Welcome to Wattpad! I'm so happy you have decided to use wattpad to promote your works.
I'd like to invite you to contact wattpad ("contact us" in the bottom right hand corner) in order to make your account a Verified Author. This gives you more credibility for when you post your works (or samples of) here. It will also prevent good intending citizens from submitting tickets that it may be a copyright violation! Or they comment on your works or your wall, asking if you stole it. Some are more crude than others when they find published works on public sites!
On that same note, if you hover your mouse over your User Name on the tool bar and click My Profile, you could click the EDIT button and add the links to your web page, twitter, facebook, etc. This will ensure that readers and "fans" will be able to quickly purchase your books to fully support you!
Under the Community tab, there is a Clubs Heading. Professional Writers Club will give you support from other published authors! http://www.wattpad.com/club/32-professional-writers
