My first years were kind of bad.
Filled with much pain and strife.
I needed a man in my life.
You weren't here then, but you are now.
You teach me things and show me how.
I can tell you most anything.
You treat me like I'm a true king.
When someone lowers my self-esteem;
You always say to follow my dream.
Even though life used to suck.
Now you're here to wish me luck.
One day I may return the favor.
Never forget, memories I'll savor.
All I ask is to be held tight.
By only you, my perfect knight.
