@BewilderedThoughts Well its actually just a short I published on here very small but yes I am currently working on a full length novel. It's going to be slightly science fiction oriented for a complete change up. So far I"m quite happy with how its turning out.

Hey all. Many of you have shown interest in reading more of my work. Now I know this isn't anything big in fact its a rather small short but I figured I'd put it on here if anyone was interested. This was an entry to the Toronto Star Writing competition but since I didn't place I figured I'd offer it up here. Now I'm not a big short story writer but I like playing around with the genre from time to time. Hope you enjoy!

@SElighter No subfield actually I just have an undergraduate degree so a straight BA in psychology. That being said I was originally fascinated with forensic psychology but I have zero interest in writing murder mystery at least for now. Glad you're enjoying it. There are more fascinating characters to come with deep and interesting problems.

@DavidBaird Thank you! :) Hey, thats great! Which subfield do you have the degree from, if you dont mind me asking? I'm really interested in the clinical and psychotherapy subfield, I'm still doing the BA part now and will later move towards those. Yep it is certainly sensible how the story is flavoured with some psychological content! I really like it!

I've just finished Chapter 1 and will slowly head to bed, but I'm certainly gonna get back to this story when my time allows me to! I'm a psychologist student, and the problems that the main character has to face is just so realistic, the crisis he goes through is something that many people have to fight in their lives. I love stories that show the problems of the man of today without any distortion, or fairy tale feeling, when you already know what the ending is.
