                                                      Selene's POV 

As I woke from the rumbling of the bus stopping I took off my headphones and slipped my iPod into my pocket. As the bus stopped, I looked outside from the window and pulled my red hoodie up that I was wearing so I didn't rouse any attention. I grabbed my bag and stepped outside into the cool, crisp air outside. I checked my phone and saw it was barely 8 A.M. which gave me almost a full day to unpack and see my new home since it was already fully furnished. As I walked around the town, I took in my scenery. It was very refreshing, I noted that there were was a huge forest nearby which was good since my wolf would have wanted a run eventually. The trees were a very rich dark green with this musky smell to it.

I decided I needed  to let off some steam after my ride since my bones felt stiff. But, I would do that after I unpacked, ate and took a nice long nap. I strolled near a Starbucks and sat down on a bench while I called a cab. WhileI was waiting for the cab, my senses prickled and the hair at the end of my neck stood. It felt like there were was someone watching. I looked around and saw a guy with tanned skin, chocolate eyes and dark hair watching me, not menacingly but not friendly either. He was around six feet and his mouth was set in a grim line, he started walking towards me and towards me until I released a sigh of relief when I hopped into the cab I had called. Thank the Moon Goddess! I thought that had been my 'Father' or Brian. I gave the cabman the adress and when I gave him his fare I stepped outside and looked at my house. 

My house was painted plainly white and had a nice green lawn with lots of flowers around but with mostly lavender, asphodel, all kinds of lilies, roses, and some bluebells. They looked so pretty in the sunlight. I sighed out of exhaustment and pulled out my key before I unlocked the door and nothing could have prepared me for what waited inside.
