"Who is she calling with?" Though not agreeing with her husband's antics, she was indeed curious as to who it was Sara was calling with. An occasional laugh echoed through the swimming area from time to time and she was constantly smiling.

"Some guy, I do not know who. He's got good humour though." Jasmin shook her head. All that trouble and all he had learned was that the guy had a good sense of humour.

"Wait, she is calling a guy? I thought she was calling with Camille, the girl turns out to be dating some English chick." Martin rubbed his eyes, he had fallen asleep but had somewhat caught onto the conversation. He immediately got up from his chair and stretched his back. "I think I might have to go and see who it is then. Seeing you are such a worthless spy." Martin quickly dodged the punch on the arm that was coming his way and walked towards Sara, who was blissfully unaware of the second interrupting.

"Sara!" She looked up when she heard Jasmin call out her name and saw Martin coming her way. It had been a warning.

"For the love of- I am going to call you back, my second brother is coming my way and this one will fight me for my phone. Physically." Carlos laughed and nodded.

"I will call you at a later time. Have fun there and good luck with your brothers." Sara smiled and blew him a playful kiss.

"You are such a sweetheart. I'll talk to you later." Just in time, they ended the call as Martin reached for her phone. She quickly turned it off and smiled triumphantly. Martin didn't have her password on her phone and therefore had no way to access Carlos' number. Or get to know his name.

"You are such a tease." Martin sulked as he pushed Sara a bit to the side so he could sit next to her legs on the bed. "I'm your brother, I need to make sure the people you hang out with are good people." He pouted, but the glint in his eyes told her he was just making fun of her as the youngest sibling.

"You do know I am a grown woman right?" Sara laughed, already knowing the answer that would come out of Martin's mouth. "Oh, really? I didn't expect that, you're so small." She said, right at the time Martin did.

"Okay, that's creepy." Sara shook her head.

"It is not. It is just a good memory, seeing you say it every single time." She stressed the final words to highlight the fact that it was in fact every time Sara would say something along the lines of 'I'm a grown woman' or 'I can take care of myself'. Martin scrunched up his nose and patted Sara's leg.

"I do kind of want to know who that was. Not to go all big brother on you, but to nag at David for because you told me and not him." Sara laughed. Of course, he wanted to do that.

"It's Carlos." Martin let out a cry of victory. He now knew the name where David didn't. "You already knew you blithering idiot!" Sara laughed and Martin looked confused for a whole minute before he sheepishly started to laugh. He did already know.

The relationship between Sara and Martin was very different from the relationship between Sara and David. The latter one was mostly serious, David was a good seven years older than Sara and felt incredibly responsible for her, even now they both were adults and lived their own lives. Sara knew she could always count on him for some good advice, life lessons and a pep talk.

Her relationship with Martin was a lot more fun and games, however. Endless teasing, pranking David and playful fights. Despite all the fun, she knew that Martin would be first in line to beat whoever had hurt Sara up.

"Dave!" Martin yelled as he jogged back to his brother. "I already knew!"

"Don't run near a pool Martin!" Sara yelled after him, shaking her head. He could be such a child.

"Yes, mum." He mocked.

"Martin Alexander Dubois!" Melissa called after her son. The woman had eagle ears, it was still a mystery to all of her children how she could hear everything they said when they were within ten meters from her when they were whispering and when they were talking at a normal volume within twenty meters.

"Sorry, mum!" He said to his mother with a grin on his face, but his mother was already laughing. Somehow the dynamic within the family had never changed. Even now all children had found their own lives to live and David had a child himself. The three siblings still

Sara shook her head and relaxed in the warm sun. She was truly happy. She loved her job, had gotten back to frequently talking to both Anthoine and Pierre and found a new person to get along with incredibly well in Carlos. What else could she ask for? Making things right with Juliette. Sara shook the thought away. She wasn't going to be the one to reach out to her. She had done nothing wrong.

"Sara?" Leon stood beside his aunt, holding up a small rubber ball. "Do you want to play catch with me?"

"Of course!" Sara put down her phone and placed her book over it to shield it from the sun. "Let's go!" She picked up Leon – he was luckily a skinny kid that weighed barely anything – and jumped into the pool with him. When they resurfaced, Leon was loudly laughing as he was kicking his feet to stay afloat. They swam to the shallow part of the pool and started passing the ball. Sometimes Sara would purposely throw the ball just in front of Leon, so the water would splash up in his face, making him laugh.

If there was one thing she wanted out of life still, it was a child of her own. In due time.
