Later that evening Misty and Lily had decided to drive to the historic Chinatown in the city.

They both had decided that they would eat out tonight, neither having the energy to cook. As they drove calmly, their windows down letting the cool Hawaiin breeze in, both Lily and Misty caught up on these past four years.

Misty had found out that Lily had been promoted in her job. She was now a full-time yoga instructor, having Fridays and weekends off. "I'm proud of you Lily," Misty replied with a sincere smile. She was proud of her older sister. Life hadn't been easy for any of them yet Lily still managed to accomplish her dreams of doing what she loved every day as a job.

Cruising down Chinatown, Misty observed how the city sprung into life and how the city Chinese lanterns made the town look like a festival. "Royal Kitchen or Duc's Bistro?" Lily asked as she tried to find parking. "How about New Canton House?" Misty suggested, not wanting Lily to pay for a pricey menu. "No Mist! Tonight is special. You just returned from California!" Lily argued as she still looked for parking.

"Uhh," Misty let out as Lily found a parking spot. "Mist." Lily threatened as she parked the car and shot her sister a glare. "I can go for a golden pork classic," Misty suggested with a smile. Lily smiled, "Golden Pork Tonkotsu Ramen Bar it is then."

"Wait, I was just kidding."

"Too late." Lily shot back as she started the car again and began turning back to where they came from. "Lily I was kidding! Let's just stay here in Chinatown." Misty pleaded, not wanting her sister to drive back to Waikiki. "A person is never kidding the first time they suggest something," Lily replied with a smirk as she stepped on the pedal and drove to King Street, just a few blocks away from their house.

"Hmmm." Misty sighed as she bit into her second pork bun. "I take it you didn't eat like this in Malibu." Lily chuckled as she drank her sake and sighed. "Ah, that hit the spot," she said chuckling at Misty's shaking head. "No, the only plates I was offered at Pepperdine were salmon, burgers, or some basic salads. Not bad options but I got tired quickly. Instant ramen isn't the same as this." said Misty as she sipped on her ramen broth.

"When are you starting work?" Lily asked, with a concerned look. "Why? Am I already a burden to you? I have money saved up." Misty teased back, however, it didn't get slipped by Lily the scared in her tone. "Not at all ku'uipo," Lily replied as Misty. "I was just worried you wouldn't be around the house too much." Misty smiled a bit.

"I missed having a sister around you know," Lily confessed before drinking another shot of sake. "I missed you too Lily," Misty replied with a smile. "To answer your question; yes, I have a job. Before leaving Pepperdine I was offered a position as a biochemist at the University of Hawaii. Specifically at Manoa Pacific Biosciences Research Center." Misty answered casually to which Lily's mouth had dropped.
