Ngumiti ito ng pagkalaki at hinalikan ako sa pisngi.

Aaminin ko, walang araw na hindi ako kinikilig sa kanya.
"S-Stop it, kumain ka na nga lang" nahihiya kong sabi
Irene laughs as she bites her chicken.
"By the way, we're going in Quezon this Friday. We will be staying there until Sunday. We will check the farms in Pagbilao, Lopez and Padre Burgos"
I feel excited, makakakita na naman ako ng fish farms. I always loved visiting one back then, mahal na mahal ko ang field work but I needed to learn on how to create it first.
"You look excited Czari"
"I am, so much. Sobrang saya ko kapag nasa farm Irene, all the works is just amazing. Yeah it is tiring but after accomplishing it you'll feel proud"
"I wanted to see you work in the field, now I'm getting intrigued"
"You'll see, panoorin mo akong mag identify ng sex ng isda" biro ko
We continued talking about it hanggang maubos ang pagkain. Joke lang, may natira pa namang dalawang chicken joy.
She went back to her unit pagkatapos akong tulungan sa paglilinis at hugas. I kind of find it funny kasi halos dito na siya mag stay sa unit ko.
"I should tell her to pay half of the rent hahaha" sabi ko

"Can't you do your work better!"
Nabigla ako sa aking narinig, someone's inside her office. I slowly went inside and saw Irene with Iris.
She's glaring at an employee, I guess newly hired based on her reaction.
"Louise come on let it be, wala na tayong magagawa" Iris said
"Damn it, I will not let this slide Iris! This girl just sent something to the Chan's"
Irene is fuming mad, I never saw her this angry. Base sa aking narinig mukhang pinakialaman ng employee na yun ang laptop niya.
"Who are you? You're new here right? Gosh those HR employees!" gigil niyang sabi
"Calm down, you're scaring her" sabi ni Iris
Irene scoffed and slightly pushed the girl who's already looking down.
"Oh she better be, I will make sure to give her the punishment she deserves"
"Ma'am" sabi ko
I need to get her attention before she do something unethical. Irene looked at me, I gave her a smile.
"I will talk to miss Grace regarding this, and will make sure to check her background" sabi ko
Ako na lang ang gagawa, trabaho ko naman yun as her assistant eh.
"No, you stay here. I will do it" pagmamatigas niya
"Ma'am you still need to sign those documents, you will be busy for the next few weeks right?" paalala ko rito
Irene heaved a deep sigh before giving me a nod. Hinila ko na palabas ang bagong employee at pumunta sa HR Department.
"Good afternoon po ma'am Grace, Ma'am Louise wanted to get the resume of this new employee po kasi. Pwede ko po bang makuha?" tanong ko
Medyo natigilan pa si ma'am Grace at tinitigan ng matagal ang bagong empleyado.
"Ma'am?" tawag ko rito
"Oh sure, wait lang ah" sabi nito
Iniwan kami nito. Umupo na lang ako at tiningnan ang babaeng nakatingin na rin sakin.
"Why did you do that?" tanong ko
"What do you mean?"
"Why did you use her laptop and send something to the Chan's?"
"Revenge" maikli niyang sagot
Napakunot-noo ako sa sinabi niya.
"What for?"
"She ruined my life, hindi ako tinatanggap ng ibang companies because of that brat! Wala pang five days nang tanggalin niya ako sa posisyon ko bilang executive assistant!"
Nanlamig ako sa aking narinig. So she's one of those EA's na hindi nameet ang standards ni Irene?
"You're her new assistant right? You know what you are very lucky, nakakainggit ka nga eh. Kayang-kaya mong paamuhin yung demonyita sa kumpanyang ito" dagdag nito
"What are you saying miss? Miss Louise will not fire you unless you did something wrong, hindi ba tama ako" tanong ko
"You shut up!"
She was about to pull my hair but Irene pushed her and give her a strong slap on the cheek.
"The next time you try touching her will be your death woman" malamig niyang sabi
"I-Irene calm down, maraming makakakita sayo" bulong ko
"I don't fucking care! She's going to hurt you Czari"
Irene's not looking at me. I slowly held her arm which made her look at me.
"But I'm fine, you should go na before someone else sees you here"
"Czari..." sabi niya
Medyo kumalma na ito.
Pero huli na para roon, I guess they heard the commotion. Ma'am Grace gave us a confused look.
Tinaasan ni Irene si ma'am Grace ng kilay at tinuro ang ex EA niya.
"Did you know that an ex employee got inside my office and touched my things?" Irene asked
"M-Miss Louise hindi po namin alam"
"What do you mean?" tanong nito
Humalakhak bigla ang babae, she's really crazy.
"You think matatanggap ako kapag nag apply ako ulit? Akala ko ba matalino ka Miss Smith? Of course I secretly went inside the office for you!"
Irene started laughing. All of us got confused.
"Pathetic, you want to get revenge so bad by exposing my plans to the Chan's? You think it's a success? Sorry woman but my original projects are hidden in a safe place" paliwanag ni Irene
Nawala ang ngiti sa mga labi ng babae, susugod sana siya ulit pero dumating na ang mga guards kasami si miss Iris.
"Arrest that woman, you'll rot in jail for this" sabi ni Irene
"Hindi pa tayo tapos!" sigaw ng babae
I sighed before looking around. Sobrang daming employees ang nakakita samin.
"What are you doing here? Go back to your respective places!" utos ni miss Iris
