Kevin Durant paced back and forth in the room, as he awaited for it to be time for his wedding. Today he would be marrying the love of his life, Aria. He was more than happy, yes. But another thing he was feeling was nervous. He was definately ready to take the next step in their relationship but he was afraid that she'd say "no" at that altar.

His best friend and best man, Russell Westbrook tried to calm him down but with no success. Even his own mother couldn't calm him down. Poor guy had to deal with wedding day jitters.

In the other room was Aria, looking at herself in the mirror as her stylist fixed the train of her dress. She was nervous as well, but not as nervous as Kevin was. "You look beautiful," Wanda Durant said, as she entered the room. Wanda loved Aria as a daughter so when she had heard that her son was marrying her, she was more than happy.

"Thank you," She smiled, before turning to face her soon-to-be mother in law.

Wanda couldn't help but hug her tightly, "You know, Kevin's next door pacing the entire room due to wedding day jitters. At least you're keeping your calm," She chuckled.

Aria smiled again, "Jitters?" She asked, earning a nod from her. "Well, has anyone tried to calm him down or get him to think about something else?"

"We tried, darling but he wouldn't budge." She answered.

"I'll go talk to him," Aria said, walking out to Kevin's room, totally forgetting about the whole "The groom can't see the bride before the wedding" thing. "Kev?" She asked, walking into his room.

Kevin turned around to face her, shocked to even see her there. "Ari, what are you doing here? I can't see you in your dress before the wedding..." He said.

She shook her head, "Forget about that. I just wanna make sure you're okay.. your mom told me you were having jitters." She said.

He sighed, "I'm just nervous that you walk out there and just say 'no' when you get asked if you want to take me as your husband," He mumbled.

She stepped closer to him, wrapping her arms around his shoulder. "Kevin, you know I love you more than anything. I am most definately going to go out there and say 'I do' and I
hope you will too. You're my only love and nothing is going to change that, I love you." She smiled, before kissing the taller man's cheek.

Kevin wrapped his arms around his soon-to-be wife's waist, pulling her close and placing a kiss on her forehead. "I love you too, and you are damn right that I'll say 'I do' because you're definately wifey material, babe." He said.

Aria giggled, "Well.. let's get this wedding started then?" She suggested.

He nodded, "Wait what about the whole it's back luck for the groom to see the wife in her dress before the wedding thing?" He asked,

"Forget about that, let's just go enjoy our wedding, yeah?" She said and smiled, before heading out the door.

Kevin couldn't help but smile at how blessed he was to have this woman in his life, and now he was about to make her his til the end of time.
