If someone asked me to tell them one thing about me, I'd probably say I love One Direction.
Well, that would be after a series of ummmms and debating whether or not to desert my family.
I mean, loving a boyband can't be everything about a person, right? Hard to say.
Despite my endless affection for this boyband that I call life, I enjoy many other petty childish ideals.
These involve some activities and interests in which are quite frankly far from the stereotype we call teenage "fans". Besides the point that we neither spin nor blow air onto anything; we do not serve such foolish purposes.
I enjoy listening to 80s music, watching 80s films, and reading books set in the 80s timeframe; however, I'm a "90s kid", as the preferred term is utilized.
My young heart desires to one day join the Grammar Police of America and pursue the career of publishing/editing.
I've played the popular sport of basketball since I was in the fifth grade and enjoy quiet bike rides in my community. If it was up to me, I'd ride my bike anywhere.
I'd legitimately rather stay in my quiet home with a warm cup of tea in my hand and a heavy book on my lap than go to a rave party. Don't do drugs, kids.
I cringe at mainstream ideals, yet sometimes find myself enjoying them. 
Politics are never a favorite topic among the young boyband-obsessed crowd, but it's one of mine. Being politically involved is quite rewarding and important in my opinion.
Find me at the beach whenever you're in town. Neverland has beautiful beaches and I'd hate for you to miss out.
It's a bit ironic that I haven't stated my favorite books yet. The Outsiders is one of the most amazing books I have read, along with The Hunger Games (sigh, it's so mainstream now, but so hard to resist) and so many more that it would take all 2000 characters to name them.
Most importantly, don't forget: my Savior Jesus Christ deserves and receives all the praise and glory. 1:16 forever. Unashamed.
