﹒⭔﹒ Butterflies are soft and gentle creatures, and we expect kindness and respect. Do not disrespect any of our members or another affiliate of ours' members.
﹒⭔﹒ Your community must be at least 1 month old before becoming our affiliate. This is to ensure the community isn't dropping off or becoming dormant. We are always open to new communities though.
﹒⭔﹒Your community must not have any records against it. That includes but is not limited to: Plagiarism, harassment, drama, or immaturity. We expect a formal friendship, not one with distrust and resentment.
﹒⭔﹒ Do not post on our message board for promotions. Kindly use the Discord server for promotions.
﹒⭔﹒ You must have a Discord server for affiliations. We will share our link once the payments are made on both sides.
﹒⭔﹒ You must have at least one project, which may include the hiring book.
﹒⭔﹒ You must inform us of any changing of names, usernames, leaderships, or payments. We will kindly do the same.
﹒⭔﹒ You must inform us of any hiatuses or closing before disappearing on us. We accept only active communities, even if they're on hiatus, but plan to be affiliated with us for at least 3 months.
﹒⭔﹒ Answer all of our pings and dms. Be active and responsive. If you continue to ignore us, we will sadly have to break the affiliation.
﹒⭔﹒ Most of all, let us make friendships and create magic together.
