As I walked over to rooster he grabbed my hand,
"Amy! Come with me"
"Ah- okay"
He dragged me into the bathroom and held my waist within his grasp
"I need to tell you something! I should've said it before" I looked into his eyes
"What?" He stared back into my timber brown eyes
"I love you"
"I hate to say this but... I love you too" Rooster smiled for the first time I had seen and kissed my lips, holding my waist.
That was what I thought was the end of 'enemies' but I was soon wrong, as I was talking with Bob about last night, Bob turned around.
"Bob? What's wrong?" The whole room went dead silent and they all were staring at me
"Amy look behind me" Bob moved out of the way so my view was not blocked. Thats when I saw it, Phoenix and Rooster kissing in the reflection of the glass, all I wanted to do was run away
"He looks uncomfortable... I wonder if she's forcing him" whispers spread around the room, then it hit me, I ran out of the bar and towards Alissa's house.
I pounded on the door, half out of breath, half worried, I needed to know her advice as Rooster's mother.
"Hello? Oh Amy!" Alissa swung open the door and hugged me
"Alissa!"
"What's wrong? You seem out of breath" she held my shoulders in a way that could make you spit out the answer in a second
"I know this is stupid but I need some advice, on your son." I looked into her eyes feeling scared
"Alright sit down."
I sat on the velvet chair staring intensely into the fire,
"I remember his father, he was the sweetest man ever, if Bradley loves you that much he will be the same, I know it." Alissa comforted me
"Thank you Alissa! I really wish Bradley loved me but I assume all of it was a game," I smiled weakly
"You've known him for 25 years and I remember all of those 25 years, I remember your mother saying you and Bradley would be a good couple! Good days."
"My mom? Wow, well anyway thank you" I waved her goodbye and left, would Bradley really be that nice?
