care. His son has just been born and he's so perfect.
"Brad, if you take the baby, we are going to get Jen into a chair and take her up to a room" Jen passes Brad their new baby boy and with the help of the nurses, she gets seated in a wheel chair and is being wheeled into the hospital, with Brad and their baby not far behind her
