Suki grabbed onto the brunette, pulling her towards Ferrari's garage. "Well, whoever told you that, was wrong."

Juliette turned and shot Daniel an apologetic look, he just laughed it off, and walked over to McLaren garage, probably going to hang out with Lando or Carlos.

Juliette groaned, as she let herself get pulled into an interview room, where Charles was already sat.

"Where were you?" Charles questioned, his brows furrowed. Juliette sighed. "Sorry, I thought I was on break."

The reporter was from SkySports. Juliette had done interviews with him a couple of times before, so she was sort of familiar with him.

The interview started off slow, a few questions here and there, a few laughs as well. Before the reporter finally asked.

"We've seen loads of paparazzi photos with the two of you, in . . . let's say, close proximity. What is your response to that?"

Juliette's confused eyes met Charles. "What?"

"Ferrari fans seem to be catching on the chemistry between the two of you."

Chemistry? What chemistry? Juliette thought. She stiffened slightly.

"We're teammates. And have been friends ever since we were kids, there's nothing more than that." Juliette barley spoke out.

"Well according to Antoine-"

"I don't think Antoine Griezmann is your best source of gossip." Charles bit back. Charles grew tired of the footballers antics.

Antoine was stiring up chaos, and Charles didn't like it.

The reporter seemed taken aback. "Um, alright. Let me finish what I was saying at least."

Charles nodded, his body tense.

"Antoine apparently was interested in Juliette. But, backed off because you kept intruding between the two's relationship. So he assumed that you two were together."

Juliette laughed awkwardly. "What's this got to do with F1 anyway? I don't see you asking Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton about dating rumours between the two."

Charles nodded. "I agree. I would like to move on to more appropriate questions."

The reporter nodded. As she quickly scribbled something on her notepad, before asking another question.

Well that escalated fast.

Juliette sighed, as she heard a knock on her room door, in the Ferrari Garage.

She yelled out. "Come in!"

Charles Leclerc's head popped in from behind the door. A slight smile on his face. "Can we talk?"

Juliette nodded. "Sure." The Monegasque sat on the couch parallel to Juli.

"Im going to be very honest, and talk about the elephant in the room." Charles started, sighing as he crossed his arms over his chest, leaning back into the couch.

Juliette sat up slightly. "What elephant?"

Charles chuckled lightly. "Seriously?" Juliette definitely did know the elephant in the room, but wanted to make sure his wasn't any different. "Antoine. He's an absolute psycho."

Juliette furrowed her brows. "Whoa. Hold on-"

"What?"

"Who knows what the press must've made up to get a reaction out of us?" Juliette attempted to excuse. Charles scoffed. "Are you seriously making excuses for him?"

Juliette sighed. "I wanna hear both sides of the story. Plus, there was something that I wanted to point out. You do interfere with my relationships. A lot."

Charles scoffed once more. "Not this again..."

Juliette rose a brow. "I have a point. You never leave alone be whenever I'm taking to a boy-"

"You want me to leave you alone?" Charles questioned, as if it was a threat. Juliette's eyes widened, they both knew what she meant. But it was like Charles had twisted her words as if it was a knife in her back.

"I didn't mean it that way." Juliette's doe eyes met his sharper ones. Charles refused to look at her, before standing up and walking towards the door.

"For fucks sake." Juliette sighed, as Charles slammed the door shut.

In Juliette's 21 years of living, she has never seen Charles get frustrated to this point. She knew it was a stretch. But in all seriousness, Juliette's never had a fight as serious as this one.

She was lost, and things had escalated so fast already. Juliette didn't know why she defended Antoine, she should've just listened to Charles.

Charles on the other hand, was walking towards his own room across the hall. He was tense, but his mind filled itself with regret.

Charles didn't know why he snapped. He didn't want anyone talking about him like that, about her like that.

But he was also frustrated. The Monegasque was frustrated that he hadn't started off the season well. He hated that he felt this way, but he also felt a slight twinge if envy, for both Juliette's success so far - even if it was just one race - and of Antoine's peaking interest in Juliette.

But who really knew what Charles felt? He was absolutely conflicted with himself, and definitely needed to slow down.

But what type of F1 driver slows down? Definitely not Charles Leclerc.
