I want everyone to know that, even if people say you're worthless, call you fat or ugly, bully you, beat you, or say you are a piece of crap. You are loved, maybe not by them, but by me, and A LOT of other people. You are beautiful, and perfect just the way you are.

Don't let people tear you down. You need to stand your ground and be strong. Don't stop trusting people and not let people get close to you, because it's very lonely, I know. Don't cut or cause self harm. It won't do any good.
