"I don't know" she shrugged. "I must have accidentally locked it."
"Bye, see you later."
"Bye Joshy, have a great day."
He rolled his eyes, but gave her a small smile and walked out the door. Ashley sighed then walked back to her room. She opened the door and Noel was still in her bed. He looked at her with a smile
"Good morning."
She smiled back
"Good morning. Sorry about that, I overslept. Josh just left."
She stood by the bed.
"He doesn't know, does he?"
"No, thankfully my door was locked."
"Guess we should be careful."
"Yeah, you probably shouldn't sleep over anymore."
"Ok, I'll take what I can get during the day then." He reached out and pulled her down onto him. They kissed for awhile then had sex. They finished and laid in bed talking.
"I keep meaning to ask you about your ring."
"This?" He lifted his right hand.
"Yeah"
"I bought it at a Japanese pawn shop nearly 20 years ago."
"As in Japan?"
"Yeah"
"You've been to Japan?"
"Yeah. I've been all over the fuckin' world."
"How?"
He chuckled at her amazement.
"Touring."
"Oh. You actually go on tours and play?"
"I do."
"I've never seen you play. I guess I just assumed you just wrote songs for other people."
"No chance. I'm not giving any fucker my songs."
"I've never even heard any of your songs."
"Well you're missing out, they're pretty good."
She laughed.
"I want to see you play. Do you sing too?"
"I am the singer yes. And the guitarist and the fuckin' songwriter."
She smiled.
"I didn't realize how truly talented you are."
"Next time I'm on tour, come see me. I'm amazing."
She chuckled.
"I might even be able to get you a backstage pass too, then you might have a chance with a band member, eh?"
She smiled.
"Yeah?"
"I hear the singer is partial to blowjobs."
He looked at her with a sly grin.
"Oh is that so?" She grinned back.
"So I've heard." He put his hands up.
"I'll keep that in mind."
They looked at each other with smiles on their faces then Noel sat up.
"I should get goin'."
"Ok. Are we still on for the movie Friday?"
"Of course" he said as he got dressed.
She pulled on her t shirt and followed him to the front door.
"Bye see you Friday."
He looked at her standing there in just a t shirt.
"Can't fuckin wait." He smirked and walked out the door. She closed the door and smiled to herself. She found herself smiling for no reason throughout the day.
