This story was originally called "Zombies, Oh My!" However, since there were so many stories on deviantART already by that name, I decided to change it. Lynce Schroeder never saw it coming when the entire world was hit by an airborne disease that turned every human over the age of nineteen into a Zombie. Now, she and a rag-tag team of teenagers must fight for control of the school. Join one Monster Hunter, one Poacher, your Valedictorian, one surfer, an outcast, two brainiacs, and a helluva lot of other students from every clique you can imagine as they fight for their safety, their freedom, and for their lives in A World of Blood and Bones. - 'Til Death Do Us Part Ongoing

Martin Smith killed himself. After being ressurected by Dr. Heinz Jones and having his mouth stitched up, he is hired as an assassin and ordered to kill the father of the girl whose truck he jumped in front of. Finding that the father is not there, he kills Hailee instead. Feeling guilty, Stitchface takes Hailee to the man who brought him back to life. However, something goes terribly wrong in the ressurection process, leaving Hailee without a pair of eyes. I know, it's unrealistic and kind of stupid, but y'know...anything can happen. - Beached Complete

Write Free, Live Free. I have a journal with this printed on it (OK it HAD that printed on it - it's kind of faded now) and when I bought it, I took that philosophy to heart and wrote this and several other "I'M ME GET THE F*** OVER IT" type poetry. Ever known someone who automatically knew when something was wrong, when you were feeling down or up or even sideways? Ever known someone you hated with all your heart, but couldn't resist being around? No, this is not a love story, at least not yet...but it is a story of not judging someone you've just met. It is a story that quite clearly states "don't knock it 'til you try it." Lyndon Hart is a city girl spending the summer with her father in North Carolina. When she meets Arnold, her next door neighbors' son, he drags her out to a cornfield to see nature through his eyes. At first, Lyndon doesn't get it, but when the rain comes, she finds that not everyone is as crazy as they seem. - To Fetch A Pail of Water (Title subject to change) Ongoing

Wilhelmina Key has lived her entire life in the shadow of her (sweet teacher by day, abusive and bipolar by night) mother. It's no wonder she shoots so low in life - filing for emancipation, then dropping out to pursue music. After being rejected by five bands, Will is loving the life she's living - the one where people think she can't do anything right, and fails at everything. Oh, yeah, she's living the Dropout Dream - no compliments, no praise, and no good grades. Everything is perfect - until she's accepted into a band of Dropouts just like her (with some minor differences of course) called Out Of Ink. Now she's being accepted by everything - winning contests, awards, going on prestigious talk shows. The people love her - and Will can't stand it. This humorous novel of a girl who loves failure and hates acceptance will touch your heart and make you laugh out loud (that is, if you can follow Will's speeding pace). - Dirty Word Complete

notice how small everything around us is--our jobs and our lives and our petty arguments? Love, hate, our life, our liberty, our Pursuits of Happiness, all of it is so tiny in the grand scheme of things, y'know? I mean, this world is rotating. And while its rotating, it's revolving around the sun--a sun that is so much bigger, so much brighter than the Earth that if we get too close, we die. And yet, to us, our problems seem so big! We underestimate, overlook, that, so much that its not even important to us. We rarely even think about how Mother Nature keeps herself in balance! I got the idea for Similar from one of these small elements of life. We've all stood outside our houses at one point in our lives in our pajamas. Now, imagine this: Its one of those cold, late October/early November mornings. Y'know, the kind that are freezing in the earlier hours and then get hotter as the day goes by? So. Imagine that. And while you're imagining it, imagine yourself, outside your house, taking out the trash. Your breath is coming up in silver clouds around you, your hands are frozen stiff. You look up and see your neighbor. You wave. They wave back. "Hi." "Hello." "How're you?" "Fine, and you?" "Okay." "Its getting cold out, isn't it?" "Yeah." A simple, early morning conversation. Now, take that simplicity of a freezing autumn morning and turn it into something more complex: A friend confiding in another friend the troubles of his/her mind. Cancer, abuse, Alchoholism, and then a little bit more of that simplicity--a small, "Thank you, Daddy." Next, stir in a friend's advice, a warm hug, and another thank you. Now, take into account the fact that everyone is similar. Yes, as far as personalities and physical appearance we're all vastly different, but we're looking a little bit deeper here. We all have skin, organs, tissues, cells, living, breathing bodies. And we all go through the same small things, no matter how dwarfed or drowned they are by our bigger - Run, Benji, Run Complete
