Stepping off the cobblestone street and onto a new road still slick with the previous night's rainfall was eerily similar to the beginning of a fiction novel, one with twists and turns resembling the gothic architecture of Prague's most beautiful buildings, or as historical and enticing as France's most romantic locations, or even something as barren and cultural as Australia's rich and vibrant stream of danger and excitement. As I write insistently down in my fragile notebook, I feel as if the roaring city around me can evaporate, and, finally, I find myself somewhere else.

Somewhere new. Somewhere different. Somewhere fiction.

Quotes rush forth, but although Shakespeare's 'Midsummer Night's Dream' has always been one for the classics, I can't help but instead choose something more modern; Star Wars. Not as classy, I know; but if there is anything more inspirational then Star Wars quotes then I have yet to hear it. For example, when my notebook is mere seconds from falling apart and I am frantically scrambling to save the remnants of my imagination, I think, "The fear of loss is a path to the Dark Side." Or, when re-reading the countless lines of stereotypes found in an insistent amount of Wattpad novels, I think, "Who's more foolish: the fool, or the fool who follows him?"

And so, that leaves me with quite a bit of thinking. Fiction can transport us into a different section of reality, where our hopes meet our dreams, but never truly connect. As writers, we believe that with every word we are that much closer to connecting the two, and until then, the world will have it's fill of Star Wars quotes, the Sherlock Wars, and, most importantly, stereotypes.

I will aid my fellow writers in similar ways, so if ever in need of said help PM me for details. I adore editing, critiquing, and designing covers (all of which I have done in the past for Wattpad members, some of whom have become quite popular). It is all completely FREE.
