I need you by my side

chapter 2: Christmas eve

It was Christmas Eve once again.
Everybody was shopping for Christmas presents.
Naruto was in the clothes store trying to find a pink kimino for sakuras Christmas present.
But instead found a purple one he thought hinata would like.
The blonde picked both kiminos
Up and payed a good amount for them.
The blonde spent most of his day in the mall shopping.

Sakura was at work.
She already had all her presents bought and wrapped.
So she decided to go to the hospital to keep herself busy and entertained.
If she hadn't come she'd be at her apartment twiddling her fingers.
Tonight sakura was either decorating her tree or watching a Christmas movie.

It was 9:00 pm. When sakura finished work.
She walked home passing by naruto's house.
She looked through the window.
Naruto and hinata were sitting on their couch watching a movie.
Sakura smiled as she kept walking.
She wished she had someone to watch a movie with.
Life is really hard without someone to love.
I didn't think it's true but it is.
The pinkette opened her apartments door.
It was pitch black in her apartment.
The pinkette sighed as she walked into her apartment shutting the door behind her.
She sat at her couch and turned on the TV.
She flipped through the channels until she reached the end of the list.
She decided to turn the tv off and grab the ornaments to decorate the tree with.

Naruto finished his movie with hinata.
He grabbed his coat and put on his shoes
"I'll be right back sweetie."
Naruto said walking out the door.
"Ok naruto-kun."
"Love you."
"Love you too."
The blonde walked out the door shutting it behind him.
"There is a certain person who needs me more." Naruto said to himself.
He walked towards his teammates house.

It was now 10:57pm.
Naruto knocked on the pinkettes door.
She opened the door.
"What... Who is it..." "...Naruto...?"
"Hey sakura-chan."
"What you need naruto?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to watch a movie or something."
Naruto asked.
"I mean I was asleep but I guess..."
The pinkette let the blonde in as she shut the door behind her.
"So what we gonna watch?"
"Um.. I didn't plan that far ahead." Naruto said chuckling.
"How about this one?" Sakura asked.
"Um...sure why not."
Naruto replied.
So sakura put the disk in the dvd player and they sat down on her couch and watched the movie.

It was midnight when the blonde woke up from a nap.
Sakura was leaning on his chest.
He thought it was cute.
He grinned and picked sakura up walking her upstairs to her bedroom.
He pulled her covers down and layed her on the bed.
He put the covers over her and he walked out the door towards his girlfreinds house.
He knew he was gonna be in big trouble for being out for to long.
But sakura needed him.
Tommorow is Christmas morning I can't wait.
