You were complex

you didn't talk much

I guess you were just to shy

your mind focused on your video games

you would rarely come out to say hi to me

but every once and a while

when I would be walking home from school

you would come driving down the street

focused on going up to your room

but when I saw you I waved

and to my surprise you waved back

I always smiled when you did that

but you didn't talk to me  

you probably think I don't like you

but I do

I like you

when I look at you my heart beats 100 times faster

my mind races

but

what if....

what if you don't like me

that's what I'm afraid of

you

you not liking me

I mean

I am younger than you

and no one ever likes me back. 

I want to talk to you

but every time I go over to your front door

I freeze

but yet

I like having you as my neighbor 

I think of every excuse 

just so I can go back to that front door.

I know that you might not see this but....
