Stars in the sky,
Shining so bright,
In all their beauty and wonder,
A world so pure and light.
The fire of their life,
A burning so bright,
But with a lifespan,
A flame that cannot last.
Like the human heart,
So fragile and pure,
We burn so bright,
But eventually will burn out.
A life filled with wonder,
A beauty to behold,
But like the stars,
Our fire eventually grows cold.
