A P H R O D I T E - A R L O T T

I FELT THE SOFT MATTRESS... as I started to gain my senses and I looked around... I was in a beautiful room but where was I?

"Aphrodite?" I heard and I sighed knowing that he was really worried if he was using my name and not a pet name... "Niklaus," I said as I saw him at the doorway he looked at me in fear and worry

"Now why are you looking at me like that?" I said with a soft smile and he seemed to have had tears in his eyes... I opened my arms and he used his vampire speed to hug me...

"I didn't think he'd actually do it, please believe me I never wanted you hurt" he pleaded and I nodded "I know... did you know Elena gave him the dagger?" I asked and he looked confused and I sighed 

"It wasn't your fault... you couldn't have done anything it was my fault for trusting Elena... I should've known Damon and Stefan would do anything to protect her even if it meant me dying I explained and he looked enraged but also wary of me...

I cupped his face and smiled softly before I pecked his lips... "You were gone for a few days," he said and I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion

"You've been asleep for three days," he said and I nodded... "It must've been my body's response to the dagger," I said and he nodded "He's dead my love," he said and I smiled "Are you going to finally free your siblings?" I asked and he nodded...

"I will but Stefan stole all of the coffins... I've got them back besides one," he said and I sighed "The one you never wanted to explain to me," I said and he nodded 

"Elijah is also undaggered," he said and I felt a smile form on my face "Where?" I asked and he sighed... "He seemed to have stepped out but he texted me that he wants to have a small get-together with the Salvatores," he said and I nodded feeling a bit conflicted...

"I had people fill your closet so please get dressed into something nice for us," he said and I nodded "Is Elijah angry with you?" I asked and he nodded "Give him time... you're brothers after all..." I said and he nodded as he left me to get dressed...

I sighed and looked through the closet, I picked out an off the shoulder white dress with sheer sleeves that stop on my elbow... 

I was also finishing putting some make-up on when I heard the door open... I felt my mouth form a grin as I saw Elijah... "Hello darling," he says as I run up to him and hug him

"I've missed you," I said and he held me tight around his arms... "Are you alright now? Niklaus told me what happened" he said and I sighed and nodded "I now know I can't trust my own sister and people I considered as friends," I said and he nodded as he looked at me sadly...

"You have me... and as much as I hate Niklaus at the moment he as well," he says and I frown at his one-sided anger at one another... but he had a right to be mad

"Come... I hear Damon and Stefan already" he says and he asks silently for my arm and I hook mine on his as he yells "Niklaus, our guests have arrived" 

I then see the two brothers look at us... I almost can see the regret in their eyes as they look at me... "Damon... Stefan... Elijah tells me, you seek an audience... Very bold... Let's discuss the terms of our agreement like civilized men, shall we?" Niklaus says as we walk to a dining room... the two female servants have set the table and served us food as they stand in the same room waiting for their next command...
