Nagising ako sa isang kwarto. Black and white and interior nito. Oh, sht! Don't tell me I am at Kreiss' condo? I scanned the room. Same old, same old. Same manly scent, same furnitures and same aura. Paano naman ako nakapunta dito? Tumayo na ako sa kama at pumunta sa sink. Naghilamos ako at nag-toothbrush. I used his toothbrush. Pasalamat sya at wala akong gingivitis at kung ano-anong sakit sa bunganga ko.

Pumunta naman ako sa labas at may naamoy na mabaho. Ugh! That stinks! The smell is from the kitchen. May nagluluto kasi e. Pumunta naman ako dun at nakita ko si Kreiss na nagluluto. Likod lang ang nakikita ko sa kanya pero... bakit ang hot nya? TSK! Ano bang mga pinagsasasabi ko?! Tapos ang bango pa ng amoy nya. Nakakaasar ang nostrils ko! Stop the commotion, please!

"Ang baho." Nagulat naman si Kreiss at pinatay ang stove. Agad naman syang lumapit sakin. Ang weird nyang kumilos sa totoo lang. Kita ko sa mga mata nya na nag-aalala sya. For what?

"Are you okay? Mabaho? I thought everyone likes adobo?" Tanong nya sakin. Medyo makulit din ang lahi ng lalaking ito. Sabi ngang mabaho! Tsk!

"I am not included. I don't like the smell." I pinched the nostrils part of my nose and tried to the avoid the nasty smell. I know this sounds insane. #Preggyproblems!

Nakita ko naman itinago ito ni Kreiss sa isang tupperware. I felt guilty that time. I mean... nag-effort sya para iluto ang adobo na yun. And there comes me, trying to avoid the food. Ganito pala kapag buntis nu? Maraming iniisip. Hindi na ako magtataka if I will space out many times. Nagtataka rin ako dahil hindi man lang sya nakipag-away sakin kung bakit kailangang alisin ang pagkain na yun. It is very weird.

"Do you want me to order food instead?" Ngumiti naman sya sakin. Woah! Did he just smile? This smile is somewhat genuine. Ramdam ko rin yung aura nya. Medyo light. I just nod my head. Alam kong pizza ang inorder nya. He ordered Hawaiian Overload and two shakes for us. Tinanong pa nya ako kung gusto ko ng desserts.

"Halo-halo with no langka." Hindi ko feel na kumain ng langka. Basta! Tuwing naiisip ko na may langka, nangangasim ang tyan ko. Parang ayaw ni Baby. Nakita ko namang sinabi nya yung order and binaba nya ang phone nya.

He ordered me to sit on the couch. He even give me the remote control. I turned on the TV and watch KDramas. Ang gwapo talaga ni Jang Geun Suk! I am watching Baby and I. Sana maging kamukha ng baby ko si Mason Moon! Tutal, gwapo naman ang daddy nya kaya okay lang. Maganda naman din ako sabi ng mga friends ko. Basta! Kung ano ang itsura ni Baby, okay lang!

I tried to switch the channel and noticed the celebrity news. I cursed and Kreiss hurried towards me.

"Anong nangyari?! May masakit ba? Okay ka lang ba?" Now, he sounded like my mom when I was little. I was wond'ring... Alam ba nyang buntis ako?

Napatingin ako sa kanya at ganun din naman sya. We shared an eye contact. It felt kinda weird and... right. Parang may bond na saming dalawa. Pero, agad ko namang binawi yun at tumingin sa TV.

It was me and him. It says that I was the mysterious girlfriend of Kreiss and I collapse because I am pregnant. The doctors from the hospital admitted that I am pregnant. That's what the media is talking about right now. I saw my pictures. Thank God! I was gorgeous on them but I was more concerned about the issue. I don't know how to react and deal with it.

Wait a minute! Nagpunta kami ng ospital?! Like what the?! Ang slow poke ko talaga!

"Paano ako napunta sa ospital?"

"You don't remember?" Tanong nya sakin. "Well... you fainted at the mall. I drove you to the ospital and–" I cut him off.

"The doctors revealed to you that I am pregnant. Am I right?" I just stared at the television. I am amazed by how destiny makes it up to me.

He nodded in approval. He just stayed there–standing in front of me. Waiting for me to react or say something.

"I am pregnant and you are the father of this child. I didn't make out with someone after what we've done. I know that you didn't want to be–" He cut me off this time.

"I wanted to be responsible of the baby. Not just the baby but the two of you." Kita ko ang sinserdad sa mga mata nya habang sinasabi nya iyon.

Nakinig ko na may tumutunog. That must be my phone! Napatingin naman ako sa bulsa ni Kreiss dahil nailaw ito. Agad naman nyang kinuha at ibinigay sakin.

"I bet... that's important." Pagkatapos nyang sabihin iyon, agad naman siyang tumayo at umalis. Magbabanyo, siguro?

Nakita ko na si Ate ang tumatawag. I answered it quickly.

"Hello, Ate?"

[Oh my god! You're on news! Where are you?!"] Kinig ko naman ang pag-aalala sa boses nya. Sino bang hindi mag-aalala na nasa news ang kapatid nya na broadcast worldwide?

"I am at Kreiss'." Mahina kong sabi.

[You'd better be safe with him. Nasan ba sya? Baka pagkaguluhan ka ng media and paparazzi!]

"I can endure it, Ate. They will know anyway. I bet, Mama and Papa knows this right now." Napahawak naman ako sa noo ko. How can this be very difficult?! "I don't know what to do, Ate!"

[Don't worry. Kakausapin ko si Mama at Papa. I know they will understand. Magpahinga ka na...]

"I'm so sorry for bothering you, Ate. You shouldn't be stressed! You're with a baby."

I can't help it! I am now crying!

"Hey! What's wrong?" Hinawakan naman ni Kreiss ang likod ko at hinagod ito ng kamay.

"I am o-okay." I muttered with a sob.

"You are not okay, Marian. What's wrong?" Tanong nya sakin habang kumukuha ng tissue na nakalagay sa table na malapit sa amin.

"I... I want ice cream first. Vanilla flavor." Humihikbi pa ako. Nakita kong napabuntong-hininga sya. E sa nagke-crave ako! Anong magagawa nya?!

"Okay... I'm going to call for food-"

"NOOOO! I want you to buy it from the convenient store!" Nakita ko namang nagulat sya. Wala syang nagawa kaya kinuha nya ang susi mula sa table.

"Wait for me." Sinabi nya bago tumalikod.
