Lionesses reunite

Game day!

Olly stayed on the sofa all week and Sunday arrived faster than thought.

"Morning g, I've made pancakes" g smiled as she walked in to the kitchen will Tilly in her arms to be greeted by her fav breakfast

"Thanks ol" they all sat down and started eating

"You ready for the game?"Olly asked

"Ye I'm ready, and I'm happy that you can both be there to support me!" G tickled Tilly

"I'm always there! I'm your mascot ain't I?" Tilly said

"Really ?"

"Ye she is, all the players with kids get to have their little ones as mascots for them!" G explained

"That's such a good idea" Olly said.

They got ready for the game and found Tilly's kit. G drive them and they met up with the other girls.

"Hey Olly!" Kei said giving him a hug, making Lucy jealous

"Don't worry, I still love you luce" kei said giving lucy a big hug

They walked in and got changed then met up with Tilly in the tunnel. They were playing Bristol city, so knew it was going to be a hard game!

Steph ran over to Georgia who was in excruciating pain!

"G, keep breathing, come on keep breathing im here" Steph tried to reassure the young midfielder

"I .... I.... I can't feel my leg Steph.... it hurt so much and now it's numb" g said having to pause as she was in tears

Panic painted across stephs face soon disappeared when trying to calm g down
"You in safe hands, come on you will be okay, I will meet you straight after the match, love ya" stein said shouting at g who was getting stretchered off the pitch.

"What's happened daddy?" Tilly asked starting to cry

"Ummm... she's got hurt but she will be fine let's go find her" after Olly said those words they ran after g through the tunnel.

G could feel a hand grab hers

"Hey" Olly whispered trying to comfort g

"Where Tilly?" G said still crying

Olly turned round so g could see Tilly who was crying into ollys shirt in his arms.

"Tills, don't cry baby" g said worrying

"I love you mummy! I don't want you to be hurt" Tilly said sobbing.

After the game finished , all the squad came running into Georgia's hospital room even tho nick tried to stop them kei and Lucy (even tho she didn't play for city) made sure they got in!

"What's the news" kei said holding Georgia's hand

"She's broken her leg" Tilly said with a doctors coat on which one of the doctors gave her to cheer her up

"Wow g , how long you out for?" Steph says

"It's not a bad break so only 4 weeks in a cast then should be back in about 2 weeks after depending on how well it heals!" G said happy with the news that it wasn't her ACLand she should recover quick

"Tilly come on we need to go home! You can stay at mine tonight!" Steph says realising how late it was getting and how g needed her rest.

"Yayhyyyyyy auntie stephs house is a party house" Tilly said running up and jumping on Steph who was laughing

"Ummm so is ours" Lucy said

"Ye how come you get her and we don't?" Kei turned to g

"I don't car who has her but Steph offered first so guess she's going there, thank you Steph" g gave her a hug and off they went. Over the next 20 mins all the players seemed to be heading home, wishing g a good night and that they will pop round their house to check up on her.

G got crutches and hopped to the car with Olly. They put the front seat back so her cast would fit in and they drive home listioning to Hugh school musical and singing at the top of their lungs.

"Can I sleep on the sofa tonight" g said

"I will pull it out into a sofa bed! Where do I sleep" Olly replied

"With me?" G said quietly not knowing if she replied the right way

"Sounds perfect" Olly smiled and they pulled up at g's house. They walked in and Olly set up the bed with blackets and brought down her sleepwear (I would say pjs but she sleeps in shorts and a bralette!!) she got changed which needed to shell from Olly and they snuggled down watching Netflix. G started to doze off and Olly held her tight.

It was 3am and Olly was awakened by a crying g beside him.

"What's wrong g?"

"It hurts so bad, what if it doesn't heal?" G said in tears

"Look g come on I will get you some paracetamol and give you a hug but I promise you it will heal and you will back on the pitch in no time" illy said getting the drugs and some water.

"Thanks Olly, I really appreciate you being here, it's helped me a lot! Can't imagine having to do this alone, thank you" g held Olly tight as she fell back to sleep.
