"The closet, go." I gulped as I watched him bolt to open the closet door, letting himself inside, and quickly closing the door once he was fully concealed.

"Uh- come in!" I called, my voice shaking as I spoke from the nerves. The fear of just nearly getting caught turned my heart on overdrive. I quickly ran my fingers through to smooth my hair as I answered.

I held my breath  as Adam cracked the door open and peaked his head through.

"Hey! I heard about the commercial pitch! That's so cool Lee." Adam gloated as he grinned down at me. "I told you that you'd be great at this job."

"Oh- uh thanks Adam. News travels fast around here huh." I chuckled as I squirmed on the bed.

"Yeah Jay told me." He explained. Much to my dismay, he let himself in and closed the door behind him. "Hey everything okay?" He questioned with concern spread across his face.

"Just a little tired. Didn't really get much sleep. Why do you ask?" I replied quickly.

"No reason, you just look a little flushed. If you're not feeling well, you might want to skip the show tonight." He answered, crossing his arms as he looked at me.

"Oh. Uh-maybe, I'll see how I feel before we leave." I forced a smile. I wasn't completely lying as I was drenched with exhaustion but I knew exactly why I was flushed and it was not because I was sleep deprived.

Yeah it's because of the tattooed rockstar you are hiding the freaking closet Lena.

"By the way, I'm glad to see you and Austin are friends now. I told you to give him a chance. He's a cool guy. I'm sure he didn't mean to be rude to you." Adam shrugged as my face burned with embarrassment.

"Yeah, he's uh- he's great." I cleared my throat, not looking forward to the conversation with Austin that was yet to come once Adam left.

"Have you seen him by the way? I was looking for him to show him some pictures from last night but I can't seem to find him."

"Nope haven't seen him, sorry." I lied through my teeth to one of my closet friends.

"Alright, see you later Lee. Feel better." He said before exiting my room and closing the door shut.

The second the door closed, I looked over to the closet to see Austin sliding the door open.

"Look about what he said-" I started to defend myself.

"Hey, Lena it's fine. I wasn't the nicest to you when we first met, we both know that. Don't feel bad for confiding in Adam." He said quietly as he made his way back over to the bed and sat down next to me.

I nodded my head, still very much flustered about everything that had just happened in the past twenty minutes.

"You're not gonna come to the show?" He mumbled, I swear a slight hinge of sadness in his voice.

"No I will. I just said that because I was caught off guard." I shrugged my shoulders.

"Good." He replied. "I need my partner there for the Circles duet." He winked, giving me his perfect smile.

"Austin! I was literally kidding!" I groaned as I playfully pushed him.

He grabbed my wrists, pulling me to stand up in front of him between his parted legs.

He wrapped his arm around my waist and looked up at me with a devilish smile.

"You said you would Lena." He just barely pulled up my shirt, revealing my mid drift.
