Compared to the nightmare, it would be better if he has insomnia.

After the meal, Xie Yan dispiritedly lay on the sofa. He looked at the LCD that occupied almost half of the wall and randomly pressed the remote control. Due to the lack of the slender and thin 'bolster', he felt really uncomfortable with his empty arms.

"Madame, young master Shu calls."

Xie Yan suddenly strained his ears to listen to the conversation. He pretended to be concentrating on watching the LCD as his hand was still slowly flipping thru the channels. However the corner of his eyes was eying the telephone that was in the servant's hand.

Xie Yan no longer heard any news about Shu Nian once he returned home. He didn't even receive the routinely reporting e-mails. But others didn't feel like there was anything wrong with the situation, he was the only one who was restless and disturbed. Xie Yan had to put on a manner of indifferent as it looked like he had lost his composure.

To be honest, Xie Yan's heart always turned quite soft whenever he thought about Shu Nian.

He knew that Shu Nian is really naïve, [1] well behaved, shy and reserved, and has always been very obedient to him. As long as he said that he was not gay and nothing ever happened, Shu Nian would not mention a word until the day he dies.

Logically speaking, that kind of absurd impulse affair would just end up right there. It was as simple as wiping off a coffee stains on a table.

However Xie Yan couldn't do that to Shu Nian.

With the previous ladies from his [2] one-night stands, if he just walked away without saying anything in the morning, they would cry and make a ruckus for the whole morning. However, Shu Nian is a man, a very well-knit and conservative man, and it was also his first time.

Of course Shu Nian didn't say anything. He just remained silent and just smiled at the huge matter with his forgiving and gentle smile.

However it made Xie Yan felt sorry toward him compared to all the ladies.

Sigh, Xiao Nian must be in pain at that time. His apology sound insincere due to the dullness and it made him felt that he had wronged Shu Nian.

But, but, there's nothing I could do about it. How many times the young master Xie has utters the three words of "I'm sorry" throughout his life?
