Start from the beginning

Elizabella didn't mention much of her mother but when she did he didn't question her on it. He knew deep down she was still hurting from the loss. He could see it in her eyes when ever she talked about her. "Let's go get lunch, yeah?" He questioned and she stood up. "Yeah, I'm starving." She exaggerated which made him laugh.

The day went by smoothly after that and Jeremy's father did not make another appearance which they were both thankful for. Jeremy meet Elizabella back at her desk at the end of the day like he usually did. "Ready?" He questioned and she nodded while grabbing her purse. "Yep." She chirped while lopping her arm around his. "By the way you don't need to drive me home, I was actually hoping to go home with you today." She added and he rose an eyebrow up at her. He was use to her going back her friend's flat during the week and just having her over on the weekends. "Why?" He asked even though he was thrilled that she would be coming over.

She sighed and her cheeks started to turn red. "Well...my friend's heater kinda of went out...and it's cold." She said sheepishly and he frowned. He didn't like to think of her being in the cold in fact he didn't like her living there period because the last time he saw the flat it was not exactly in the best shape. "Love, I don't understand why you just don't move in with me...you have been working here for a month now. It would just make things easier..." He stated even though he suspected that she would just make up another excuse to put it off.

She stayed silent for a few moments but when they reached his car she spoke up."You're right." She agreed and he snapped his head towards her. "What?" He asked even though he heard her the first time. "You're right, I should just move in." She repeated while looking up to him. He opened his mouth to speak but she continued. "Why don't you take to my friend's place and I'll get my things now?" She offered and he agreed instantly. "OK." He rushed out while getting into the car. She smiled over to him once she was in the car. "It'll be nice." She chirped mainly to herself. He nodded. "What made you decide?" He questioned even though he didn't truly care for the reason, he was just happy that she did.

She turned the heat up while glancing at him and shrugged. "It make sense, I mean we are more serious now and well there's really no reason not too." She stated like it was already obvious. He wanted to laugh considering this is what he has been telling her since she started working with him but he didn't. "I love you." He stated softly while placing his hand on her thigh. "And I love you." She replied with a smile.

They pulled up to her friend's building and Elizabella immediately spotted Nathan's car and immediately a lump grew in her throat. She saw Jeremy moving to get out but she quickly stopped him. "Actually babe, why don't you just come back in a hour?" She asked nervously and he rose an eyebrow at her. "What? No, I'll help you." He stated but she shook her head. "No that's OK, I don't have much anyway. Besides it'll give me a chance to say goodbye and to thank her for letting me stay with her." She stammered out. Jeremy gave her skeptical look but nodded reluctantly. "Alright...I'll be here in an hour then." He said unsure. He felt uneasy as to why she randomly didn't want him to go up with her but he didn't want to question it.

She gave him a nervous smile before pecking him on the cheek. "See you soon." She said before getting out of his car. She quickly made her way into the building without another glance to Jeremy. She felt her stomach doing flips as she made her way up to her friend's flat. She hoped Nathan would be in a better mood but more so prayed that he would just ignore her. She didn't want to have to deal with him. She loved Nathan as a friend but she knew that would never work and she knew how unstable he could be, deep down she truly feared him.
