Hi everyone :D *waves* 

There's not really all that much to say about myself... I love writing, however, I'm not the greatest author. Hopefully you can enjoy my stories though :D I currently have one in the works that I'm pretty excited about. It's the first thing I've ever written and let people read though. 

So, I'm 18 years old. I live in the United States, however, I hope to move to Canada within the next 4 years or so for personal reasons. I plan on going to medical school to become a doctor (neurologist hopefully :D) I love all things science and math related (though, AP Calculus is kicking my ass atm) 

Fantasy is my favorite genre, with sci-fi as a close second. However, I am very bad at writing either genre xD

As I'm sure you can tell, the majority of what I write is poetry in free verse, mostly because I struggle with meter (I can never figure out how to tell stressed from unstressed) and I'm not a fan of rhyming. Good rhymes are okay. For example the rhyme scheme in "the Raven" is fantastic. However, most inexperienced poets, such as I, end up rhyming like, "There was a ball/in the fall/ I wore a dress/ and made a mess" and that just sounds bad.
