Zach's pov

I dropped the letter like it had burned me. So many thoughts about what was happening to her kept repeating in my mind.

I sprinted back to the house and told the boys.

Daniel was panicking. Corbyn was sad. Jonah looked really frustrated. And Jack started ranting about all the bad things he was going to do to this monster.

We tried to come up with a plan to get her back, knowing it would not be easy.

We also figured he would want money so we all put together about $500 in cash.

I kept thinking about the money and how i would never want to pay this sick man and had an idea.

I told the boys we use to money as bait.

We came up with a plan that would be extremely risky, but thought we could give it a shot.

No one slept that night, eager for the next morning.

We left early and the only thought I had all the way there was Caroline.

Little did we know, it would be harder than we thought to get to her.
