Y/n's POV

He looked at me with surprise

"It was you all along?" He asked

"Yes, that was why we were sparring and we spend our time in the forest... To train and make plans for everyone to escape this place." I said

"Where's Conny?!" He suddenly asked

"She's in the same location as all of you will be taken at. We'll meet everyone here tomorrow night, and we'll also take all the other children from the other plants. We also have to kill all the other mamas do they won't produce more children for the demons." I said

"So that was why!" He said

"We're you sent by William Minerva?" He asked

"Uh, how did you know?" I asked

"The Morse codes in his books!" He said

So they did notice too

"Such good eyes Norman." I said as we looked a good place for staying the night

Then we heard something, an alarm and I also sense vibrations

"Oh crap. Let's go!" I said as I just carried him bridal style and ran off as fast as I could

"Y/n! Calm down!" He said

"Calm down?! What do you mean?! Demons are coming!" I said

"T-they're coming?!" He asked

"Yes! Now stay calm I'll handle this!" I said as I ran to the eastern side where the sun will rise

On the way I killed a deer and I told him that we need to rub it on our bodies so that they won't smell us, and he agreed

So now, we're all covered in blood...

I've been running for 5 hours straight, but I feel like I was just running for an hour since I was using Constant Total Concentration Breathing. Norman was starting to get worried that he may have been a heavy weight for me

"Nah, you're light as a feather Norman. Don't worry, the sun's about to rise, and it'll burn those demons into ashes once they made contact with the heat." I said

It's 5 am right now, and I can hear screams of agony since it may have been time for the sun to burn them to crisps

It's his first dawn beyond the walls

"Stay here, I'll go hunt for anything we can eat for breakfast." I said as I put him down

"You're not tired? You've been running for the while night! And you're not even sweating!" He said

"Nah, I'm good. We're supposed to meet everyone tonight. I hope everything goes to plan..." I said as I gave him a cloth that he can use to wipe all the blood off him and I took off to hunt

I found a river, and I saw lots of fishes. Great

Since my uniform can't get wet easily, I just jumped in and pierced 2 using my sword.

I went back to where Norman is, only to find out that he was nowhere to be found

"Norman?"

"Norman!"

I couldn't find him, so I just used vibrations. He was just collecting fire wood and he was already heading back

"Oh! Done hunting Y/n? I got firewood, but I don't know how to light up a fire..." He said while putting the wood down

"Don't worry, I'll handle everything." I said with a smile

"I hope the others are doing well, all of us will be going to where were from, you'll be safe there. Though we also have demons there, but they're completely different from the ones here." I said while taking two rocks and striking them in hopes of getting heat and I gave him my sword that still had the fish in it

"What do you mean that they're different?" He asked

"Well, the demons in where we're from have human-like features. And there are also what you call the 12 Demon Moons, the strongest demons and they also have a huge capacity of their Lord's blood. Instead of eating just human brains, they consume human flesh, and it's also where they get their strength." I said as the wood ignited with fire

"So like, it depends on how many humans they eat? That's kinda amazing but terrifying too." He said while handing me my sword and I put it above the fire

"Demons can't be killed with ordinary blades. Their only weaknesses are the sunlight, or Nichirin blades. Even if you slash their weak spots with any kind of weapon, they won't die and can heal easily. But if you use the blade that we are using, they'll turn into ashes immediately." I said looking at him

"Where are you from exactly?" He asked

"You'll find our soon... For now, let's eat." I said as I gave him one of the dishes and I have the other one

"Itadakimasu!"

While we were eating, Norman was firing questions at me but I don't mind at all.

"So, what are you and your group called Y/n?" He asked as he looked for any bones he might swallow

"We're called Demon Slayers, we work for the Demons Slayer Corps. And there is also Wisteria, it's a kind of flower that demons fear. They keep the demons for the Final Selection, and they don't grow all year." I said while munching

"What's the Final Selection?"

"It's a test you have to take when you want to become a Demon Slayer. You have to survive in the forest full of demons for 7 days." I said as he looked at me terrified

"7 days?!" He asked

"Yeah, you can get lots of injuries while you're at it but the Kakushi will attend to your wounds. You will also have your own Kasugai crow for communication too." I said as I threw out my remains and he did the same

"Kasugai crow? What is that?" He asked

"It's a crow that gives you missions." I said

"Let's head back where we came from, we'll meet them there tonight..."

Muichiro's POV

It's time for breakfast and we did our best to act like we were sad or depressed, and it worked

"Muichiro-kun! We're going to play tag, can you please play with us?" Asked Phil

"No thanks Phil, I'm just feeling a bit down because Y/n and Norman aren't here anymore..." I said tearing up a little

"Oh, right... But Ray, Emma, Tanjiro and Giyuu are worst." He said as he looked over to a tree where Emma was sitting

She still has to pretend that her leg is broken. It still haven't been 2 months but Shinobu's medicine never Fails. We also have to escape tonight, and set everything on fire

I saw a crow flying towards me with a note in its leg

I took it off and read it, it's been signed by Y/n...

"Guys! Guys!" I shouted which got their attention

"What is it?" Asked Inosuke

"A note from Y/n, delivered by a Kasugai crow..." I said as I showed them the note

"Ahh! Is she in trouble?!" Asked Zenitsu

"No, but I think she wants to tell us something." I said as I looked at what's written on the paper

"Sorry for disturbing you guys, but I need to tell you that you guys need to head East, where the Sun rises the earliest. Me and Norman are at the same exact location, just tell Tanjiro or Zenitsu to track us down. I hope everything will go as planned, stay safe. Signed, Y/n." I read

"It can be done Y/n..." Said Giyuu and Tanjiro
