6 years later
It's been 6 years, I still haven't forgotten his smile. It brings warmth to my heart even now. It doesn't last for too long but just for a while.
A few weeks back, I was scrolling through my Instagram. There I saw him in a post, with the same smile. At first, I wasn't sure if it was him, but how could I not remember that smile?
What a small world I thought to myself and chuckled.
I almost cried out of joy, jumping up and down. I finally found him once again. My heart fluttered the same way it did 6 years back.
I could see his warm smile even through the picture. I never knew how beautiful love, at first sight, could be.
I kept starring for a minute or so. The warmth that I felt 6 years ago returned back. I remembered it as if it happened yesterday. His smile never changed.

the world is the ocean, I am the wave hoping to meet the shore someday. Even though I thought I'd never find him but I did.
Though I could not text him and besides he wouldn't remember.
My heart felt heavy, but I'll always remember his smile forever.
I was smiling at his picture like a dork. I couldn't stop smiling, my heart fluttered each and every time I saw his smile.
I still hope to cross paths with him someday, if fate decides. This is how it feels love at first sight and so ladies and gentlemen, this is how I fell in love with a stranger
