Soleil

Hi my name is Soleil. I'm a second year undergraduate at Western Washington University, receiving a degree in Linguistics and Creative Writing. 

I write mainly in the YA genres of sci-fi, fantasy, historical fiction. Ever since the age of 10 I've had a pencil in one hand and a book in the other. 



My favorite movies are: Spiderman Far From Home, How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, The Notebook, The Harry Potter series, and many more rom-coms. 



Don't ask me what my favorite books are unless you want a very long list and you've brought yourself a cup of coffee.



I love my friends, family, and boyfriend, they've all helped me be the person I am today. I speak English, German, and Dutch and am learning Spanish and Russian. When I was 7-10 years old I sailed around the world for 3 years with my parents. 



My favorite things include: giraffes, anything medieval/renaissance (including medieval weaponry), typewriters, and iced chai lattes.
