It's 3 in the morning.

The practice room is quiet enough to hear the sound of the clock ticking.

I was drawing up a music score.  With my ears, I listen to the song and drew down notes with my hand.

What should I put in here? Guitar? Keyboard?

It wasn't a bluff to say that I knew how to arrange music.  Studying is studying, but while I was in TJ ENTERTAINMENT, I also learned the basics from various producers.

I took a sip of the chocolate drink.  I think I've roughly got a grasps of the structure.

Dozens of A4 size sheets of paper were scattered around.  It's dizzying to look at, but it's arranged with some regularity.

Should I say it's kinda like a mind map.

Looking at the list of A4 size sheets of paper with concentration as if I'm entering them into my mind, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

First, let's create the stage.

Our end of the year stage was going to be at the high school auditorium.

An empty plain. (You know since like there's nothing much on the stage other than. . .the stage flooring lol)

In the vast mind of my head, the auditorium of the school I searched up on the Internet was built like a mock-up.  (mock-up in my idiot language is like a building that's use for testing, teaching, evaluating or etc for stuff-)

It's a stage that'll still be immerse in the dark.

I then added instruments.  Guitar, bass, keyboard, drum, saxophone, cello, and so on.

Let's put people in there now.

The lights turn on among the empty plains of the stage.

First was Kim Bijoo.

Second was Kim Junghyun.

Third was Seo Rihyuk.

Fourth was Wang Jiho.

Fifth was Seon Wooju.

The trainees who came out one after another stood on the stage and started to sing.

In the first performance, it'll follow only the lyrics of the song without any accompaniment. (vocals only so far, no instrumental eyyy)

What's this?

I was startled when I combined the five vocals together in my head.  It was because of the harmonies that were created by the five voices.  Similar, but different vocal ranges gathered to form a beautiful harmony.

Well, it seems that's why Director Cho picked me.

It felt like the mystery I had so far was being solved.

Director Cho Kyuhwan probably remembered a harmony after hearing my voice in a TV interview.

A perfect harmony.

However the admiration was not long.  I now had a new job to work on.  I moved the instruments in my head one by one.
