"CASSIE,MILA!" I shouted and ran to them still clutching the huge teddy bear, I was engulfed in a bone crushing hug
"Omg! What are you doing here Leia?!" Mila said excitedly,
"I'm here with a friend" I replied, I called Chris over and he walked over quickly,
"Meet Chris, friend I met at the voice kids" I said introducing Chris.
"Nice to meet you guys" Chris said brushing his hand through this side fringe.
"You too" Mila and Cassie said in unison,
"Um Leia, I'm going to get so food I'll meet you back here do you want anything?" Chris asked
"Cotton candy please" I said smiling
"Sure" he winked before walking away, Cassie and Mila stood there with their mouths wide open,
"WHO IS HE LEIA" Cassie shouted,
"He's a guy I met well on the voice kids and he asked if we wanted to go to the carnival today so I said yes" I said shrugging,
"Ooooo" Cassie and Mila said,
"Grow up girls" I said laughing.
"Anyways" Cassie said
"Everyone is missing you terribly at school, and also everyone saw you made it through the home auditions as well!" Mila said shouting,
"Yeah I did" I said proud of myself, I saw Chris walking back with the cotton candy and food,
"Well I got to go" I said giving both of them a hug,
"Good luck!" They both said, I walked over to Chris and he handed me the cotton candy,
"Thank you!" I said politely taking it from his hands,
"No problem" he said smiling,
"Now where do you want to go?" He asked,
"Hmm what time is it?" I asked, he looked at his phone,
"It's three'O clock" he answered,
"We still have an hour" I said,
"Why don't you choose?" I told him,
"Ok then I choose" his eyes darted around the carnival and finally locked on the merry-go-round,
"That" he said firmly,
"Are you kidding? We're not children anymore" I said laughing,
"Come on Leia, everyone has a inner child" Chris said smiling,
"Alright fine fine lets go then" I said slightly annoyed, we ran towards the merry go around and showed our passes and the man let us through right up to the front of the line, he opened the gates and I ran towards the white horse with the gold reins, I climbed on and waited patiently for the ride to start, I heard a camera click and snapped my attention towards Chris,
"Now you are truly a princess"'he said smirking,
"Get on the horse next to me and stop taking photos the rides about to start!" I said excitedly,
"Alright your highness" Chris said and climbed onto the horse next to me. The ride started to move and I squealed excitedly, for some reason I was so excited, maybe Chris was right everyone has a inner child, I closed my eyes and blocked out the sound of the carnival, for one second I caught Chris's brown eyes staring at me, I ruined the moment by laughing and soon enough we were both laughing, I heard a camera click and immediately knew it was Chris,
"Stop taking photos of me" I said
"It wasn't me" Chris said holding his hands up in defense,
"Then who was it?" I said, Chris smirked and nodded his head to the people in front of us, and of course it was Cassie and Mila,
"CASSIE, MILA YOU TWO ARE SO DEAD" I shouted to them, they both laughed and turned their backs to me,
"I'LL SEND IT TO YOU LATER, YOU MIGHT LIKE IT'" Cassie shouted back, I frowned and Chris started to laugh, the ride came to a stop and Chris jumped off the horse, I tried to copy him but I ended almost falling since my boots were caught to strap.
"Need a little help?" Chris asked,
"I'm fine" I lied, I couldnt get off my boot was hooked to the saddle strap and I couldn't bend down to unbuckle it,
"OK maybe" I said, Chris chuckled he bent down and unbuckled the saddle strap, he extended a hand out and helped off the stupid plastic horse,
"Um thanks" I said smiling,
"No problem princess" he said, we grabbed out stuff and exited the ride. Chris checked his phone,
"I think my Dad might be at the entrance waiting for us, do you mind leaving now?" he asked ,
"Yeah sure not at all" I replied, I grabbed the huge teddy bear and followed him back to the entrance where his Dad's car was waiting for us, I jumped in and Chris followed and sat down next to me,
"Thanks for driving me back Mr. Lanzon" I shouted to his dad
"Any time" he said back, I smiled to myself. I took my phone out and saw a message from Cassie, and sure enough it was the image of me and Chris on the merry go around he was smiling and staring at me while I was laughing, I smiled and saved the image on my phone, I scooted closer to Chris and showed him the photo,
"Mind if I post it on my insta?" I asked
"Don't mind at all in fact send the image to me" he said back smiling,
"Ok thanks" I said, after ten minutes the car pulled to a hault and I looked outside the window, finally back home. I got out of the car and Chris followed, we stopped at the front door,
"Thanks for everything today"I said gratefully,
"No problem" he replied, I gave him a quick hug,
"And thanks for the massive teddy bear" I said laughing,
"You deserve it" he winked, I took out my keys and opened the front door, I turned around and waved at Chris, he waved back, I blew a kiss and disappeared through the front door. I ran upstairs and put the huge bear down on my armchair and jumped into bed, I took my phone out and posted the photo of me and Chris on the merry go round, I saw someone comment straight away and sure enough it was Chris
